Aim: The aim of this thesis is to through a survey, gain information about the tenant owners knowledge concerning their own and the real estate agents rights and obligations, this to elucidate one of the factors we think play a big part in the general publics dissatisfaction about the real estate agents and the negative picture painted of them in media today. By throwing light on the assumed lack of knowledge in this area we hope to contribute to improve the information communicated to the customers so that they can feel safer when consulting a real estate agent in this matter.Our main question in this thesis is: How much knowledge does tenant owners and tenant owners to be have concerning the division of responsibilities when it comes to selling and buying a tenant owned flat and what problems can the presumed lack of knowledge in this area lead to?Method: We have used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Data has been collected through a survey which we have put together and analyzed both based on the results we got from the survey but also based on the reactions we received from the participants. The results are presented both in text and in diagrams.Result & Conclusions: The results we got from the survey indicate that the knowledge among our participants is much worse than what would be desired.

Interactive media is constantly increasing in our surroundings and with the innovation of touch-screens, two-way communication with screens has become part of our daily life. Still, this well known way of process information is not often seen in the in-store environment of grocery retailing. Here, interactive media is an unestablished field where empirical studies are invisible within the academic world. The lack of knowledge in which effect interactive digital signage has is one of the barriers of investing in this marketing solution in-store. The main purpose of this study is to examine and describe the effects of interactive digital signage at shelf within grocery retailing.

The purpose of this paper is to present and analyze the yearly expenses for Swedish rental apartments during the period 1999 to 2007. At the end, it will give the reader a general picture of how the cost-level has fluctuated depending on the production year when the apartment building was finished, and where the same building is located. This paper has the following questions as a starting point:- Can there be an identification of regions depending on where people tend to favor renting an apartment?- How are those regions distributed? That is, where are the cost-levels of the yearly rental expenses highest and where are the levels lowest?Nine statistical surveys from the Swedish government agency Statistics Sweden (Statistiska Centralbyrån) have been used as primary sources for this paper. These surveys deal with price pictures of housing in general, but for this paper the only information that has been used is the one about rental apartments.

This final project discusses renewal and upgrading of the area of Prim. It is discussed how this industrial area can be an attractive neighborhood with a varied range of services and commercial trade. Prim is located 2km north-east of the center of Barcelona. The area boarders to a deep railway valley that historically has separated Prim from its neighboring districts. At present there is almost no housing, services or commercial trade within the area and the industry is discontinued or the existing industrial buildings are derelict.

Syfte: Huvudsyftet med denna studie är att belysa de faktorer som har påverkat och styrt utvecklingen av svenska företags hållbarhetsredovisningar. Detta gör vi genom att studera litteratur samt tidigare vetenskapliga artiklar inom ämnet. Utifrån detta konstruerar vi enkäter som vi skickar ut till respondenter på svenska företag. Vi hoppas att med resultatet av denna enkätundersökning kunna bidra med kunskap och förståelse kring vad som påverkat utvecklingen av företags hållbarhetsredovisningar sett ur företagens perspektiv. Metod: Med hermeneutiken som utgångspunkt har vi antagit en kvalitativ metod. Inom den kvalitativa metoden har vi antagit ett aktörsynsätt.

The purpose with this examination task is to investigate what purchasers and building contractors think of ISO 9000 and the function of it within the building trade.In this material both the purchaser´s and the building contractor´s viewpoints and attitude towards ISO 9000 is being object to an investigation, in order to get a just picture of the function of the quality work within the building trade. The general opinion of ISO 9000 has proven to be positive. During the work with this investigation it appeared that nosystem is that good that it can´t be improved. A widely spread opinion is also that ISO 9000 means a lot of paperwork but also that the certified companies are well organized. Above all the majority demands a standard that is more adjusted to the building trade..

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva och analysera vad företag inom den privata sektorn har för uttalade motiv till att hållbarhetsredovisa.Metod: I denna studie har den kvalitativa forskningsmetoden tillämpats. Vidare genomfördes semistrukturerade intervjuer med olika företag verkande inom olika branscher. Intervjuerna hade alla en intervjumall som utgångspunkt vid intervjun. Empirin har kommit oss tillhanda från intervjuer med elva företag. Fem telefonintervjuer genomförda med Hemtex, KappAhl, IKEA, NilsonGroup och Fritidsresor.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur medborgarinitiativ för hållbar stadsutveckling kan tillvaratagas. Med litteratur- och fallstudie undersöks följande frågeställningar: Vilken roll kan medborgarnas initiativ ha för en hållbar stadsutveckling? Vilka problem möts dessa initiativ av? Hur kan förhållanden för medborgarinitiativen förbättras? Hur kan man med fackkompetens stödja medborgarinitiativen? Fallstudien utgörs av Möllevångsgruppen, ett boendeinitiativ i Malmö med målsättningen att bidra till ett ekologiskt och socialt hållbart samhälle. Intervjuer med nyckelpersoner inom föreningen och dess kommunala samarbetspartners utgör det empiriska materialet. För analysen används Collins Good to great-modell, Healeys teori Inclusionary argumentation, Landrys teori Creative city och teori kring samhällsentreprenörskap för bearbetning av interna respektive externa förhållanden och former för stödåtgärder.

