Fysisk aktivitet bland äldre : En intervjustudie om äldre upplevelser och effekter av fysisk aktivitet
Background: The world of sports possesses a lot of knowledge when it comes to leadarship and coaching. Coaching as a term is relatively new to the business industry and something that is up and coming among alot of companies. Leadership and coaching are two terms that can be combined with each other both in sports and in the business industry.Objectives: This study aims to compare leadership in sports and in the business industry. The purpose is to see if they can learn from each other and how they define the term leadership.Method: Interviews were chosen as a method in this study. Six individual interviews were performed and there were three leaders from the business industry and three leaders from the world of sport participating in the study.
Biståndshandläggares upplevelser av teamarbete
Syftet med studien var att belysa biståndshandläggares arbete i team och deras upplevelser av arbete i team. Frågeställningarna var: Hur arbetar biståndshandläggare i team? Hur upplever biståndshandläggare sitt arbete i team? Vilka svårigheter finns det medteamarbete? Vilka positiva erfarenheter har biståndshandläggare av teamarbete? Det ärviktigt att problematisera och fördjupa kunskapen om hur det allt mer populära teamarbetet upplevs. Aktuell forskning säger att för att teamarbete ska fungera krävs ett bra arbetsklimat. Studien inspirerades av teorier om team, organisationsteorier och Antonovskys begrepp KASAM.
Häst- och ridsport utifrån ett kulturpolitiskt perspektiv : Om Karlstad Kommuns ekonomiska stöd till ideella föreningar inom häst- och ridsport
The purpose of this paper is to view Karlstad Municipality and their financial support to non-profit organizations within equestrian sports. Despite the varying representatives of various equestrian sports in Karlstad, there seems to be a single beneficiary within the sport when it comes to financial support from the municipality. The policies and plans concerning cultural development are directly compared to the Karlstad Municipality and its contribution to these organizations within equestrian sports. Through interviews and reports I have studied the process of financial support from the Karlstad municipality using an intersectionality theory based on Nina Lykkes guide on gender studies and feminist theory. Pierre Bourdieu?s theories on field, habitus and capital are also used as a method to enhance the understanding of equestrian sports and its role in modern Swedish society. The conclusion is that the Karlstad Municipality is, for a several of reasons, promoting non-profit organizations within equestrian sports, which are operating as riding schools.

This thesis examines the gender boundaries in sports. I do this by exploring three cases in which these boundaries, at least on the surface, have been questioned: the transsexual tennis player Renée Richards, the east European runners Marita Koch and Jarmila Kratochvilova and the Swedish golf player Annika Sörenstam. The results point out different mechanisms that contain the"danger"and restore"security". But they also point out a criticism against the struggle for equality in sports, which is based on the preserving of differences and therefore cannot challenge the ideological assumptions about gender in sports..
Mångprofessionella team och HR - Hur HR och arbetsledning utvecklar mångprofessionella team inom olika verksamheter
I samhället idag förekommer arbete i team i stor utsträckning och inom de flesta branscher. Att få dessa team att fungera väl och prestera som förväntat är ofta en utmaning. Det gäller även mångprofessionella team där individer med olika utbildningsbakgrund arbetar tillsammans i team. Ansvaret för detta faller ofta på HR-ansvariga och chefer i arbetsledande ställning som måste få dessa individer att inte bara fungera utan prestera väl tillsammans i ett team.Respondenterna i denna studie kommer från en bredd av organisationer, allt från vinstdrivna företag i den privata sektorn till vårdverksamheter inom offentlig sektor finns representerade i studien. Respondenterna har befattningar inom ledningen och ingår antingen i HR-avdelningen eller utövar arbetsledning över dessa tidigare nämnda team.Som bakgrund till studien finns tidigare forskning inom området grupputveckling och mångprofessionella team.Syftet var att se hur olika organisationer arbetade med utveckling av mångprofessionella team och detta undersöktes genom kvalitativa intervjuer.Resultatet i studien visar att det skiljer sig väldigt mycket i organisationerna som undersökts kring hur de arbetar med utvecklingen av mångprofessionella team.I rapportens diskussionsdel analyseras resultatet i studien i förhållande till tidigare forskning och vissa tankar ges till organisationer som möter liknande utmaningar i form av mångprofessionella team.Slutsatsen är att det är väldigt viktigt för organisationen att känna till och arbeta med teamutveckling, förstå grupputvecklingsprocessen samt förstå att mångprofessionella team kan skilja sig mot andra typer av team när det kommer till gruppens utveckling..
Hur samarbetar personalgruppen i en butik : fungerar den som ett team?
Som butikschef vill man få sin personal att arbeta tillsammans som en grupp. Det kan vara svårt att få personalen att arbeta mot samma mål som krävs för att bli ett bra team. Lyckas man att få personalen att arbeta mot samma mål kan detta leda till att arbetsklimatet blir bättre och att personalen mår bra. Vi har varit ute i dagligvarubutiker och undersökt hur personalgrupper i butiker samarbetar och om den fungerar som ett team? Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod och har genomfört individuella intervjuer av personal i dagligvarubutiker.

