Interference in an ecosystem means a disturbance. When harvesting, forest roads have to be build to cope with heavy duty vehicles. Crossing brooks can not always be avoided. In this case bridges or culverts have to be built. There are many different kinds of culverts and depending on what type you choose and how you place the culvert, the watercourse and the water organisms can be harmed in different ways.

The purpose of this development project is to create a model for working with a high school project in Electrical and Energy Program. It should be conducted in a form like companies do according to the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education. In order to fully perform this we use the concept of Young Entrepreneurship. The model is created according to the new conditions from The National Electrical Safety Board. There is now an exception saying that a student during education is released from the demand of employment that is the normal procedure where you are under supervision from a certified electrician. During the project there has been theoretical and practical examinations in order to clear out the advantages and disadvantages using this model, but also to examine whether it is useful in the future and to what extent it can be used. The result indicates that the model is useful and fulfills the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education but that the model has its limitations and difficulties.

Every year the Swedish government invests capital in different projects. In recent years the Swedish government has chosen to invest in design. The reason for this is that the government wants industry to use design as a competitive source. Two organizations, Svensk Form and Stiftelsen Svensk Indistridesign, have been assigned to improve industry and society?s under¬standing of design.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka vad bilden och det bildskapande arbetet har för betydelse för kunskap i ett samarbete mellan museum, universitet och skola. Jag har genomfört observationer av elevers besök på en bildutställning i kemi på BildMuseet Umeå universitet. Besöket innehöll bildvisning och efterföljande workshop med en bildpedagog och en kemist. Resultatet av observationerna visade att bilden, det visuella, användes i kunskapssyfte främst gällande kemi. Det ansågs av informanterna vara ett sätt att nå eleverna på ett annat sätt än text och tal för att vi lär oss på olika sätt och att det krävs olika sätt att lära ut på.

Syfte:Syftet är att analysera och beskriva styrsystemets användbarhet utifrån vald organisationsstruktur i ett decentraliserat företag. Problem:Eftersom strategin utgör en grundtanke som ska förena och skapa en gemensam riktning för individer eller organisationer är det en central del av en chefs roll att sträva mot att skapa framgångsrika strategier och att implementera dessa. Enligt forskning kommer företagens diversifieringsstrategier leda till att de decentraliseras och organiserar sig efter divisioner. En decentraliserad, divisionaliserad organisationsstruktur har fördelar men också nackdelar. Eftersom organisationsstrukturen och styrsystemet ska samverka ställer strukturen krav på styrsystemet.

The aim of this study is to examine how the library of the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Enforcment Authority have changed during the last decade. The study is based on qualitative interviews with the librarian in the two goverment agencies? primary library and four personel from three different office libraries. The result shows that the libraries hasn?t changed drastically in their role over the last decade but instead slowly decreased in use in relation to online databases..

Despite the fact that mandatory financial auditing has been abolished for small private public companies in Sweden we still see this service being used by these firms. Earlier research, papers and published articles tend to focus on the abolishment of the mandatory audits seen from the accountant?s point of view. There has however been less emphasis on the fact that 85 percept of the companies relived from the mandatory audits still utilises this service. We think that we have found a new and until now unexplored angel on this subject, and the purpose of our study has been to explore what the Swedish bank officials and what the Swedish Tax Agency?s officials think that they have to gain from a mandatory financial audit.The scientific method used in the study is deduction due to the fact that existing theories has been used to form the hypothesis.

Syftet med undersökningen var att se om elevernas förståelse och intresse för kemi påverkas av det sätt med vilken undervisningen bedrivs i ämnet.Arbetet bygger på en jämförande studie mellan två skolor. Den ena skolan arbetar med ett uppgiftsbaserat koncept och den andra bedriver en mer traditionell undervisning.Undersökningen består av fyra moment. Två olika typer av elevenkätundersökningar, auskultationer vid laborationer och teorilektioner, samt bedömning av elevsvar från två provfrågor vilka båda syftar till att belysa elevens förståelse för det efterfrågade. Alla moment har genomförts på de båda skolorna.Resultatet visar entydigt att de elever, som deltagit  i en uppgiftsbaserad undervisning, kan föra kemiska resonemang på en högre nivå och därmed visar de också en djupare förståelse för ämnet än vad de elever som blivit undervisade med så kallade traditionella metoder gör.Eleverna som deltagit i uppgiftsbaserad undervisning rankar kemiämnet högre  bland programmets olika ämnen jämfört med de andra eleverna. Samtidigt som de även visar ett större intresse för vidare studier inom kemi än de elever som deltagit i en mer traditionell undervisning.En anledning till skillnaderna  kan vara att eleverna i den uppgiftsbaserade undervisningen erbjuds många möjligheter till kemiska diskussioner med sina kamrater samtidigt som de uppmuntras till ett modelltänkande, vilket leder till att kemiämnet upplevs mindre abstrakt och därmed mer intressant..

