Syfte: Att undersöka vilket stöd närstående haft behov av från sjuksköterskor inom akutsjukvård och intensivvård vid anhörigs sjukdom och vilket stöd sjuksköterskor trodde att närstående hade behov av. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt. Artiklar söktes i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl. I studiens resultat ingick 13 artiklar med både kvalitativ(n=7) och kvantitativ(n=6) ansats som sammanställdes under olika teman. Resultat: Redovisades i fyra teman; CCFNI, Information, Delaktighet och Bemötande.

Syfte: Ta reda på vilka för- och nackdelar en e-bok kan ha ur användarsynpunkt jämfört med en pappersbok. Undersöka hur e-bokens attribut står sig jämfört med pappersbokens. Ta reda på vilka faktorer som kommer att påverka e-bokens spridning. Se om det finns några faktorer som kommer att bli hinder för innovationsspridningen. När allt ovanstående är genomgånget vill vi ha ett svar på frågan: Hur ser framtiden ut för e-boken som ett alternativ till pappersboken? Slutsatser: E-boken har stora möjligheter att fungera som ett bättre läromedel under akademiska studier än pappersboken.

Today the Internet is used more and more as a transportation for information. Much of the information is confidential and should not be read by those not privileged. To protect the information from unauthorized access cryptography can be applied. The cryptography algorithms in use today all have their pros and cons. They are therefore suited for different applications.

BACKGROUND Until 1988, it was forbidden to neuter male dogs in Sweden without a veterinary medical cause, so there is clearly no long tradition of this procedure in healthy dogs. According to the website of The Swedish Kennel Club (SKK), February 11, 2011, there has been an increase of castrated male dogs in Sweden. They see this increase as worrying, especially in cases of the less common breeds, where it is most important to maintain the gene pool. The SKK expresses concern that castration is used as a tool to influence the personality of dogs, instead of training and education of the dog. They write that castration should be preceded by a discussion initiated by the veterinarian, where the pros and cons of castration are weighed against each other.

The contribution of biofuels to the total consumption of energy in Sweden must increase to 49 % in order to meet the goals for the year 2020 set by the European Union. In order to do so, improved information systems are needed to support the business processes within delivery scheduling between customers and suppliers.Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a concept to enable the alignment of Business processes and Information Systems. EA is the framework for the architectures of business, information and applications. With a comprehensive view of the architectures, an Information System aligned with the Business processes can be enabled. The first step in the development of an Information System is documenting the business processes.The goal of this study is to clarify a generic sequence of activities performed within the delivery scheduling process and the information needed to perform the activities.Data for the study was collected through qualitative interviews, first through a meeting with the respondent and after that a following telephone interview with in total 5 suppliers and 6 customers of biofuels.

The rapid change within digital medias has increased the possibilities to make information accessible through network. Therefore the European Union EU considers a harmonization within the Union, in order to strengthen the rights of the originator. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate how the EUs directive 2001/29/EG regarding copyright is to be implemented into Swedish legislation and assess the common opinion in the public libraries on this matter. The basic methodology of this thesis is a democratic perspective, concerning the public libraries democratic role and the right of the citizens to have access to information. The thesis first part is a study of documents.

Den här rapporten har skrivits som en del av ett examensarbete på energiingenjörsprogrammet på Högskolan i Halmstad under våren 2014. Examensarbetet har genomförts i samarbete med AB Färdig Betong samt ÅF Infrastructure AB i Göteborg.Syftet med projektet är att undersöka energibesparingspotentialen hos AB Färdig Betongs produktionsanläggning på Ringön i Göteborg.Projektet har inneburit en energikartläggning av en industriell produktionsanläggning för lösbetong. Utgångspunkt för energikartläggningen har varit energiledningssystemet ISO 50001, med målsättningen att ta fram en teknisk energikartläggningsrapport i enlighet med standarden.Anläggningen har analyserats ur ett energibesparingsperspektiv. Data- och informationsinsamling samt mätningar har genomförts för att ta fram indata som beräkningsunderlag. Genom beräkningar har sedan möjliga energibesparingspotentialer och åtgärdsförslag tagits fram.Den totala energibesparingspotentialen för anläggningen innebär en besparing på 223 MWh av anläggningens totala energianvändning på 857 MWh år 2013, vilket motsvarar en minskning med omkring 26 %.Allmänna slutsatser är bland annat att all produktionsutrustning bör placeras inom klimatskalet, att all uppvärmning bör vara temperaturreglerad samt att ett mer långsiktigt energiperspektiv behövs i anläggningen.Energibesparingsmöjligheterna för anläggningen är mycket goda och investeringskostnaderna är i allmänhet låga..

