A young adult is defined to be in the ages 16?25 and it is during these years that they step in to the job market. Many young adults feel pressured by society to have a job and to keep it. There are motivational factors such as money, activity level, variation, social contacts and personal development that drives the young adult to want a job. The purpose of the study was to examine which motivational factors are significant and the difference between the genders.

When the Swedish Förmånsrättslagen was changed 2004 the banks became more restrictive to allow traditional bank loans. The change made it more difficult for customers to get their loans granted. For that reason customers had to find other forms of financing. Factoring is an alternative that means companies can mortage/sell their claim on customers to finance companies.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to do a comparativecase study between a public library in Sweden and one in England. Our aim is to examine what factors affect alibrarian in charge of purchasing fiction for adults and to what degree. We have used two methods of study, specifically semi-constructed interviews with two librarians and text analysis of policies in place at each library respectively. Our research questions share the above mentioned context and should therefore be read with that backdrop:-How is selection and purchase covered in the policies?-What selection criteria are used by the respondents?-What differences are there regarding the decision making? -How can the viewpoints be explained?Our analytical framework was based on three arguments namely market demand, quality and social inclusion when examining our material.
Ekologiska livsmedel i kommunal verksamhet : Fallstudie över Ludvika kommuns satsning på ekologiska livsmedel inom skola och äldreomsorg
Organic food is produced in a way that strives towards maintaining and improving natural resources. The welfare of both producers and consumers is central, also taking both animals and the environment into account. The Swedish government finds this important and in 2006 they made a resolution that the consumption of organic food should be stimulated. The goal was that 25 % of the municipalities? consumption of food should be organic in 2010.The municipality of Ludvika reached the government's target in 2011 and is currently increasing their proportion of organic food by one new product every year. Ludvika is a member of The National Association of Swedish Eco-municipalities and the town of Ludvika is also a Fairtrade city.
Servicekvalitet för e-handel inom konfektion
I och med Internets utveckling och utbredning har fler och fler företag tagit steget in i e-handelsvärlden samtidigt som fler och fler konsumenter har börjat handla via internet. För att bli framgångsrik inom detta område krävs inte bara att man har en eftertraktad produkt utan också att den service som omgärdar produkten uppfyller de förväntningar kunderna har.I denna rapport kommer vi att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar konsumenternas uppfattning om ett e-handelsföretags nivå av servicekvalitet, vilka krav och önskningar en sittande målgrupp har på dessa faktorer samt hur väl ett urval webbaserade butiker uppfyller dessa krav och önskemål.Genom att gå igenom teorier berörande nischmarknader och därefter gå över till att se vad det är som gör att ett företag lyckas med e-handel, kan vi se vilka faktorer som är viktiga att ta hänsyn till. Vi granskar komponenter så som användarvänligheten och komforten i att använda sig av e-handel, kundanpassning, information kring företag och produkter, säkerhetsfrågor och känslan av trygghet vid köp och kommunikationen både mellan konsumenter och kund och företag. Ytterligare kommer vi titta på hur en hemsidas utseende påverkar köpupplevelsen och känslan av trygghet.Därefter blir det en granskning av hur företag idag arbetar med dessa aspekter, där vi tittat både på företag som vänder sig till en sittande målgrupp och de som vänder sig till icke funktionshindrade för att se skillnader och möjligheter för ett företag som arbetar mot sittande. Här ser vi dock att alla företag försöker arbeta utefter de aspekter vi lagt in i teorin, men de uppfyller de krav som ställs olika.

Fastighetsmäklarens marknadsföring av objektet : Objektannonsens utveckling
Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att utvärdera utvecklingen av objektannonser i mäklarbranschen genom tiden, vad gäller utformning av annonser och val av mediekanaler. Syftet är även att försöka utläsa om fastighetsmäklaren marknadsför objektet så som marknadsföringsteorin säger att man bör marknadsföra en produkt.Metod: Metoden som används är att samla primärdata genom att göra en jämförelse mellan objektannonser från år 1990 med objektannonser från år 2009. Därefter har primärdata samlats in med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med fastighetsmäklare såväl som med experter som besitter stora kunskaper inom området. Sekundärdata som används är hämtad från litteratur och Internet. Resultat & Slutsats: Uppsatsens resultat visar att dåtidens fastighetsmäklare inte hade tillräckliga marknadsföringskunskaper för att marknadsföra objektet. Utvecklingen har dock gått framåt och idag besitter de den kunskap som krävs för att marknadsföra ett objekt så som marknadsföringsteorin säger att man bör marknadsföra en produkt.

Previous work by researchers as Eugene F. Fama and Kenneth R. French, show that average return on stocks are related to a firms characteristics like size and book-to-market ratio. These kinds of patterns in average return is not explained by The Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), and are therefore seen as anomalies. Fama and French have proposed a three-factor model, which captures patterns observed in U.S average returns associated with size and value.

Small and non-traded companies are lack of this necessary financialmarket information in order to determine an appropriate equity risk premium and tocompute the cost of capital.In the absence of financial information necessary for an external investor, it is difficult toevaluate a non-traded company with the Capital Asset Pricing model (CAPM), which isbased on the financial market information. It measures only the systematic risk, which isthe contribution of one share to the market risk of a portfolio. There is an uncertainty in the market for grain forcing the meat/milk producers to review alternative feeds to a larger extent, in order to get control over the feed costs. This has led to that the meat/milk producers need to have a good knowledge regarding how the different feeds influences the animals and which technical equipment to use for handling. For those that produce their own feedmix, there is a need to put interest in new crops and their characteristics to be able to get the knowledge of what is required for their own production. It is beneficial to keep an open dialogue with advisors to be updated in new crops and new technology for feeding.
When mixing feed at farm level, the legislation is not very clear since it the target group is large scale mixing plants. We have brought up the most important rules and regulations from the EU parliament Council as well as the ones from the Swedish Board of Agriculture (SJV), regarding feed mixing on farm and factory level.
We have studied beans and pea at two different moisture levels, in order to evaluate how the moisture level affects the distribution of particles when milling with a plaitmill and a hammermill.

22 % of Sweden´s 335 000 private forest owner lived apart from their forest. In 2007 this figure had risen to 36 %.
