The focus of this master thesis is the library politics of the French Right wing party the National Front and the debate that followed the application of this politics. This qualitative study is divided into two parts where the critics to this politics represents one side and the adherents the other. The critics are composed by representatives from the French, Swedish and ? to some extent ? international library sector, while the adherent side is made up of politicians from the National Front and their adherents. The empiric material mostly consists of articles published in library, Right wing and daily press.

Utbildningsförvaltningen fattade 2003 ett beslut om att alla lärare i Stockholm skulle använda mätinstrument för bedömning av elevers läsutveckling. Syftet med denna uppsats är att granska och jämföra de två vanligast förekommande mätinstrumenten i Stockholmsområdet. De båda mätinstrumenten finns beskrivna i böckerna Nya Lusboken och God läsutveckling. En diskursanalys av de båda mätinstrumenten har gjorts och skillnader dem emellan har därigenom kunnat påvisas. Den största skillnaden är författarnas syn på fonologisk medvetenhet.

I den här uppsatsen gör Anton Andersson, Christoffer Urborn och Tommy Borg under sin andratermin på Journalistprogrammet en kvantitativ analys av könsfördelningen i Sundsvalls Tidning ochDagbladet. I undersökningen analyserades både text och bild i en veckas upplagor av bådatidningarna under våren 2014. Analysen omfattar endast tidningarnas egna material och inköptaartiklar. Material inskickat av läsare eller företagsannonser ingår inte i undersökningen.!Studien visar att tidningarnas namnomnämningar i text domineras av det manliga könet, endast varfjärde namn som fanns att läsa var ett kvinnligt. I bildsättningen var könsfördelningen mer jämn,men även där är männen överrepresenterade.

Denna kandidatuppsats handlar om ledarskapet på ett av de mest framgångsrika företagen i Sverige, närmare bestämt IKEA. För sex decennier sedan startade Ingvar Kamprad möbelföretaget IKEA i liten by i Småland. Idag är IKEA ett multinationellt företag med etableringar i ett 30-tal länder runtom i världen.Vi skall avgränsa oss till att undersöka ledarskapet på en enhet, nämligen varuhuset i Kungens kurva, Stockholm. Den främsta anledningen till att vi valt IKEA Kungens Kurva är att varuhuset ses som representativt för andra IKEA varuhus nationellt.Syftet med vår uppsats är att undersöka och analysera vad som kännetecknar ledarskapet på IKEA. Vi kommer att fokusera på hur medarbetarna på IKEA upplever ledarskapet med fokusering på ledarskapsstilen.Vi har genomfört en enkätundersökning där 78 medarbetare har fått svara på våra frågor samt två intervjuer med Emanuel Krispinsson, kassachef IKEA Kungens Kurva samt Marie Bergman som arbetar med organisationsfrågor på IKEA Kungens Kurva.I vår teoretiska del har vi använt litteratur som behandlar organisationer, personlighetsdrag, motivation samt manliga och kvinnliga stereotyper.

The mission was to create a prototype of a menu system for the companySystem Andersson AB. The instructions were that it has to be as interesting andmodern now as in 20 years. We had to look at technology from the cutting edgeof development to make our prototype survive in the future. WindowsPresentation Foundation (WPF) was the technique we focused on. There areonly a few applications that take advantage of WPF today, but it is predictedthat WPF will be the next generation method for developing applications to theWindows platform.To make our menu visually appealing, easy to use and at the same timefunctional, we followed the clear path and guidelines that are available ininteraction design.