The focus of this work is to study whether public libraries should offer their patrons unlimited access to the Internet, or restrict which sites they can visit. The most common tool used to limit Internet access is filtering software. The author has administered four interviews with public librarians working in libraries in Southern Sweden. All four librarians had different opinions about restricting Internet access. The most important question asked was if they had chosen to use filtering, and the reasons for their decision.

Inledning: Tidig utskrivning från sjukhuset efter hjärtkirurgi förutsätter att patienterna ska kunna hantera mycket av den postoperativa återhämtningen på egen hand. Det är därför viktigt att sjukvårdspersonalen i helhetssynen på patienten har förståelse för den postoperativa återhämtningsprocessen. Sjuksköterskan har en viktig roll när det gäller patientinformationen och hon kan genom en tillräcklig information hjälpa och stödja patienten under återhämtningsprocessen.Syftet: Syftet med denna litteraturgenomgång är att belysa vilken betydelse patientinformation har för återhämtningen efter hjärtkirurgi.Metod: Studien är en litteraturgenomgång som bygger på 12 vetenskapliga artiklar. Litteratursökning genomfördes i de elektroniska databaserna Pubmed och Cinahl mellan 30 januari till 30 mars 2011.Resultat: Det framkom tre teman i resultatdelen; behovet av information, innehållet i informationen samt att informationen ska vara individanpassad.Konklusion: Patienterna hade behov av information under hela vårdtiden och även under återhämtningen i hemmet. De hade önskemål om att få information om den normala läkningsprocessen under återhämtningen, inklusive den psykosociala funktionen och eventuella komplikationer.

Background: The interest in shares has increased over the years, despite several stock market crashes. One reason for this is the emergence of stock trading online,which makes it easier for individuals to trade in shares. However, there has been much criticism towards financial analyst with the lack of fundamental basis to support their recommendations.Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the share valuation models swedish financial analysts today applies and consider appropriate. A comparison will also be carried out in previous studies, to see if the application of the modelsand their suitability has changed.Method: The study used a qualitative approach with deductive approach. Semistructured interviews were conducted and the basis for the study's primary data.The theories and previous studies obtained through secondary data.Results: Our results demonstrate that no single model applied, is appropriate.

Denna uppsats behandlar värdering av förvaltningsfastigheter till verkligt värde enligt IASB:s standarder IAS/IFRS. Vår undersökning syftar till att utreda vilken information som finns tillgänglig för svenska fastighetsbolags mindre aktieägare i tryckt press och i årsredovisningarna, avseende värdering till verkligt värde. Genom att studera årsredovisningarna för sju bolag och artiklar publicerade i sex tidningar och tidskrifter har vi kommit fram till slutsatserna att:?en mindre aktieägare måste vara aktiv i sitt sökande för att hitta den information som finns,?artiklar som behandlar ämnet inte har publicerats i större omfattning,?den information som lämnas ofta är komplicerad och svår att förstå..

The aim of this thesis is to describe passage retrieval (PR), with basis in results from various empirical experiments, and to critically investigate different approaches in PR. The main questions to be answered in the thesis are: (1) What characterizes PR? (2) What approaches have been proposed? (3) How well do the approaches work in experimental information retrieval (IR)? PR is a research topic in information retrieval, which instead of retrieving the fulltext of documents, that can lead to information overload for the user, tries to retrieve the most relevant passages in the documents. This technique was investigated studying a number of central articles in the research field. PR can be divided into three different types of approaches based on the segmentation of the documents.

This Masters' thesis is a study on the information behaviour of hospital personnel at the University Hospital in Lund, Sweden. A questionnaire was distributed to 301 nurses and physicians working in the intensive care unit, the population was reduced to 244 persons. The response rate was 52%, i.e. 125 questionnaires were completed. Nurses constituted 68 % of the population.

Workplace accidents in Sweden have in recent years increased. Companies are at the same time putting a greater emphasis on preventing accidents and inform about safety and risks. Therefore there is a need to know how to visualize this safety information. This study is based on a part of a project proposed by the industrial company AB Wahlquists Verkstäder, in which they want to visualize their safety information for new employees and existing staff, and also for temporary contractors and apprentices. The purpose of this study is to see what is required of the visualization of safety information and what guidelines that should be followed.

Social media on the Web has become more common over the last decade and in recent years it has grown immensely. The social media with the highest amount of members is Facebook, where not only private persons are found - companies started to establish their profiles on the network in 2006. However, little is known about how these companies succeed and reach their audience with information dissemination and interact with them. The aim of this study is to contribute with information to local companies on how they can manage to maintain their activity with different approaches and strategies. This study examines how three different local companies chooses to spread information and maintain relationships with their members on Facebook.
