This thesis examines the relationship between OECD-DAC and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) within an aid efficiency context. The ability for these two actors to cooperate is highly important and determines the outcome for a major part of the development aid in the new millennium. The development agenda for the new millennium emphasizes aid efficiency as a key to a more successful aid, and this requires increased cooperation between all actors. The analysis made is a discourse analysis. The discourse of aid efficiency is analyzed, both its preconditions and results.The analyze finds out that there is a gap between OECD-DAC and CSOs in terms of how to handle aid efficiency.

Den här uppsatsen undersöker sambandet mellan en musikvideoprocess och endesignprocess samt vilka visuella teoretiska verktyg som finns att tillgå vid enbudskapsfokuserad musikvideo. För att ta reda på detta har vi gjort en introspektion avvår process av att producera en musikvideo åt en etablerad svensk artist. I arbetetpresenterar vi hela processen från första vision till de sista förberedelserna. Uppsatseninnehåller produktionsmaterial så som storyboard och inspelningsschema. Som stödtill vår produktionsprocess har vi sammanställt en modell som bygger på Löwgren ochStoltermans (2004) designprocess samt de budskapsfokuserade teoretiska visuellaverktygen (så som semiotik, Sync points och musikanalys) som kan underlätta i just ensådan här process.

This report describes a bachelor thesis work performed at the cloud storage company CloudMe in Linköping, Sweden. The storage service provided by CloudMe allows users to access their files seamlessly from multiple units at the same time. In the cloud there is storage provided for contacts, calendar and e-mail, which is data nowadays normally used by smart phones.Exchange ActiveSync is a protocol developed by Microsoft which, among much more, provides functionality to Synchronize the previously described data. This protocol is supported by the smart phone developers and the ability to Synchronize over the exchange protocol is implemented in products by default. Due to this fact it would be preferable to implement support for Synchronization from CloudMe to phones over this protocol.

Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att undersöka möjligheterna för ett system till Skogsvårdsstyrelsen Värmland/Örebro, där uppgifter ska registreras i handdator vid fältbesök och därefter verifieras och slutlagras i Skogsvårdsstyrelsens databaser. Under arbetets gång har olika skogsorganisationer och företag intervjuats för att ta reda på om de har någon lösning som skulle kunna passa för Skogsvårdsstyrelsen. De lösningar som används av andra organisationer/företag har analyserats för att få fram för- och nackdelar med de olika varianterna. Slutprodukten innefattar inte någon prototyp på hur uppgiften skulle lösas utan föreslår olika verktyg som skulle kunna användas. Arbetet har grundats på litteraturstudier om införande av GIS i organisationer samt intervjuer och brevkontakt med personer och företag som arbetar med eller har kunskaper om fältGIS.
