Kreativiteten i Humor : Domängenerella Mätningar av ett Domänspecifikt Område

The aim was to examine whether measurements of creativity as a domain general trait can explain possible connections between a domain general creative performance and one of the creative domain specific areas, humor. Another aim was to examine whether the maladaptive humor styles can explain possible differences in creative performances. An Internet-based survey was used on 281 students from a Swedish university. The survey was composed of three parts consisting of three separate measuring instruments ? Sense of Humor Questionnaire (SHQ-6) was used to measure the respondents? sense of humor, Humor Style Questionnaire (HSQ) measured the respondents? humor style and Alternate Uses Test (AUT) gave the respondents an opportunity to account for their creative performances.

Första mötet med förskolan : en kvalitativ studie om olika inskolningformer på fyra förskolor

This is a qualitative study with four interviews, in four different preschools, in the same municipality. By making it so, it becomes a case study to describe a phenomenon in a municipality which also is the definition for this investigation. The purpose of my study is to examine what it means, in a municipality, to have different types of introduction at preschool. Where I ask the question why preschools choose to have a specific method of introduction and what are the basics and ideas behind the choice of the method? What significance do these different methods have to attachment theory? What do teachers think about the advantages and disadvantages with their choice of method? The versions of introductions are many and may vary; the duration of the introduction may vary from 1-3 days up to 3 weeks.

To determine this, a questionnaire survey was sent out to 75 landowners who supplied the wood for the company during the past year. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 15 questions with the opportunity to comment on certain issues.

Utveckling av Mätmetoder för Färdmotstånd

The student project Elba at KTH started in 2011 and is a project where a battery driven prototype car is developed. The vehicle competes in Eco Shell Marathon in Rotterdam, Holland. In this competition the vehicle that travels a certain distance including several starts and stops with the lowest energy consumption wins. To minimize the consumption is therefore very important, which requires knowledge of the vehicles energy losses.A vehicle's energy losses depends on several factors and can be divided into the powertrain efficiency and the driving resistance. The driving resistance can then be divided in to rolling and air resistance, if smaller losses like vibrations are ignored.

Ett mynt har alltid två sidor? : En jämförelse av polisens förebyggande metoder mot ungdomsbrottslighet

How do the police prevention methods work against juvenile delinquency? The purpose of this study is to see how the police work to prevent juvenile delinquency in two municipalities in Stockholm, Södertälje and Sundbyberg. Additionally, the purpose of this study is also to find out if there are any similarities or differences between the police methods the police use in these two municipalities. We have used qualitative method in which we have interviewed the police and young people from the communities. We interviewed young people to see their attitudes to the police and the area to find their perception of police work in the fields as well as the police forces attitude toward the young people.

Dialogicitet inom sfi : Hur upplevs talövningar av vuxenstuderande inom sfi?

Our governing documents give teachers guidelines as to how to carry out their task in the classroom. To guide a learner requires knowledge, not only about the policy of our governing documents but also skills to see the connection between the teacher's task and its practical implementation. By studying learners' experiences of teaching contexts, I have been able to evaluate how the teaching methods live up to the intentions of the national governing documents in Sweden. My study is based partly on a survey that I completed and partly on the theory of Dialogicity. Here I saw clear connections between my informants' experiences of verbal exercises in the teaching and the theoretical background I have chosen for my study, Dialogicity. I have presented and analyzed the verbal exercises in four differentiated contexts.

Identifiering av deponerat material i en deponi samt metodikförslag för upprättande av vattenbalans.

Högbytorp is Ragn-Sells? largest waste facility and it is located north of Stockholm. There is an old landfill still in use, but at the end of this year it will be closed. The waste deposited on the landfill can, through decomposition, give rise to a large amount of methane gas, which is an energy rich gas that can be used for heat and electricity production. To receive a relatively large amount of gas, the decomposition requires a high moisture content in the waste.

Att utföra kravprioritering med kravprioriteringsmetoder - en studie om dess genomförande och hinder under

