Farmers Cooperative has in recent years developed from national markets to cross-border, international, collaborations. One example is the merger between the Swedish dairy company Arla and Danish MD Foods, where the companies collectively are sought to reduce transaction costs and thus improve efficiency. The Swedish market for commodities (fertilizers and pesticides) in agriculture has for many years been dominated by a few large players, with little opportunity for grain associations and local grain companies to offer their customers a varied range of commodities with a competitive pricing.To change this state, a majority of Swedish and Danish grain associations and local grain companies have established a trans-national cooperation. Through the establishment of the organization DLA Agro, they offer their customers a good variety of products with competitive prices. This study investigates thus according to the theory of cooperative models to what extent and how the DLA Agro helps to create benefits for the Swedish member companies.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka huruvida föräldrar är nöjda eller missnöjda med det alltmer ojämna uttaget av föräldraledighet som sker då familjen växer och får sitt andra barn. Utgångspunkten är att föräldrar i regel vill vara föräldralediga med sina barn. Valet kan av diverse anledningar dock tänkas vara begränsat av olika skäl, vilket rimligtvis borde kunna framkalla en känsla av att vara mindre nöjd. Med utgångspunkt i dels ekonomisk rationalitet förväntas främst männens val vara begränsat. Utifrån det här perspektivet utgör deras högre inkomstnivå ofta ett viktigt motiv till att mamman ska ta ut den största andelen av föräldraledigheten.

It can take the form of our immediate family, our classmates, the books we read, the teve series we watch or the magazines we read. Everyday the world around us shape the way we think of men and women and how they're supposed to be. As a part of either (or neither) of those genders we are all shaped into the mold that society has set for us. The media is one of the largest contributors to this socialization and therefore we felt it necessary to study two, critically acclaimed, media outlets and shed some light on their portrayals of gender. We chose to study Filter and Fokus, two social magazines with close to a corresponding amount male as female readers and a reputation of being modern and free of prejudice.

Den här uppsatsen baseras på studie som genomfördes på ett fallföretag under vårterminen 2015. Fallföretaget är Nordens största e-handelsbolag och har cirka 150 anställda. Studien baseras på flertalet hypoteser som skapats utifrån kritiska framgångsfaktorer. Subclinical mastitis (SCM) is a well-known problem in the dairy sector, where it causes severe economic losses mainly due to reduced milk production. This is a problem not only in the western world but also in developing countries. Surveys from different developing countries have shown a SCM prevalence of 52.4 ? 88.6 % at cow level and 26.7 ? 63.2 % at quarter-level. To combat mastitis is important to optimize the milk production of the cow.
