Introduction: Sleep is necessary for human Survival. Difficulty sleeping occurs in about one in four adult person in Sweden, insomnia in every ten. There are several reasons for difficulty sleeping, where stress is one of the most common. The quality of life and health are affected negatively. Treatment with proven efficacy against insomnia is not only sleep medication, but also cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT.

För att patienten ska ha optimal chans till överlevnad är det av största vikt att rekommendationer i samtliga delar av kedjan som räddar liv följs. Sjuksköterskan är oftast bland de första på plats vid ett hjärtstopp på en vårdenhet, vilket gör det intressant att belysa vilka faktorer som påverkar överlevnaden efter hjärtstopp på sjukhus. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa faktorer i behandlingen av hjärtstopp på sjukhus som påverkar överlevnaden. Genom en sammanställning och analys av vetenskapligt värderad litteratur utfördes en systematisk litteraturstudie i ämnet. Resultatet visade att en väl fungerande organisation, utbildning, monitorering och följsamhet till riktlinjer var framgångsfaktorer i behandling av hjärtstopp.

Symptoms can have negative impact on exercise capacity, ability to perform activities of daily living and quality of life. Heart failure clinics have been established to help better quality of life. Helping to stabilize and maintain patients´ health can reduce the need of hospital admission.

Musikindustrin hävdar samtidigt att de förlorar allt mer pengar vilket motiveras med den ökade piratkopieringen. Detta är en kvalitativ studie ur användarnas perspektiv där syftet är att ta reda på hur musikindustrin kan göra sina lagliga tjänster för nedladdning av musik mer attraktiva för konsumenterna. Vi undersöker således potentiella kunders erfarenheter och attityder till dessa tjänster.

Since the mid 1900s the organizational perspective in media producing companies has changed. The focus has shifted from just being a laborer to the person behind the effort. The most important for an efficient and smooth organization is the motivation of the employees and the social working environment. Former research argues that managers must be coaches and that crucial factors for the Survival of organizations are creativity, innovation and adaptability. With this study we investigate what motivates employees to use their creative skills.

The vegetable production in Sweden is concentrated to the very southern parts of the country. This is also were the major wholesalers are located. In recent years, there has been an extreme focus on price on the food market. As there are only a few big wholesalers and also very few food retail chains, these have a great impact on the producers. The pressure from prominent vegetable-producing countries, providing low price products, such as the Netherlands and Spain is strong.

By surveying conceptions of SLU Alnarp?s resources and competence among its students and personnel, this thesis has the purpose of inventing identity, positioning and image of SLU Alnarp. The underlying idea is that the analysis of the opinions of the students and the personnel will provide the SLU management with new ideas and general advice for an innovative strategy for success. Four quantitative interviews with selected representatives from different staff groups were performed. In order to obtain a differentiated view of the employee thoughts and opinions on the university, five persons were selected to be interviewed ? all with different types of responsibilities.

Study objectives:Examine ambulance personnel?s perceptions of skills / training and knowledge with regards to the existing mechanical / manual compressions and frequency of training during a work shift. Do ambulance personnel think that mechanical compressions increase Survival? Are there concerns that the device could damage the patient?Design: A cross-sectional study, quantitative approach with qualitative elements was conducted.Methods:Questionnaire form, which was answered by 44 ambulance personnel in an ambulance organisation in Sweden. Participants were on a scale of 1-5 to select how they agree with the claims of the study form and also submit their own comments.

The phenomenon of media convergence can be traced back to the birth of the internet, and today all of the major newspapers have a website of their own. As a result of multichannel publishing, consumers have a wide range of tv channels to choose from, but there is still uncertainty as to whether more channels automatically equates to more and better news. There is no doubt about the fact that multi channel publishing is a necessary Survival skill for media conglomerates today, but effects such as news recycling and the concentration of ownership are in conflict with the consumers? availability demands.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to, by means of a case study, describe how NT?s multi channel publishing is an expression of media convergence, as well as to study how the news are affected by multi channel publishing.Research procedure: This study is based on three different research methods, observations, text analyses and qualitative interviews.