The aim of this study is to describe and analyse an elderly care team?s prerequisite to anchor a salutogenic perspective and approach in an elderly care team in Kalmar municipality. The study identifies factors that could impede or promote the anchoring and examine how the organisation aims to work in a single direction even if the multidisciplinary team processes a diversity of knowledge, education and abilities. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews from representatives of all professions in the multidisciplinary team; social workers, paramedical professions, nurses and care-givers. The theoretical frame consisted of a translating perspective, leadership and ideas of interaction and power.
Inkluderingens bryderier : En kvalitativ studie om fotbollsföreningars arbete med inkludering av barn och ungdomar med funktionsnedsättning
The aim of this study was to understand how three selected football associations in three counties in Sweden work to include children and adolescents with disability in the age of 7-20 in their organization. For this study we have used a qualitative method. The data have been collected through using semi-structured interviews with coaches and representatives from the board. When analyzing the data, we used Charles Tilly's theory Durable Inequality and research within the area of inclusion within sports, the significance of activities and the inequality within sports. The conclusions of the study showed that there was a stated lack of knowledge in the associations when it comes to their work with young people with disabilities and also in their work with the policies.

Background: Knatteskutt is one of the largest organizations in children's sports. Operations are located in approximately 150 cities / areas and have both sports and dance focus. The children are aged 3-7 years and may try several sports activities or dance styles during the semester, focusing on play and motor skills. All who are leaders at Knatteskutt has undergone Swedish Sports Promotion of Child Leaders Training. There are also regional managers around Sweden is as a sounding board for leaders and as an extended arm between the office and the leaders.

According to earlier studies, men dominates the sports pages in Swedish newspapers. The gender balance is far from equal and the purpose of this thesis is therefore to look into how Swedish local and regional newspapers covered gender in their sports pages during the year of 2013. The study also examines the news values of men?s and women?s sports, whether there are any differences compared to previous studies and whether there are any differences across the country. The study uses a quantitative content analysis and the result is based on editorial material from six randomly selected newspapers in 18 randomly selected days.

Abstract: When playing in teams, communication is important, not just communication with words but also non-verbal communication such as gestures and body languish. The purpose with this study is to see how there is a co-op among communicating players , between leaders and players and to examine what meaning communication and culture got in a youth team. The ambition with this study was to increase our knowledge about communication and communicationculture in the youth floorball team. This study is qualitative and was inspired by an ethnographical method so we got the information from observations of a youth floorball team, totally we made four observations. The result were analyzed and categorized from our observation papers.
Koordinering av virtuella team
För att arbetet i ett virtuellt team ska vara framgångsrikt krävs en effektiv koordinering av arbetet. Målet med vår studie var att identifiera viktiga faktorer vid koordinering av virtuella team. Undersökningen visar att en kommunikationskanal inte behöver ha en hög grad av informationsrikedom eller social närvaro för att den skall upplevas som ett stöd vid koordineringen av virtuella team. Väl inarbetade vanor och rutiner samt användarnas personlighet avgör vilka kommunikationskanaler som väljs. Studien visar även att koordineringen kräver tydlighet med vilken information som ska cirkulera samt vilka kommunikationskanaler som ska användas.
