Likheter och skillnader underso?ks i sa?ngteknikerna i genrerna country, folkmusik och opera.

Denna uppsats behandlar enhetschefers uppfattning av konflikter i samband med lönesättning. Studien har tre syften i form av att beskriva enhetschefers uppfattning, relatera uppfattningen till olika ledarstilar, om möjligt utveckla dessa ledarstilar samt att jämföra Göteborgs och Sydneys enhetschefers uppfattning av konflikter i samband med lönesättning. Specifika frågeställningar i form av hur enhetschefer för äldreboende uppfattar konflikter i samband med lönesättning samt vilka likheter och skillnader som finns gällande hur enhetschefer för äldreboende i Göteborg respektive Sydney uppfattar konflikter i samband med lönesättning har studerats på plats i både Göteborg och Sydney. Kvalitativa intervjuer har skett med fyra enhetschefer i respektive stad med en semistrukturerad intervjuguide som har kompletterats med litteraturstudier. Studiens teoretiska referensramar utgörs av en triangulering i form av Blake och Moutons ledarstilsteori och konfliktteori.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka huruvida vår motivationsmodell som bygger på Herzbergs tvåfaktorteori, stöds och används av ledare inom organisationen Retail House för att motivera sina anställda på distans.Teoriavsnitten ledarskap på distans och motivation samt vår motivationsmodell ligger till grund för empiri, analys och slutsats. Studien har utförts genom kvalitativa intervjuer med tre företagsrepresentanter från Retail House. Uppsatsen finner att Retail House ledning motiverar sin personal i stor utsträckning enligt vår motivationsmodell. Dock har undersökningen visat att företagets speciella sätt att arbeta försvårar motivationsarbetet för ledningen, snarare än distansen till personalen. Det framkom att de faktorer som är bäst lämpade som motivationsverktyg för Retail House är feedback och lön..

The purpose of this essay is to describe how Boverkets Byggregler has affected the cost ofnewly built houses from 2003 to 2012, to Boverkets Vision 2025. The purpose is also to findagent-principal relations in the construction sector.When investing in an energy efficient house the operating costs are reduced compared to aconventional house. But due to the lower operating costs, the investment cost rises. In thisstudy, we find out if it is economically viable to invest in an energy efficient house comparedto a conventional house from the customer's perspective.The study's approach has been qualitatively where we in collaboration with Derome Hus hadaccess to three conventional reference houses and a passive house and data that was necessaryto conduct viability assessments on houses. We conducted five interviews with people fromDeromekoncernen and Varbergs kommun.The calculation methods we have used in this study are present value method, annuity methodand a sensitivity analysis.

De centrala teorierna har utgått ifrån Connells beskrivning av maskuliniteter, med betoning på hegemonisk maskulinitet och underordnad maskulinitet samt Birds beskrivning av homosocialitet som beskriver sociala praktiker i manligt, heterosexuellt umgänge med utgångspunkt ur en hegemonisk maskulinitet. Fokus har också legat på att ge läsaren en tydlig bakgrund i hur synen på mannen förändrats, hur vänskap mellan män sett ut historiskt och förändrats över tid samt vilka mekanismer som legat till grund för dynamiker inom manlig vänskap. Materialet har analyserats utifrån en metod som är framtagen för just TV-program, ?How to Study Television? men jag har skapat en specifikt anpassad metod utifrån detta som fokuserar på narrativet.

The aim of this undergraduate thesis was to study what the participation in the activities of the Fontain House in Stockholm means to its members. The research questions dealt with how the members describe their participation in the activities, whether they say that it has helped them, and, in that case, in which way. Furthermore, they dealt with how the members argue about their experiences of mental illness and of social help. The study was carried out within the framework of the narrative method. As tools for analyzing the narratives, parts of An-tonovsky?s theories as well as the theoretical concepts of inclusion and exclusion as described by Madsen, were used.

This thesis is a chronological survey over the hut and house remains from the Stone Age to the Early Middle Ages in Eastern Central Sweden. The thesis also contains a test which I have conducted to see which investigation method had the best results in identifying house remains at an archaeological site. The purpose of my independent work was to develop and test a task-specific assessment matrix to the students writing logs that occurs in connection with their APL (workplace-based learning). The matrix is based on upper secondary school subject plan House building from The Swedish National Agency for Education and the four courses House building process, House building 1, House building 2 and House building 3 - conversion. Due to the matrix structure, I used the example matrix of Malmö University. The task-specific assessment must both serve as a guide for students in the implementation of the log writing, and in the evaluation of the assessment work. Both students and teachers then get a common assessment tool for evaluation.

Musiken som kompositör och regissör är en uppsats om hur vi som utövande sångare och kompositörer omedvetet verkar i en tradition som har sina rötter i en kompositionsteknik och estetik som hade sin storhetstid för tre till fyrahundra år sedan, nämligen affektläran.Som bas för min undersökning ligger min egen komposition, operan ?Post office?, med ettlibretto baserat på Charles Bukowskis roman med samma namn. Operan är komponerad utan att jag hade någon som helst kännedom om affektläran, och jag ställer därför frågan om jagomedvetet har komponerat utifrån en tradition som går tillbaka till 1600- och 1700-talet. Jaghar använt mig av en analysmetod där jag väljer ut vissa stycken ur operan, vilka sedan haranalyserats textligt och musikaliskt utifrån affektlärans tekniker. Jag har även med hjälp av en observation av ett antal sångare, som fått framföra delar av min opera, undersökt om det retoriskt-gestiska agerandet i barockens opera omedvetet kan leva kvar hos dagens sångare.

Since the background describes the importance ofenergy efficiency and optimization in a house, the focus area of this report will be an investigation ofdifferent types of heating systems in order to be able to choose the one most suited for the house.Aspects considered when choosing the heating system was how economic the system is both inservice- and investment costs and how environmental and operational friendly the system is.Through literature reviews there were sufficient information gathered that served as a foundation whencomparing and choosing between the four systems - district heating, pellet-fired boiler, geothermalheating and solar heating.

The aim of this essay is to examine four floor mosaics from private dwellings in Pompeii. These 1st century floor mosaics decorate the fauces of the houses and they all depict watchdogs. The first question to be asked is if there are other common features between the houses that can explain why these house owners chose this figure. The second question is if you can reveal, from the existing knowledge about the house owners, the same information. The third question to be asked is if the watchdog mosaics have anything to do with the location of the houses in Pompeii.

OPERA Kan en Opera som byggnad gestalta olika sorters skådespel om upplevelser i det byggdas helhet?Det är en fråga som legat som inspiration i det här projektet. Platsens stora skala, saknad av växtlighet och det råa utomhusklimat, tillsammans med programmets kvadratmeterytor, har resulterat i ett projekt som handlat om ett artificiellt landskap. De två operadelarna gestaltas i två berg som ligger och vilar längst ut på piren. De två bergen är en komposition som tillsammans strävar efter helhet där byggnaden vill berätta vilka delar som helheten består av. Mellan bergen finns en stig som leder upp till entrén.

This essay represents a chronological and contextual analysis of clay pipes that have been found in the urban settlement of Västergarn during seminary excavations between 2006 ? 2012, conducted by Gotland University. Clay pipes can be dated closely and are useful means for dating and interpreting archaeological contexts from the early modern period, such as house foundations. There have been excavated four house foundations in Västergarn with different sorts of clay pipes dating to the post-medieval period. Can they tell which people used them or which country they were produced? By discussing the meaning of clay pipes in early modern society on Gotland this essay tries to answer these questions..
