Skjortan från Lunds domkyrka - En jämförande studie mellan den liturgiska mässkjortan och den profana särken under senmedeltid
The main purpose of this essay is to analyze the late medieval shirt found in the cathedral of Lund. It has been preserved in the church and later on exhibited in the museum of Lunds cathedral. The most interesting thing about this shirt is probably its close connection to the secular world, as well as to the church. At first sight it appears to be a liturgical garment, it seams to be far too big for a regular, profane smock or shirt, but in a letter received by the church of Lund from Christian I of Denmark this shirt is mentioned as a chemise, or smock. The questions I aim to answer on the following pages goes, what characterizes the chemise or smock? What characterizes the mass shirt or alba? How can you use this type of analyse to examine the shirt from the cathedral of Lund?.
Livscykelanalys av en ekologisk bomullsskjorta - miljöpåverkan från vagga till grav
This study includes a life cycle assessment, LCA, on an ecological produced cotton shirt for the company Reflective Circle, which designs ethical and ecological clothes.Initially were cotton farming and textile production studied to gather basic knowledge about the processes. Since this shirt is being ecological produced in the whole production chain, we studied what an ecological production means, but also how a conventional production works. When this was done we could start to discuss the differences and similarities between the production of the shirt and general conventional production.When the LCA was first initiated, the main focus was on the green house gas emissions from the manure at the cultivation. Thereafter the process steps such as picking, ginning, carding, spinning, weaving and sewing were being studied. The picking is done by hand, but the rest of the processes are handed by machines which consumes energy.

Ett plastobjekt, en filt, en textil pelare, en T-shirt och lite kakel är ett examensarbete där jag undersöker hur jag som designer fungerar i en verklighetsnära kontext och inom en begränsad tidsram. Jag har bett fem formgivare som jag beundrar att med helt fria händer ge mig en brief var. Brieferna har jag sedan löst på en vecka vardera. För att hålla tempot uppe och för att komma framåt har jag använt mig av olika metoder och tekniker. Projekten omfattar allt ifrån rumsliga lösningar för offentlig miljö och produkter till kreationer mot kropp.

This thesis project is based on a business idea where users can design their own T-shirt online. The project shows the first step in the development process where a prototype for a user interface is created and evaluated.The purpose of this thesis project is to answer the following question:How does one develop a user interface for T-shirt design with consideration to interaction design theories?In order to answer this question the design process began with scheduling the work at hand. The first step was to build a conceptual model based on specifications made prior to this project. This conceptual model became the foundation for the physical design.A high fidelity prototype was created using Macromedia Flash and Actionscript 2.0.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze and understand which difficulties that e-company's struggles with the most, and what their strategies are to overcome this problem. Sales of clothing through e-commerce have made the shopping experience faster and more comfortable, but on the other hand it has created a couple of problems which makes a big difference in the purchase of clothing, we are partly talking about the absence of the testing opportunity. To not know whether or not the shirt or pants will fit, leads customers to a game of gamble every single time they purchase a garment. Another problem which makes customers nervous before a purchase is the absence of a physical salesperson. This might lead customers to question whether or not the company exists.

Plant Protection Products (PPP) used in the horticulture industry can be both chemical and biological. They are used for weeds (herbicides), insects (insecticides), and fungi (fungicides) and as growth retarders.Many horticulture workers get in touch with plants, treated with PPPs and many of these don?t use any protective equipment.The aim of this project is to illustrate the work environment hazards for staff working with greenhouse pot plants, after they have been sprayed.The method used was observations of the operations for packing plants. I studied the operations and took notes of how operations were performed and what protective equipment they used. I also took photos and asked questions.A literature study completed the observations.
Hur motiverar man evenemangsvolontärer att återkomma?
Vad är det egentligen som gör att volontärer vill återkomma år efter år? I analysen i denna uppsats kommer vi till slutsatsen att det finns många faktorer som påverkar och bland dessa beror motivationen på vilket steg på Maslows behovstrappa som man befinner sig på just nu. Alltså är orsaken för att återvända individuell. För att undersöka frågan vidare genomfördes samtal med två fokusgrupper. Den ena bestod av elever från högskoleutbildningen Event management och den andra bestod av individer som alla hade volontärarbetat på återkommande evenemang men som inte läste Eventutbildningen.
