I have studied Elizabeth?s character based on semiotic and narratological methods.Main results: Film as a media possesses the full potential to change traditional gender roles, but the full Subversion is denied due to the heterosexual matrix. Elizabeth?s character almost completes her subversive journey throughout the trilogy, but since she too is a victim of the heterosexual matrix, a full Subversion is not possible.Key words: gender performance, class, desire, power, sex/gender, Subversion, narratologic, semiotic, queer, feminism, pirates of the caribbean, intersectionality, parody.

Moment Marketing är ett litet företag som arbetar med webbutveckling. För dem är det viktigt med versionshantering och de använder ett fåtal program som underlättar detta arbete. Idag saknar de dock möjligheten att kontrollera olika versioner av databaser. Tillsammans med Moment Marketing och de program som redan används av dem skapas i detta projekt ytterligare applikationer med mål att lösa detta problem. Först görs en undersökning över programmen Subversion, TortoiseSVN, Trac och MySQL för att se de möjligheter som finns att använda dem till att uppnå målet.

This essay examines the visual art of Helena Blomqvist with theory of performativity from Judith Butler among others, with a focus on the potential of visual art to question and dislocate norms. It consists of an analysis of three works of art from three aspects: the work of art, the viewer and the situation, and eventuates in an analysis of how the works relate to representation and norms. The construction of the works is related to Butler's theory of identity construction..

Why has some cyber-attacks been more successful than others? There has been in the near past examples of cyber-attacks used with different purposes. How do we understand these chosen targets and what result the attack accomplished?Research has discussed similarities between aviation warfare and cyber warfare, and how the first could explain what is happening in cyber warfare now. There is also opposing opinions whether cyber warfare should be seen as a method to alone force a will on your opponent or if cyber warfare should mere be supporting other military means.

På Linköpings universitet använder man sig sällan av versionshanteringssystem i kurser. Istället sparas till exempel programmeringslabbar på enskilda personers UNIX konton. Detta leder till problem både när man programmerar i grupp men också om någonting skulle gå snett. Labhandledaren har också mycket sämre vetskap om hur specifika gruppers arbeten framskrider och många grupper kan få hjälp för sent på grund av detta. Troligtvis kommer versionshanteringssystem användas mycket mer i framtiden.Att läsa versionsloggar för att följa upp grupper är ett osmidigt och tidskrävande jobb och ger dålig överblick.

A general topic underlying this master thesis is how the public library is being transformed through the Subversion and re-articualtion of meaning according to different discourses. The aim of the study can be divided in to levels of analysis. At the first level, the aim is to investigate how categories such as users, needs and vision are articulated in a specific case ?the visionary project Garaget in Malmö, a project which in part include a public library inspired by Idea Store. The next level of analysis sets out to explore how the case of Garaget is related to a totalizing discursive struggle over meaning within the element the public library.

The Swedish contemporary poet Ulf Karl Olov Nilsson (UKON) creates his poems by recycling and manipulating existing material. Though the overall opinion of his work has been positive, the idea that experimental poetry focus shape on the expense of content has led critics to either interpret the nonsensical and absurd aspects of UKON?s poetics as a consequence of the technical methods he uses to create his poetry, or to look beyond the nonsensical and absurd aspects to focus the fact that the poems creates meaning at all. The poems of UKON?s sixth collection of poems, Block (2005), differ from each other in many ways: some poems are lists and other revolves around a person ? their content and construction vary and they can hardly be read as an expression of one persons thought.

Denna rapport behandlar utvecklingen av en webbaserad e-handelslösning där nya tekniker för utveckling tillämpas. Olika tekniker för att skapa ett rikare och mer interaktivt gränssnitt beskrivs.Hur utvecklar man en e-handelssida med dagens moderna tekniker?Vilka tekniker fungerar bäst? Det är frågor som dessa som ligger till grund för detta examensarbete. Vi fick i uppdrag av företaget Mil Tech i Västerås att utveckla en e-handelssida med kortbetalning och tillhörande administrationsgränssnitt.Syftet med detta examensarbete var dels att ta reda på hur man utvecklar en ehandelssida med dagens moderna tekniker, vilka tekniker som är mest lämpliga för ändamålet samt att utveckla sidan efter kundens krav och önskemål. Vi har utvecklat en applikation där kunden själv kan hantera produkter och uppdatera sidans information och utseende.