The purpose of this study is to review the legal situation of the psychosocial work enivronment for principals. The purpose is also to get an increased understanding for how the principals work environment can affect people involved in the swedish school. The psychosocial work environment is explained through studying European law, national law and case law. The principals work situation is studied by different sources, for example from the Work Environment Agency and a report from the Swedish School Agency. The legal dogmatic method has been applied with the legal sociology method to analyze the material.

Syftet med undersökningen var att komma fram till hur man med hjälp av laborationer kan entusiasmera elever till att bli intresserade av kemi. Undersökningen utfördes i form av en enkät bland elever på gymnasiet (år 1-3). Enkäten hade en öppen struktur med dels öppna frågor men även frågor med flervalsalternativ. Elevsvaren har sammanställts i kategorier och diskuteras utifrån aktuell forskning. Resultatet visade att gymnasieeleverna efterfrågar laborationer med tydlig koppling till vardagen.

The purpose of this study is to show which content that is most common in the Swedish News Agency TT Nyhetsbyrån?s sports coverage. It also shows if the coverage is concentrated to for example any special sports, clubs, people or topics.This study uses a quantitative content analysis and the result is based on texts from 28 systematically selected days during one year. In total, the study includes 906 texts.The result of this study shows that the sports content of TT Nyhetsbyrån?s news feed is mainly concentrated to two sports, football/soccer and ice hockey.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att undersöka om och hur elever klarar att utveckla de olika förmågorna som uttrycks i kursplanen i kemi. Fokus ligger på förmågan att granska information, kommunicera och ta ställning. I undersökningen görs jämförelser mellan elevers utveckling av förmågan att kommunicera och ta ställning relativt förmågorna att använda kemiska begrepp och att genomföra systematiska undersökningar. Som underlag till jämförelserna används resultaten från det nationella ämnesprovet i kemi. Syftet är också att undersöka hur förmågan att granska information, kommunicera och ta ställning bedöms på de nationella ämnesproven i kemi.Metod:De nationella proven används för att utvärdera hur väl eleverna har utvecklat de olika förmågorna som finns i Skolverkets kursplaner.

A common phenomena in descriptions of Western mission initiatives to the South is theoverrepresentation of depictions of the missionaries and underrepresentation of theindigenous people. It is fair to say that there is a need for new perspectives. This thesisinvestigates the agency of the indigenous people in the Scandinavian Pentecostal mission inTanganyika 1932-1945. It highlights roles and areas of their participation which seldomoccur in western mission biographies, but were tanganyikan people played a crucial part,such as evangelisation, church planting and the forming of contextualized theology. Thepentecostal theology and mission praxis contributed to a large degree to shape that agency..

The Swedish National Heritage Board (RAÄ) is the agency of the Swedish government responsible for heritage and historic environment issues. During the last couple of years the agency has implemented a new management control system, the balanced scorecard, originally developed for profit driven organizations. Organizations within the public sector have other objectives than profit seeking organizations, and there have been difficulties in applying the balanced scorecard model in the public sector. Therefore we find it interesting to examine the reasons behind these difficulties and believe that some answers can be found in the identification process of the balanced scorecard. Therefore we aim to perform a case study of RAÄ and explain how the identification process of the components of their balanced scorecard can affect further usage of the model as a management control tool.

[Abstract: This study examines the observed difference between Swedish and foreign owners when it comes to nominating committee participation. The background to the study is that foreign owners seem to participate in Swedish nominating committees to a lesser extent than their Swedish counterparts. The focus is on institutional owners and the companies studied are all listed companies who follow the Swedish code of corporate governance. Particular attention is paid to perceived differences in behavior that can be explained using the common corporate governance related theories of Exit, Voice and Loyalty as well as Agency Theory. These explanations are chiefly related to differences in attitudes regarding insider information, different knowledge levels regarding the purpose and workings of nominating committees of the Swedish kind as well as differences due to home market biases.].