The purpose of our study is to get an idea of how the media relates to the extremist groupings. On a traditional political scale, ranging from left to right, our study focuses on the Swedish extremists who figure on the outskirts of this scale; The ones who denounce the current system and opt for violence to change it.Violence is often an instrument used to get extreme political ideals in the public eye, and is seen as a threat to the Swedish democracy and the public in general. Both sides argue that the Swedish press is tendentious and treat the various extremist groups differently, airing their distrust for the media as a propaganda tool for these groups to establish themselves in the public debate.Our study consists of a quantitative content analysis where we study articles published in print by seven major Swedish newspapers.

Studien undersöker energisystem i förindustriella Malmö (1700-1845) samt Edo (förindustriella Tokyo 1603-1867). Syftet är att undersöka faktorer som gjorde att två förindustriella städer under en längre tid fungerade utan att stora mängder resurser och energi tillfördes utifrån, förstå vad som förändrade detta samt analysera vad dagens stadsplanerare kan lära av dessa exempel. Undersökningen har gjorts i form av en kvalitativ studie. Studien bortser således ifrån kvantifiering av energidata. Systemperspektiv är en viktig aspekt av studien. Textgenomgång och analys har varit vår huvudmetod för datainsamling.

The background for this thesis is that at the beginnings of 1980´s the National Board of Forest started an experiment of lime dressing to reduce acidification in forest soil and in ground water. The purposes of this report are to explain organization?s, government?s and private landowners viewpoint on lime dressing and vitalization fertilization, some socio-economic aspects are presented. The general conclusions are that the majority of the interested party?s are positive to vitalization fertilization but the forests owner?s in generally need much more information about this topic..

Bakgrund: Under slutet av 1900-talet uppstod ett intresse bland svenska företag att redovisa miljöinformation. I dag finns endast lagstadgade krav på att företag som bedriver tillstånds- eller anmälningspliktig verksamhet enligt miljöbalken skall ange detta samt ett antal andra relaterade uppgifter i årsredovisningens förvaltningsberättelse. Miljöredovisning är annars inte reglerat enligt svensk lag och det finns inte inom området någon enhetlig praxis. Hur redovisar de börsnoterad företagen miljöinformation? Följer de lagens krav? Använder sig företagen av de riktlinjer och standarder som finns, vid utformningen av sin miljöinformation?Syfte: är att undersöka hur svenska börsföretag 2004 har redovisat miljöinformation i sina årsrapporter, samt eventuella separata miljö- eller hållbarhetsredovisningar.Genomförande: Kvantitativ undersökning (dokumentundersökning) av 270 svenska börsföretags årsredovisningarResultat: De lagstadgade kraven som ställs på redovisning av miljöinformation följs illa, 69 procent bryter på något sätt mot kraven.

The aim of this study is to examine the significance of having a music department at the public library in Enköping, and how the organization of the phonograms is handled. The different areas examined are the reason of the reintroduction of a music department, its budget, its users, the work with selection, the marketing, statistical data concerning loans, the work with classification, indexing, and organization of the phonograms and the future of the music department. The empirical material consists of qualitative interviews with staff connected to the music department at the public library in Enköping. For the theoretical frame, Sanna Taljas discourse analysis of music libraries in Finland is used. Talja presents three discourses which all show different views on what kind of material a music library should contain.

Studien syftar till att genom kvalitativa intervjuer och fokusgruppsintervjuer undersöka hur begreppet hållbar utveckling tolkas av lärare och elever i gymnasieskolan. De frågeställningar som används är Vilka miljöpolitiska diskurser går att skönja i de olika tolkningarna av begreppet hållbar utveckling? samt Finns det någon dissonans mellan lärare och elevers sätt att tala om och uppfatta begreppet hållbar utveckling? För att svara på frågeställningarna har den kritiska diskursanalysen använts som metod och begreppet hållbar utveckling som teoretisk inramning. Begreppet hållbar utveckling är vagt definierat och innehåller inga tillvägagångssätt som behövs för en hållbar utveckling. Innebörden av begreppet ligger snarare i uppfattningen om hur ekonomiska, ekologiska och sociala delar interagerar med varandra och därför är det fruktbart att se begreppet som en diskurs.
