The market of electronic commerce is under constant growth and change. New technology makes it possible for the consumer to obtain digital products in a quick and easy manner. Record companies adjust more and more to this ever changing environment. The purpose of this thesis was to evaluate how Swedish retailers of MP3 work with bundling strategies. A case study was conducted on two Swedish retailers, CDON and Homedownloads.

Background: Thanks to the globalization and the EU the international trade is growing faster than ever and companies are able to change ownership across the borders of the nations. Today one can talk about global marketplace with a deeper integration of the economies of the world. The rapidly growing list of mergers of Swedish companies since the last 10 years indicates that the global companies of today is using mergers as a strategic tool for continue their growth. However the number of unsuccessful mergers is big. The need of understanding and knowledge about different cultures is growing in the global business climate of today, since the collaborations across de national borders are increasing.Problem formulation: Which international strategies are fortunate in international mergers with Swedish companies?Purpose: The purpose is to analyze the integration of the three mergers; Vin&Sprit ? Although homosexuality was not a criminal act after 1944 it was still on the list over Swedish diseases, a list maid by the Swedish board of social affairs.The years between 1978 and 1984 a study of the homosexual life in society was maid. Both in terms of establishing a sustainability assurance, in its form, and get it assured together with standards, principles and regulations which organisations and accountants have utilized. The growth of sustainability reports and the choice of getting them assured have in particular favoured the accounting business. Due to this result, some critics have voiced that assuring a sustainability report gain accounting firms more than it gains the actual organisation. Other say that it is necessary in order to increase the credibility and the eligibility of the report, while it also has become a requirement from stakeholders.

This thesis is a study of spatial practice and literary depictions of homes in novels by Elsie Johansson, Kerstin Thorvall and Kristina Sandberg. The theoretical perspective is based on Henri Lefebvre´s view on social space, and on the concept of spatial practice. Research questions are: What homes are depicted? How does spatial practice function in the texts? How does the depictedspatial practice relate to norms and ideals?The novels, published 1993-2014, depict an interesting period in Swedish history (cirka 1920-1970) when politics and society at large was deeply involved in reshaping the homes and lives of Swedish citizens. The aim was to turn the citizens into new, healthy and rational parts of the new and rational society.

Since the year 2005 listed companies are supposed to use international accounting standards when they set up their group accountancy. One thing that has changed with the new standards is the accounting of goodwill and long-lived intangible assets. Earlier companies were supposed to write of their goodwill during the years they had expected the extra profit to arise. According to the new regulation, an impairment test shall be done annually, as well as when there is an indication of decreased value. According to IAS 36 point 134, the company shall provide information in their accountancy about the impairment test.The aim of this study is to find out if some companies may be willing to reveal less information in their accountancy, and if there are any factors that affect this.

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate thephenomenon language café, an activity that is held in public libraries into which anyone is welcome who wants to practice their skills in Swedish, and see how this can be put in relation to integration. To reach the purpose we developed two research-questions; What does the language café fulfill for its participants? and How can the language café contribute to the promotion of integration? The study is based on semi-structured interviews with seven participants from language cafés. The theory used to analyze the results from the interviews is the Swedish sociologist José Alberto Diaz theory about the integration process which can be divided into seven dimensions. The findings of the thesis were that the language café can fill the function as a place to Speak Swedish, for Community-information, a place to meet and a place for trust and self-confidence.

Sweden became a member of the European Union in 1995. Consequently Sweden became obligated to implement the Working Time Directive 2003/88/EC (formerly termed 93/104/EC). At that time Sweden considered that their legislation already gave their employees as high level of protection as the directive prescribed. This new way of working introduces organisational challenges regarding how the culture within an organisation is created and maintained in an environment that combines both a physical and digital presence. This study aims to explore how hybrid work affects an organisation?s ability to develop and maintain its culture, as well as the digital tools and strategies used in the process. This will be studied through an employer?s perspective.

Our essay is about the grammar structure that the participants in A- and B- level of a school in the middle of Sweden, in the subject, Swedish as a second language, process. We have collected written productions from an A-level group and a B-level group and made a comparison between them morphologically and syntactically according to the processability theory by Pienemann.Processability theory was applied to Swedish by Pienemann & Håkansson (1999), with five steps in syntax and four steps in morphology. It turned out that the B-level group had much higher processing level of grammar than the A level group and one of the reasons for this can be that grammar is explicitly taught during the first year of studying Swedish as a second language in the school we have chosen to study..

Östers IF var fram till 1988 föreningen som aldrig hade åkt ur en serie och samlat på sig fyra SM-guld och ett cup-guld. Idag är det föreningen som två gånger under 2000-talet har åkt raka vägen från Allsvenskan till division 1 på två säsonger. I denna studie, vars syfte är att utvärdera Östers IF och dess seniorverksamhet, har vi velat skapa en övergripande bild av hur föreningens kultur, organisation och identitet har påverkats av seniorverksamhetens sportsliga resultat genom åren. Vi har även velat se vilka effekter detta har gett för föreningens strävan efter att återigen stabilisera sig som ett svenskt elitfotbollslag. Vi har i vårt arbete använt oss av en kvalitativ studie med semistrukturerade intervjuer som metod.Resultatet visar att Östers IF under en lång tid har verkat utan en röd tråd och kontinuitet har saknats inom föreningen både hos den administrativa organisationen och inom den sportsliga verksamheten. Det har gjort att Östers IF idag är en förening som kämpar med att hitta sin identitet. Det är oklart vad föreningen står för och vilken väg den vill ta för att nå tillbaka till elitfotbollen.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the president of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, is described in Swedish mass media. The research question of the paper is "How was president Hugo Chávez portrayed in Swedish newspapers in the 2004 Venezuelan referendum?". The answer of this question provides information about how the mass media form the image of current political events which is an important aspect of power. The applied method and theory in the study is the critical discourse analysis.

Bakgrund: Människor tenderar att identifiera sig själva med olika sociala grupper, exempelvis utifrån professions- eller organisationstillhörighet. Individer inom samma sociala grupp formar ofta liknande normer och värderingar, vilket skapar en känsla av tillhörighet. I en professionell organisation tenderar medarbetare tillhörande en profession att identifiera sig med sin profession snarare än sin organisation, vilket i sin tur påverkar relationen mellan individ och organisation. Under de senaste åren har begreppet medarbetarskap blivit alltmer populärt på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Begreppet innefattar hur medarbetare hanterar relationen till sin arbetsgivare och till det egna arbetet.
