The new building includes a public study room for scholars working withthe collection of art on paper, workshops, conservation studios, art spaces and warehouses. Additionally, theannex is designed to host a large number of office spaces.With the renovation of Nationalmuseum they intend to open up the today built in south atrium.

 This paper covers how a company must act to become ?greener? and yet still increase profitability with the main emphasis on the inner structure of the company. The research is focused on the Swedish security systems company Niscayah AB, part of the multinational corporation Niscayah Group with approximately 6000 employees. A company can be assumed to consist of seven parts (strategy, systems, structure, super-ordinate goals, staff, skills and style) that have to cooperate for the firm to be able to become more environmentally friendly. Also, the economic performance is of importance and therefore that too is examined.

Concrete is one of the world?s most common construction materials and is composed of 70-80 % stone material. Today crushed stone is used as aggregate in concrete in order to replace natural aggregates due to strong environmental reasons. Stone crushing yields flaky material and in this thesis studies are made on the flaky particle shape and how it influence properties of concrete such as workability, rheology and strength. The concrete recipes used in this thesis have fixed values, the only variable is the flakiness of the crushed stone.

In the thesis the author attempts to focus on what value Career theories (such as turning points, planned happenstance, SCCT and PEC) may have for guidance counselors, and their clients. The author describes a number of theories, then put them to use on a number of interviews where clients describe their present career situation to guidance counselor students. The author reaches the conclusion that career theories have an important value for guidance counselors and their clients; Career theories play an important role in helping to understand the client´s behavior and history of choices. Career theories can also be used by the guidance counselor to help the client in future choices..

This degree project was made in cooperation with AssiDomän Frövi and Charlotte Andersson and the main objectivehas been to create to ice cream pacbges from 250 gsm Frövi Light board. The paekages are intended to be easilyresealable while decreasing in size together with the ice cream. The project also describes the food packaging labelsand symbols currently present in the European common market.Both capsules utilize a separate lid for resealing. One of the paekages (Capsuie A) is indended to be cut along withthe ice cream and thereby decrease in size. The other one (Capsuie B) uses a series of flaps for contracting and expandingwhich enab1es adjusting of the size without cutting the package up.The design for Capsuie A is created both as a series of flavours with a super-hero theme intended for children andwith a colfee flavour for a maturer audience.

In today?s society there is an increasing demand for renewable energy sources such as sun and wind power. These sources are intermittent, and energy storage is therefore needed to ensure a constant power supply. This report compares pumped hydro energy storage (PHES), compressed air energy storage (CAES), flywheels, batteries, super magnetic energy storage (SMES) and hydrogen energy storage.The opportunities for further development are limited for PHES and CAES in comparison with the other technologies. Lithium-ion batteries and hydrogen energy storage are considered to have the most potential in the future.

Genom att skapa tre nästan identiska animationer med karaktären Super Mario, med dessa nivåer som skillnaderna, testas detta i denna studie.

En mängd slutprodukter kan fås med hjälp av olika ihopsättningar av olika komponenter, vilket görs för att tillfredställa kunders unika behov. Det är väldigt riskabelt och kostsamt för företagen att lagerföra alla dessa olika varianter av produkter i ett färdigvarulager eftersom det kanske inte blir någon större efterfrågan på alla dessa olika varianter. Det är därför många företag väljer att montera mot kundorder.I detta examensarbete sammanställs vad litteraturen tar upp om montering mot kundorder och utifrån detta presenteras de riktlinjer företag kan använda sig av när de vill montera mot kundorder. Utifrån litteraturstudierna, som har används som en referensmodell, har en undersökning gjorts på företaget Forbo Forshaga för att se hur de ligger till utifrån modellen. I nuläget tillverkar företaget mot lager men funderar på att börja montera mot kundorder i stället vilket de verkar ligga bra till för att kunna göra inom den närmsta framtiden..

Detta är en kvalitativ studie om över- och underordning i heterosexuella pars vardag. Carin Holmbergs (1993) avhandling "Det kallas kärlek" är min största hjälp och det är från den jag hämtat större delen av de teorier jag använt. Holmbergs (1993) teorier om könsmakt är min utgångspunkt. Det var hennes avhandling som lade grunden och väckte mitt intresse för att göra en liknande studie. Jag gjorde fyra gruppintervjuer med en mindre observation.

Career counselors in schools have for a long time reported a feeling that their work is not as important as teachers work. According to the Swedish Curriculum for the compulsory schools, all staff is responsible for viable counseling for pupils. Therefore, this study focuses on teachers, headmasters and a school executive director view of school career counseling, how they experience the fulfillment of curriculum goals and how it interferes/interacts with their work. To analyze the empirical material we collected from interviews, we used theoretical terms of organizational theory with focus on social structures, differentiation and integration. We also used the career theory of Super.

I denna uppsats har undertecknade undersöka alkoholvanorna bland män och kvinnor i idrotterna fotboll och innebandy i Växjö kommun. Lagen som undersöks är endast lag på breddnivå, det vill säga de lägsta divisionerna. Inom herrfotbollen undersöktes divis-ionerna 5-6 och inom damfotbollen divison 3-4. För att undersöka herrinnebandyn valde vi division 3-4 och för daminnebandyn 2-3. Vi valde att använda oss av en kvantitativ metod via enkätsvar där det skickades ut 400 enkäter till de aktiva i föreningarna och vi fick in hela 279 (69,7%) svar.

Through theories of new institutionalism, with conceptions as organizational identity and the expectations of adapting to new ideas, can you track the translation and adaptation that the ideas go through at the university- a decentralised organization where not only freedom has been a concept for the academic parts, but also for the administration.
