ABSTRACTHelena Nowachek The purpose of the following study is to focus upon the possibilities and challenges associated with the transference of corporate culture from one organization to another. I have chosen to address this by looking at the franchise company Jobzone, which works specifically with recruitment and outsourcing. As a method I have interviewed three people in Jobzone: one person who is responsible for education, one franchising boss in Sweden and one franchisee. To delineate the concept of culture I apply both Schein?s model, in which he divides culture into the three levels of artifacts, values and basic assumptions, as well as a general theory of communication.

Bakgrund: Ett gäng definieras som en grupp människor vilka medverkar i kriminell aktivitet och har minst en gemensam Symbol som definierar dem. Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats var att genom noggranna analyser av tidigare genomförda studier kring ungdomsgäng belysa ungdomsgäng som ett fenomen i dagens samhälle. Metod: Forskningsöversikten baserades på tretton vetenskapliga artiklar. Innehållsanalysen av artiklarna resulterade i fyra teman. Resultat: Huvudfynden i studien är att gängmedlemmarna ofta är marginaliserade ungdomar.

Problem kring den egna kroppen och dess utseende är något som historiskt sett varit något typiskt genuskodat kvinnligt. Under de senaste 20-30 åren har män i allt större utsträckning rapporterat liknande problematik, detta i samband med en allt högre grad exponering av mannens kropp. Syftet med studien var att belysa och problematisera hur män uppfattar kroppsuppfattningens påverkar kroppssjälvkänslan. Urvalet var biologiskt födda män. De valda informanterna var i åldern 22-32 år.

Detta examensarbete behandlar fenomenet att använda djurkroppar som material. Studiens syfte är att undersöka fenomenet döda djur och djurkroppar i konst, hantverk och design, och lyfta fram på vilket sätt döda djur används och hur användandet kan tolkas och förstås. Teorin belyser relationen djur och människa ur historiskt perspektiv, hur djur framställts inom konsten, samt den etiska aspekten. Metod och material består i en analys utifrån texter och medier, och en kvalitativ intervju med Märta Mattsson, som skapar smycken av främst insekter. Studien visar på att djur har varit Symbol för många olika saker som mod, tapperhet, häxkonst och erotik.

Jag vill med min uppsats ta med läsaren på en djupdykning i bilden och Symbolernas värld även om det med ord kan vara svårt att beskriva, då det ju i själva verket rör sig om en nivå som kommer före ordet. Mitt huvudsakliga syfte är att utforska huruvida bilderna och Symbolerna fortfarande är livsnödvändiga för människans psykiska och kanske därmed fysiska överlevnad? Kan vi fortfarande än i dag, låta oss beröras av deras kraftfält och därmed göra förändringen, utvecklingen, transformationen och helandet möjligt?!Vidare vill jag undersöka bildens dubbla roll som både ?symtomavslöjare? och framåtblickande ?transformerande helare?, samt kopplingen till shamanism och alkemi. Vad kan nutidsmänniskan lära av detta? Vad kan vi ta till oss i dag? Och vad mår den enskilde individen och ett samhälle bäst av i längden?Jag vill betona en psykodynamisk syn på människan där även Jungs analytiska psykologi ingår, och använda objektrelationsteoretikerna som en gemensam bro mellan Jung, Freud och bildterapi.

Denna undersökning ställer frågan hur manskropp i kombination med nakenhet, muskler, poser och blickar konstruerar maskulinitet och könsroller i bilder. Syftet med uppsatsen är att utifrån mansforskningens teorier och semiotisk metod granska bilder som förskjuter och omförhandlar maskulinitetens etablerade normer. Undersökningen tittar närmare på betydelsebärande markörer för att synliggöra hur den manliga kroppen har blivit viktig i bilden av mannen. Det didaktiska och bildpedagogiska syftet är att skapa ett medvetet och kritiskt tänkande kring bildens betydelse i konstruktionen av könsroller. Maskulinitet definieras i det kommersiella bildflödet och det är viktigt att förstå bilders sociala och kulturella innebörder.I den konstnärliga gestaltningen undersöks förskjutningen av maskulinitet i bild, och betydelsen av manskroppen när den förses med markörer betecknade som feminina och kvinnliga.

In a time where information overload is a fact, well formulated messages is required and communication is a big contributing element for building strong brands. In the north of Sweden, Norrmejerier is one of the big actors with dominance on the dairy factor market. Through making milk products that lands in the consumers refridgerators, they are not only working for economical interest but also for improving the nature of the north of Sweden. Through visual communication, Norrmejerier shows the consumers a beneficial view of the north of Sweden which corresponds to the populations own impression of their part of the country. This contributes to a feeling of belonging that makes strong and loyal consuments. The feeling of belonging is also reflected in Norrmejeriers commercial movies, that uses the consumers conscience to make costumers. By two group interviews and a semiotic analysis of Norrmejeriers commercial movies, this study aims to examine how Norrmejerier uses qualities of the north of Sweden when building their brand.

In this degree project a study of the importance of a graphic identity to companies has been done. A questionnaire among small companies in Dalarna has beenmade. From this, three sets of graphic profile-program have been formed andthese are suitable for new companies. Finally a practical application has been made on Greenfield in Mora, a graphic profile has been designed.To cause an identity is to prove that someone or something exists by individualizingand distinguish. Every individual or company has its qualities or charasteristics.The way to a desirable identity is going by a corporate identity-program that containsthe companies strategies, people, products, buildings, trademarks, graphic design.
