Sverige och Finland har en ambition att skapa en gemensam sjöstyrka, SFNTG (SwedishFinnish Naval Task Group). Länderna har historiskt mycket gemensamt men har också olika utgångspunkter för sina respektive säkerhetspolitiska lösningar. Med sjömaktens betydelse för nationerna ? den nationella uppfattningen om sjömakt, jämförs ländernas förutsättningar för att i framtiden fördjupa det marina samarbetet. I uppsatsen används Alfred T Mahan, Geoffrey Till och Eric Grove som teoretisk grund för att utifrån strategiska och doktrinära nationella dokument tydliggöra avgörande skillnader i ländernas syn på sjömakt.Den svenska utgångspunkten för sjömakt är global där den finska utgångspunkten är terri­toriellt försvar med en internationell ambition.

Utvärdering och optimering av underhållsprogram utförs för att säkerställa att ett flygbolags flotta underhålls optimalt. Det vill säga med högsta möjliga säkerhet till lägsta möjliga kostnad. Vid introduktion av en ny flygplanstyp baseras underhållsprogrammet på tillverkarens och myndighetens krav och rekommendationer. Men efter en tid har en stor erfarenhet angående flygplanens tillförlitlighet och problem vunnits. Denna erfarenhet kan sedan användas till att utvärdera hur effektivt underhållet är.Syftet med detta projekt är att sammanställa erfarenheter från utfört underhåll som sedan kan användas för att utvärdera underhållsprogrammet, vilket i sin tur kan leda till en optimering.Projektet har genomförts i tre delar.

This study analyzes the court of appeals work on judging immediate care (6 § LVU) by the child´s best from 10 court cases. This study has been reviewing 10 court cases and reviewing the court of appeals applicable laws in their decisions on interlocutory order within LVU. The material than have been analyzed consists of immediate care of children, and the concept of the best interests derived from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.The legal sanctions includes when a state signs a convention, which Sweden has. This means that Sweden is at their disposal to offer all children within its territorial limits, up to 18 years may take part of the rights set down in the Convention of the Rights of the Child. This means that all decisions relating to the individual child, should always be taken with respect to the best interest of the child, when a child for varoius reasons end up in a lawsiut.The concept of the best interest of the child are vague and abstract because it is not clearly defined.

In 2007 the Swedish government appointed a commission of inquiry with the Task to submit a proposal of reduction in the requirement of a minimum legal capital for private limited liability companies. The commission of inquiry?s main proposal involved a reduction to SEK 50,000 compared to the prevailing SEK 100,000. Following a complementary proposal from the Justice Department suggesting a reduction to SEK 1, this paper aims at providing an understanding of the function and purpose of a minimum legal capital and the consequences that follows from an abolition of the statutory capital requirement. The thesis concludes that the legal capital?s main purpose is that of a standard contract internalizing the shareholder?s risk in business.

Blood sampling is one of the most important diagnostic tools in veterinary medicine, and this is also true for avian medicine. A properly collected and handled venous sample can be used for serology, biochemistry and electrolyte analysis, as well as for blood smears, packed cell volume and cell differentiation. Caring for sick birds is a challenge for all veterinary staff. Many birds are easily stressed individuals, and to a very ill bird a big increase in stress level can even be fatal. Avian patients who are presented in a veterinary clinic are often in a poor condition, and blood sampling is an invasive procedure that can cause stress to the patient.

This paper describes Tempus Custode, a smartphone application with which the user may register working hours and travel time during the work day. The application communicates with a database via a server. The data stored in the database may be manipulated using an administrator tool, mainly for the composition of time reports. In this way, the user?s Task of time reporting his day is greatly simplified.The application is able to automatically discriminate between work time and travel time, as it continuously fetches positioning data from the smartphone GPS receiver.

Vaccination as a part of the preventative public health project has for many years been one of the important Tasks of the children's health care. The vaccination program has been adjusted to current research and the health situation in the country. Having their children vaccinated is not something obvious for all parents, though. Especially the vaccination against measles, whooping cough and German measles have been questioned. The purpose of this literature study was to investigate the reasons for the resistance to vaccinate and to illuminate the security creating advice of the nurse at the public health centre.

Current research shows that the number of door openings during surgery is unjustifiably high. It is the operating room nurses Task to ensure a hygienic and aseptic environment throughout the surgery with the goal of minimizing the risk of healthcare associated infection. The study aims to investigate whether the operating room nurse is attentive to the number of door openings during surgery and if the operating room nurse is attentive to the reasons behind the door openings. A pilot study with nine observations was carried out on two smaller hospitals in the region of Västra Götaland. The results showed a significant underestimation of the rated door openings compared with the actual ones.

Sveriges Radio stores their data in large archives which makes it hard to retrieve specific information. The sheer size of the archives makes retrieving information about a specific event difficult and causes a big problem. To solve this problem a more consistent use of metadata is needed. This resulted in an investigation about metadata and keyword genera-tion.The appointed Task was to automatically generate keywords from transcribed radio shows. This included an investigation of which systems and algorithms that can be used to generate keywords, based on previous works.

This study, a narrative analysis of it, deals with the term, home, its importance and the use of it by Child welfare investigators in the city of Malmö between the years 1930-1936. Commonly used and acknowledged, home stood for security and order while the term, street, had just the opposite meaning. Living in the countryside symbolized health and sensibility, while city life was considered to be cramped, dirty and immoral. The responsibility of achieving the liberals and conservatives ideal of a sunny, clean and orderly home was given to the woman of the house, as was the Task of keeping the home morally correct, and providing the necessary atmosphere for proper upbringing of the children. Consequently, the basis of theory, using Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in regards to the conflicts between the upper and lower classes, and even theories of Jane Lewis of woman´s connection to home and family, have been the grounds for the study.