Prioritisation of software requirements is a critical part of the development of software. Whichrequirements and in which order they will be developed is one of the main tasks that requirementprioritisation supports. There are different ways that a requirement prioritisation can be used, for example alone or in agroup and with different methods. The purpose of this report is to map out how you can carry out a requirement prioritisation alonewith different types of prioritisation methods and how you solve the problems that can arise whenprioritisting requirements. This is done by documenting the use of three different types of methodsthat can be execute alone. The methods are "100-dollar test", "Ranking" and "Top-tenrequirements".To be able to prioritise requirements, you need to establish which requirements you shall prioritise. The paper retrieves this information by interviewing stakeholders in the system and analysing theresult of the interviews and the execution of the requirement prioritisation.Three problems arose during that work and I present solutions on these problems. The problemswere 1) equivalent requirements when using the "100-dollar test", 2) low differentiation gradebetween the prioritised requirements in the "100-dollar test" and 3) that the requirements that wereprioritised weren't classified before the prioritisation, which leads to inaccuracies in the resultingprioritisation. The solution to the problems that the paper presents is to increase the amount of distributable unitsin the "100-dollar test" to 1000 per requirement, suggestions of classes of the requirements andthe combination of the methods "100-dollar test" and "ranking" to bypass the equivalentrequirements. The report is written in Swedish.Nyckelord: GoTRIS, requirements retrieval, requirements analysis, Viktoria Swedish ICT,requirements prioritisation, requirements, 100-dollar test, ranking, top 10 requirements..

Quantitative thermal perception thresholds, comparison between methods

Skin temperature is detected through signals in unmyelinated C-fibers and thin myelinated A?-fibers in the peripheral and central nervous system. Disorders in thin nerve fibres are important and not rare but difficult to diagnose by the most common neurophysiological methods. In this pilot study different methods for quantitative sensory testing, QST, were compared to give some ideas about which method could be the most efficient to use in order to point out injuries of the sensory system in clinical practice. The comparison was made between Békésy (separate warmand cold thresholds) and Marstock test (combined warm and cold thresholds).

Barn och sociala medier : Hur sociala medier påverkar elever och skolans arbete mot kränkande behandling

This work is about the rights of children, how students use social media and how effective teachers are using social media in their work against abusive treatment. The purpose of this work is to examine what students have rights in school, what and how students use social media and how schools and teachers are working to prevent the abuse that takes place over the internet and via mobile phones. The method used to investigate this is partly a survey of students in grades five and six at four different schools and interviews with four practicing teachers, working as a teacher in each class who made survey. My conclusion is that children have a variety of rights in school, and all schools and teachers are working on this through rules, values ??clarification and collaborative exercises. More and more younger children use out of social media, the survey shows that many of the students in grades five and six uses much social media.

En j?mf?rande studie mellan tv? v?treng?ringsmetoder p? papper

Amongst the published literature researching wet cleaning of paper there is a limited amount of studies conducted researching the method simmering water treatment. There are even less studies conducted on how simmering water affects the paper being treated when used as a cleaning method. Despite the limited research, there are literary reviews describing the method and suggesting it as an alternative for conservation of paper with iron-gall ink. The following study will therefore be examining, the somewhat unusual method, simmering water treatment, and comparing it to one of the more common wet cleaning methods: immersion washing. This is done to compare how the different temperatures of the water affect the paper. The types of paper used in this study consists of three dyed and four undyed papers. All of the papers are new, apart from one sample originating from 1847.

"Vi är ju inget museum!" En undersökning av Uppsala studentnationers kulturarvshantering

The thesis investigates how Uppsala University student nations steward their cultural heritage. The survey targets how student nations manage their cultural heritage, what financial priority they give it, their attitude towards it, and their awareness of it.A qualitative study of semi-structured interviews with representatives from 11 out of 13 student nations in Uppsala was implemented. The theoretical framework is based on the theory of David Lowenthal on the importance of cultural heritage, Susan Pearce?s theory on collecting, and Pierre Bourdieu?s theory on cultural capital. To investigate the importance of cultural objects theories by Ivo Maroevi?, Annette Weiner, and Igor Kopytoff was applied. The survey shows that stewardship of cultural heritage at Uppsala student nations is poor and in need of reform.

Metoder att förhindra nedisning av vindkraftverksblad

ABSTRACTMany wind turbines have problems with icing and there is still no effective method to de-ice without stoppage of production and power loss. Here I therefore consider other methods than those available today, and particularly, I consider how these methods could be applied to wind turbines of the company Oxel. A surface where the water droplets do not attach might be the basis for a useful method. If no water attaches, no ice could form. To accomplish this a hydrophobic surface is nessesary, for example wax.

Användbarhetens roll i de mobila webbshopparna

This paper reports a study on the usability of e-commerce accessed through smartphones. There is much research in the usability of mobile interfaces and many sets of design patterns have been created but a few studies are available for specific domains, and in this report we focus on mobile e-commerce. In this study a framework is developed for how to design mobile e-commerce interfaces with a high degree of usability. Furthermore, the study also contributes a method to how other specific domain can develop a framework with general standards to work from when creating a web interface. By examining two sets of design principles and 14 design patterns, we evaluate which ones are critical in the design of a mobile e-commerce interface for achieving a high degree of usability.
