Den psykiatriska vården i Sverige liksom i större delen av västvärlden har stått infören strukturförändring de senaste åren. Antalet vårdplatser inom den slutna vården harminskat och ett skifte har skett från institutionsvård till mer öppenvårdsbaserad vård.Dagsjukvård och mobilt team är en ny form av öppenvård som utöver den ordinarieöppna psykiatriska vården byggts upp som ett komplement till den tidigare mestdominerande slutna vården. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur personal i dennavårdform upplever innehållet i sitt arbete och relationen med patienterna. Fyraintervjuer genomfördes med personer anställda på psykiatriskaöppenvårdsmottagningar i Skaraborg. Fem huvudteman framkom: Att skapa enrelation, Flexibilitet, Hantera och stå ut, Låta det ta tid och Reflektioner ominnehållet i arbetet och att arbeta inom olika vårdformer.

When the population is getting older, the need for complex care and nursing interventions in elderly care increases. To create a holistic view of the elder and their life situation, interprofessional team collaboration is often desirable and necessary. Teamwork is often described in positive terms, but previous research has shown that this work method is complicated and requires constant reflection and development. The purpose of this study was to investigate how elderly care teamwork is formed in the interaction between representatives of different professionals. To accomplish this purpose, we have studied how the team members define a well-functioning teamwork and difficulties, and how consensus is achieved in the team.

Background:In Sweden there are several thousand surgical procedures performed every day. The treatment is expected to be efficient, profitable and safe. Despite that, complications occur in 3-16 % of the surgical procedures. To prevent this, WHO has developed a surgical safety checklist containing safety issues to give the surgery team an opportunity to a last control that everything has been properly done. The profession of the surgical nurse focuses mainly on patient safety especially regarding hygiene and sterility.Aim: The aim of the study was to investigate and describe the perceptions of the perioperative nurses regarding WHO: s surgical safety checklist.Method:To test the suitability of the method a pilot study was performed where tree operating room nurses were interviewed and the data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis.Results: Four categories emerged; Increased patient safety, enhanced team spirit, good planning, stronger professional role.Discussion: The result from the study showed positive perceptions regarding the surgical safety checklist, a fact known from earlier research.Conclusion: The results of the pilot study showed that surgical nurses had good support in their work when the surgical safety checklist was used..

SammanfattningMålsättningen med MIG är i huvudsak att tidigt identifiera riskpatienter på vårdavdelning ochförebygga eventuell inläggning på intensiven. Syftet med studien var att studera erfarenheteroch behov av MIG-team med sjuksköterska, för sjuksköterskor som arbetar på vårdavdelning.Studien är en deskriptiv, kvantitativ tvärsnittsstudie. Det var 40 sjuksköterskor från fyravårdavdelningar som deltog i en enkätundersökning. I resultatet framkom att flertaletsjuksköterskor varit med om att patienter försämrats på vårdavdelning det senaste året. Vid ensådan situation visade det sig att sjuksköterskan i första hand rådfrågade sin kollega och i sistahand kontaktades MIG-teamet.

Bakgrund: Kommunikation mellan personal inom hälso- och sjukvården är viktiga faktorer för att kunna garantera patienten säker vård. Sjuksköterskan ska ha kompetens att kunna fördela och koordinera uppgifter samt ha översikt av teamarbetet. Sjuksköterskan bör ha kunskap om säkerhetsarbete för att kunna garantera säker vård. Det finns ett uttryckt behov inom vården av relevanta och tidsenliga lag- och kommunikationsövningar, där teambaserade simulatorövningar framstår som en pedagogisk och tillförlitlig inlärningsmetod. Syfte: Att beskriva vad studenter vid ett lärosäte, som utbildar sig till specialistsjuksköterskor inom intensivvård, anser om teambaserad fullskalesimulatorträning.

With tougher requirements from the Swedish government about energy consumption for a new building required competences how these shall be met. Since the demands from authorities regarding lower energy consumption havebecome increasingly strict, this puts new pressure on designers and builders, who notonly have to ensure an esthetically pleasing building, but also make sure it issufficiently efficient to pass under new laws and regulations.This thesis takes into consideration a wide range of various parameters and theireffect on a building?s energy consumption. For this evaluation a computer softwarecomparison between the two programs Autodesk Ecotect Analysis and AutodeskProject Vasari was performed.Autodesk Ecotect Analysis is better suited for studies made on individual factors whileAutodesk Project Vasari is better used in experiments regarding the geometricalshape of the stucture itself.The results from the two different software tools used, give us both differences andsimilarities. For instance, both software programs produced the same resultsregarding the importance of the windows of the buildings to ensure a highly energyefficient building, both when it comes to the windows size and their U-value..

I studien undersöker vi vilka faktorer som bidrar till ett välfungerande arbetsteam utifrån ett arbetstagarperspektiv. Vi har avgränsat oss till en kommunal verksamhet och mer specifikt till två tillagningskök som genomgått en omorganisering. Vi har genomfört åtta intervjuer med två arbetsteam som vi valt att kalla Hagaboda och Rosalund. Vi har då använt oss av en kvalitativ metod och utgått från en hermeneutisk ansats. Vi har utgått från fyra olika teorier Abraham H Maslows behovsteori, Jack R Gibbs kommunikationsmönster, Robert Karsek och Töres Theorell utvecklande krav- kontroll och stödmodell samt Karl Marxs alienationsteori.

Målet med undersökningen var att finna insikter om arbetsgruppens verklighet. Syftet: att forma en förståelse för hur en grupp förhåller sig till sin uppgift, sin funktion som team och sina teamroller. Vi ville även belysa hur inflytandet i gruppen tar sig uttryck och vilka motivationsfaktorer som fanns inom gruppen.I resultat och analys visar det sig att gruppen vi arbetat med är ett team. Vi upptäcker mönster i rolltagande och formar förståelse för uppdragets position i teamets tolkning av sin uppgift. Vi sittar närmare på teamets upplevelse av inflytande och hur det påverkas av ansvarsfullhet och ledarskap.

The aim of this study was to explore and increase understanding of how a team of colleagues at an upper-secondary school in Sweden works with students with special education needs. The team works with a group of students where the majority have experienced school failure in elementary school. The focus of the study has been to analyze a project that the school undertook 2013 to improve students? results and improve their chances to successfully graduate from their program. Data was collected from relevant documents and interviews with members of the project at hand.

Today there is an increasing market for businesses concerning horses, and since we are already running such establishments we sort of speak already have a finger in the pie. Due tothe increasing competition and demands, new and more practical constructions have become a necessity. In doing this project I wanted to make a comparison between having a stable integrated with a manege and having both constructions kept separate. I wanted to compare different layout and make an estimate of costs to see which solution would be less expensive and better with regard to working environment. I will further also deal with different ventilation-systems andlight transmissions.

As a soccer coach for youths with disabilities and as active soccer players, our thoughts regarding the basic principles of sports where awakened and how it corresponds with the possibilities of disabled youths participating in club organized sports. From that thought came the idea that, with our team as the point of original we should contribute with increased knowledge regarding the experiences of disabled youths doing sports. Using ethnography and co-operative observations we have researched both including and excluding factors that contribute to the possibilities of disabled youths opportunity to do sports. We have been able to distinguish that the youths in question feel that sports can be identity-building as well as give a sense of community. The study shows that the basic principles of sports does not correspond with reality because the lack of availability is the determinant factor. .
