This provision establish that; when a gift that has been given during the grantors lifetime and when the purpose of this gift is to be equivalent to a testament, the gift shall be returned to the receiver if this action confines with the direct heirs statutory portion.A gift is to be equivalent to a testament when the giver had the intention to arrange the succession when the gift was given away, and when this gift did not amount to any economical sacrifice for the giver. There are two situations which causes a gift to be equivalent to a testament. The first situation arises when the gift is given by the giver right before his death, on his deathbed so to speak.

Dessutom är de till stor del beroende av de vuxna som finns i deras närhet för att få det stöd i sin sorg som de är i behov av. Syfte Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur barn och ungdomar uttrycker och hanterar sorg efter förlusten av en familjemedlem, samt hur omgivningen kan ge dem stöd. Metod Litteraturstudie valdes som metod för arbetet. Litteraturstudien är enbart baserad på kvalitativa artiklar eftersom det skulle göras en beskrivning av upplevelsen av ett fenomen.

The aim with this study was to investigate mortality in older respectively younger beech stands (Fagus sylvatica), the different types of dead wood in the forest and the availability of coarse woody debris (CWD). The research was carried out in previously managed and seminatural stands in Biskopstorp and Frodeparken, located north of Halinstad in Halland,Sweden. Data were collected from 22 stands with at least 50 % beech and with a minimum age of 5 1 years, ranging in size from 0,67 to 19,9 ha. A transect was placed in each stand, in which the diaineter on both dead and living trees with a minimum diameter of 50 mm was recorded. On seven to 13 dead trees, depending on the size of each stand, decomposition stage, primary and secondary cause of death, amount of fungi and the type of the dead wood was noted.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor möter ibland obotligt sjuka patienter som uttalar en önskan om att få avsluta sitt liv i förtid och detta är både ett komplext och kontroversiellt ämne som diskuteras flitigt runt om i världen. En uttalad önskan om att få avsluta sitt liv i förtid kan ha många olika betydelser och bör förstås utifrån varje unik patients egen sjukdomssituation, livshistoria och upplevelser.Syfte: Att undersöka hur sjuksköterskor upplever och hanterar mötet med terminalt sjuka patienter som uttalar en önskan om att få avsluta sitt liv i förtid.Metod: En litteraturöversikt har gjorts och baseras på åtta vetenskapliga artiklar publicerade mellan år 2001-2010. Analysen har skett genom en kategorisering av resultaten och Erikssons teori om lidande har utgjort den teoretiska utgångspunkten för diskussionen.Resultat: När patienter, på grund av vad de upplever som ett omänskligt lidande, uttalar en önskan om att få avsluta sitt liv i förtid kan sjuksköterskor uppleva maktlöshet, moralisk stress samt en önskan om kontroll. Sjuksköterskor hanterar detta genom god kommunikation och att dra personliga gränser. De uttrycker även ett behov av stöd och av att få samtala.Diskussion och slutsats: Många sjuksköterskor upplever en rädsla över att förlora kontrollen över situationen vilket kan leda till att de upplever osäkerhet och svårigheter när de vårdar terminalt sjuka patienter som önskar avsluta sitt liv i förtid.

This essay will examine the historical picture of the island Rapa Nui as it is portrayed in popular science and in ecohistorical literature of the university of Gothenburg. This historical picture states that the inhabitants of the island cut down a lot of trees in the process of transporting the big and heavy statues, moai, from the quarry to the platforms along the coastline of the island. During this process all trees disappeared and resulted in soil erosion. The cultivation was destroyed and brought hunger to Rapa Nui. The following rivalry for food led to a situation of war followed by a cultural collapse.

The vacation paradise was struck by an enormous flood wave, called a tsunami, causing vast destruction and the death of over 200.000 people. Among these 543 were Swedes on vacation. When a disaster of such measures happens, what kind of stress does it cause? How do you cope? Are religion and ritual important? What is the function of the culture in the copingprocess? Using hermeneutical analysis this essay interprets the material from two books by Swedes, who not only experienced the disaster, but lost two children and husband and wife in the flood wave.
