Internal marketing is according to the theories especially important in the service industry. The purpose of this thesis was to study how service companies work with internal marketing and especially motivation. Our case study, based on interviews conducted on Malmia hotel in Skellefteå, showed that internal marketing plays a vital part in the companie´s Success, and that internal marketing is an ongoing process at Malmia hotel. Our study also showed that Malmia hotel works with internal marketing according to the recommendations of the theories..

Because of an increasing demand from customers and changing external environment, there is a need for continuous improvements, for both manufacturing and service organizations, to meet these demands. Manufacturing organizations have been working systematically with quality improvements for a long time, but it has not been as common for service organizations. Because of that the methods to use for implementation of the systematic improvements have not been designed to fit service organizations, and not either for public organizations. The purpose of this thesis is to explain if and why the Swedish Road Administration?s organizational culture and handling of ideas and deviation support an implementation of continuous improvement management.

The concept of green IT is a hot topic in the industry right now. The requirements forenvironmental friendliness are becoming increasingly common. There is a lack of knowledge andunderstanding of what green IT means and how it can be achieved. Our study shows that the useof ICT can never become entirely green, but a lot can be done to become greener. We haveproduced a balanced scorecard which in theory leads to better governance, increased knowledgeand a common picture of what the work of greening IT means for employees and theorganization.

The overall purpose of this study has its starting point in theories about the consuming society and its advertising. I have examined what kinds of methods that are being used in TV-commercials for beauty products, to influence the consumers. To study advertising, a semiotic method, symbolic interactionism and other theories which discuss symbols and influences, have been used. Six different TV-commercials for beauty products have been examined.The results from this study indicate that the advertiser apply to feelings such as, happiness, a sense of satisfaction, status and Success, to affect the consumers behaviour. The findings in this research are discussed in the light of different theories which deal with the significance and the meaning of symbols..

This essay examines the strategies adopted by the Swedish parliamentary parties against the Pirate Party (Piratpartiet). The study uses the PSO-theory, which attempt to explain the Success of niche parties as a consequence of the established parties? strategies against the new competitor. A qualitative analysis and a comparison of the parties? manifestos from the 2002, 2006 and 2010 national elections is used to determine which strategies are adopted.

By empirical case study on an existing elementary school, whose Success on IT use is noticed, describes how to apply IT in the classroom in an adequate way. We look at different theoretical frameworks in interaction and design of systems designed for learning purposes, and satisfies their specific needs and situations within the classroom's four walls.
