Under vår praktik hos ledningskansliet vid Karlstads universitet inkom en anonym begäran att få ut allmänna offentliga handlingar i elektronisk form. Vi uppmärksammade då problemet att myndigheter inte har någon skyldighet att lämna ut allmänna offentliga handlingar i elektronisk form. Detta trots att tekniken finns och ständigt utvecklas och att det därför kan tänkas bli mer och mer vanligt att myndigheter får in förfrågningar om att få ut en allmän offentlig handling elektroniskt. Uppsatsen har för avsikt att ge svar på om myndigheter bör ha en skyldighet att lämna ut handlingar i elektronisk form, samt om myndigheten under alla förutsättningar har rätt att ta ut en avgift i samband med detta. Uppsatsen har också som delsyfte att kort undersöka om utlämning av allmänna handlingar i elektronisk form faktiskt sker.Framställningen bygger på den traditionella rättsdogmatiska metoden, vilket innebär att med hjälp av allmänna rättskällor systematisera och fastställa gällande rätt.Det finns ett flertal regler som talar för att myndigheter ändå ska anses ha en skyldighet att lämnat ut allmänna handlingar i elektronisk form om den sökande begär det.

The aim of this study was to investigate whether the Swedish Institute of public health care uses paternalistic information in their alcohol publications. My intention has also been to examine to what extent the paternalistic information is being used. This is determined simply by how frequently paternalistic information is found in the publications. I chose to analyse five publications that contain alcohol related information and had a clear motive. My results show that all five publications use paternalistic methods with the intention to change readers, or people in their surroundings, alcoholic behaviour. Though this is quite a small essay, I have suggested extended research of the subject ? preferably of all 176 alcoholic publications presented by the Institute of public health care..

This essay looks to examine the view on religious and non-religious people thoughts on the possible relationship between feminism and religion. The essay in itself relies on semi structured interviews conducted with five informants where focus has been centered on the informants main thoughts on the subject. The theoretic basis of the study is found in post-structuralistic feminism and intersectionalism. The result will show that while all the informants believe there is a kind of relationship between feminism and religion, this relationship greatly varies depending on the informants? preconception of religion and feminism..

The aim of the work was to gather information on parents' reflections on their own need for parental support in their role as parents. Where a need was expressed we investigated what form of support was desired and who should provided it. We also wished to find out if there were any differences or similarities in the needs and wishes expressed by the parents.The questions posed were: Did the parents feel that they needed support in their roles as parents? If so, what sort of support did they want? Who should provide this support? What differences or similarities were expressed in the parents needs and wishes for support?A questionnaire study was carried out within Landskrona. The results showed that a majority of parents expressed a limited need for some form of support in their parental role.

The aim of this study is to look at the way four teachers in, and five workbooks for, the course Svenska 1/A+B in upper-secondary schools include language varieties in their content. The research is based on qualitative and quantitative analyzes of the workbooks, where words and content are examined, and also interviews with the teachers who presents how they work with language varieties in their education. The results show that language varieties are accepted in school-education at the same time as they are, and have been, alienated in a way. Service branding is a subject that has been excluded from the traditional branding theory. Our main purpose with this paper is to distinguish what characterizes service branding. To do this, we have looked in to both service marketing theory as well as branding theory. We have also looked at the existing theory concerning service branding. Six qualitative interviews have been performed to explain what characterizes service branding.

The aim of the study is to investigate how teachers talk about their teaching in the subject of Swedish, with a focus on L2 pupils? writing. Data were collected through interviews with four teachers of Swedish in grades 1?3. The interview responses were compiled for interpretation and divided into four shared themes and allocated to six writing discourses.

In Scandinavia today many old harbour areas are developed into residential and commercial areas. For example are both Helsingborg city and Malmoe city in south Sweden planning to restructure some of their harbour areas to accommodate shops, schools, offices, residences et cetera. In Copenhagen in Denmark new plans for Nordhavn is also underway. In almost every plan proposal to redevelope an old harbour area the harbour activities are set a side to give room for new development. In Reykjavik, however, this has not been the case.

Since a few years back television has been on a verge of an enormous digital change. Web-TV is now growing at an incredible rate and is said to completely change the way we consume TV. The purpose of this essay is to determine and gain an understanding of how representatives of the broadcast industry looks at the phenomenon of web-TV and especially the different kinds of online video services and how they believe this will affect the television. Methods used are qualitative interviews which we compared with previous studies on the subject and acknowledged communication theories. The respondents were people with good insight and understanding of the media and TV industry.

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att ta reda på hur slöjdlärare arbetar med slöjd som ett sammanhållet ämne utifrån läroplanen. Ända sedan Läroplan för grundskolan (hädanefter Lgr 80, Skolöverstyrelsen, 1980), har slöjd varit ett sammanhållet ämne med ett betyg i slöjd. Trots detta är slöjden oftast uppdelad i två separata ämnen på schemat med två slöjdlärare med olika utbildningsinriktning som undervisar. Dessutom med två salar varav en utrustad för undervisning med textila material och en utrustad för undervisning med hårda material som trä och metall. I Läroplan för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet (hädanefter Lgr 11, Skolverket, 2011a) är det stort fokus på samarbete och utifrån det har jag undersökt på vilket sätt slöjdlärare samarbetar inom ämnet slöjd. This is the reason why we are interested in how the schools are working with a project, which we will call X henceforth. What was the purpose with the project and what does it contain? What is missing in the former education, since the project was started? Are there any obstacles or prerequisite in the design of the project or in the school teaching on the basis of X? We have done interviews in the gathering of empirical material to find out all the answers to our questions.
