One of the most distinguishing features for companies today is that they must have a close collaboration and keep up a good relationship with their suppliers. This is important for the companies chance of survival and for them to compete in their markets. This essay will discuss the subject of Scania?s long-term collaboration with their suppliers. The purpose of the essay in this case study is to analyze if a long-term cooperation with a supplier is of essence upon renegotiations of continued collaboration.

Since Sweden joined the EU in 1995 there has been a noticeable increase in the value of arable land occurred. This paper is intended to study the inflation of farmland prices. In order to ascertain what affects the market prices so much since Sweden affiliated with the EU three regions has been selected for a detailed study on the subject. These three regions are selected because each of them represents different parts of the Swedish farmlands. The time period that has been examined is the year 1995 until 2009.The price raises in the three observed regions was overall fairly even at the end of the studied period.

Ett förslag på ny skola i Annedalsparken i Mariehäll, Stockholm.Parkskolan består av en låg byggnadskomposition med tre skilda byggnader i en gemensam form, men med egna anspråk på den inre gård var och en av byggnaderna omfamnar. Skolan är belägen i Mariehäll i kanten av Annedalsparken. Byggnaderna är uppförda i trä och relaterar med sina fasader och sin form till kullen, träden och parken. Den sluter in och öppnar upp på samma gång och ger en trygg, men stimulerande miljö för unga Mariehällsbor att utforska. För att förhindra att skattskyldiga utnyttjar lagstiftningen på ett sätt som lagstiftaren inte avsett används stopp- och speciallagstiftning. Då detta förfarande alltid ligger  steget efter, lagstiftades det om en generalklausul mot skatteflykt.Legalitetsprincipen kommer även till uttryck inom skatterätten, ingen skatt utan lag. Detta upprätthåller rättsäkerheten och leder till att skattskyldiga kan förutse de skatterättsliga konsekvenserna av olika rättshandlingar.Generalklausulen har ansetts vara svår att tillämpa vilket lett till att det genom praxis framkommit principer om genomsyn. Skatteverket verkar vara av den uppfattningen att det finns en skatterättslig genomsynsmetod. Denna metod förbiser de civilrättsligt giltiga avtalen och ser till den ekonomiska innebörden och beskattar förfarandet därefter.

Nya produkter och system är i många fall mycket komplexa och ofta krävs det någon form av introduktion för användaren för att underlätta interaktionen mellan användare och system, kanske vanligast i form av en manual. Användandet av en manual är ett typexempel på en sådan situation där användaren ska söka igenom och ta till sig en stor mängd information. En av förutsättningarna för denna interaktion är att manualen är lätt att läsa, förstå och navigera i. Denna rapport beskriver arbetet med att utröna om en referensmanual som presenteras i elektronisk form är läsbar. Detta har undersökts genom en kombination av intervju och kooperativ utvärdering.

In the fragmented network economy of toady remote work for creative designers becomes mor eand more prevalent. This is good for a number of reasons. Mainly, creative designers can find work inside and outside of their region irrespective of where they choose to live. However, competing for jobs in a global market is harder, and the online presence of the creatives becomes their main shopping window. We have conducted a study, interviewing digital creatives in Västerbotten.

Under vår praktik hos ledningskansliet vid Karlstads universitet inkom en anonym begäran att få ut allmänna offentliga handlingar i elektronisk form. Vi uppmärksammade då problemet att myndigheter inte har någon skyldighet att lämna ut allmänna offentliga handlingar i elektronisk form. Detta trots att tekniken finns och ständigt utvecklas och att det därför kan tänkas bli mer och mer vanligt att myndigheter får in förfrågningar om att få ut en allmän offentlig handling elektroniskt. Uppsatsen har för avsikt att ge svar på om myndigheter bör ha en skyldighet att lämna ut handlingar i elektronisk form, samt om myndigheten under alla förutsättningar har rätt att ta ut en avgift i samband med detta. Uppsatsen har också som delsyfte att kort undersöka om utlämning av allmänna handlingar i elektronisk form faktiskt sker.Framställningen bygger på den traditionella rättsdogmatiska metoden, vilket innebär att med hjälp av allmänna rättskällor systematisera och fastställa gällande rätt.Det finns ett flertal regler som talar för att myndigheter ändå ska anses ha en skyldighet att lämnat ut allmänna handlingar i elektronisk form om den sökande begär det.

The question of whether there is soft law in international law has been as much the subject of contemporary debate as whether or not there is private legal authority in the international society. The legal boundaries seem to be blurred by the process of globalisation and the recent shift in international law. The traditional definition of international law has been outdated as new forms of treaties has introduced new subject of law to the judicial arena. At the same time a supplementary map of law has been added to the cartography of international law, soft law. These correlating processes have comprehensive political and legal consequences at both the international and national levels.

A quantitative and qualitative study of all LIS Master theses applying a gender perspective on children-centred issues previously published at the Swedish School of Library and Information Studies. Two hypotheses were investigated: 1) studies with explicit gender perspective express strongest urgency; 2) study results confirm predeclared assumptions. A content analysis of all theses, and closer thematic analysis of ten, form the main question: Is there a risk that the theses? similarities in terms of urgency and confirmation create predictable conclusions? The theses? motivations behind the choices of research problems are explored in the content analysis. Two categories of motivation can be identified: 1) personal; 2) generally applicable.

In this study, I examine how educators are working with gender. My focus has been on gender and literature. The questions I asked is how educators choose the books that are read in the preschools and if they discuss literature from a gender perspective? I used two methods in this study, observations and interviews. My main base of theory is Lev Vygotskijs? sociocultural theory.

Issues related to knowledge assessment and its consequences for both the individual and the entire school system are topical in today's school debate. The mere fact that didactic issues that focus on assessment are discussed actively not only in scholastic environments but even in media and other communities is further proof that knowledge assessment is an important and complex phenomenon in our lives.The subject that I have chosen to look into is about how the work with assessment issues is handled in Swedish as well as Russian elementary school's early years. The goal with this study is to see how my studies have been conducted with a qualitative approach by which I collected qualitative information in the form of documents, papers and interviews. To make the approach even more appropriate for my area of research, I have chosen to merge two qualitative research methods. The first is a qualitative content analysis which analyses the governing documents.

Shareholder value has its origin in the American corporate governance system and has been the subject of great debate over the last few decades. The proponents claim that it creates economic efficiency while the critics argue that maximization of shareholder value jeopardizes the long term survival of companies. However, the debate in Sweden already seems to have forgotten the question of how embedded the ideology really is and what´s leading its way. This study show that shareholder value has developed and been established in Swedish companies between 1995 and 2005. The study has found evidence that suggests that the development can primarily be linked to board networks and international exposure.

The aim of this study is to examine Swedish teachers? role and attitude in the Swedish subject towards motivation and reading fiction at upper secondary school. We are also interested in investigating whether or not there are any differences regarding the way teachers motivate students? depending on their choice of education or not. The method we chose in order to achieve this was interviews with teachers.

Despite the fact that mandatory financial auditing has been abolished for small private public companies in Sweden we still see this service being used by these firms. Earlier research, papers and published articles tend to focus on the abolishment of the mandatory audits seen from the accountant?s point of view. There has however been less emphasis on the fact that 85 percept of the companies relived from the mandatory audits still utilises this service. We think that we have found a new and until now unexplored angel on this subject, and the purpose of our study has been to explore what the Swedish bank officials and what the Swedish Tax Agency?s officials think that they have to gain from a mandatory financial audit.The scientific method used in the study is deduction due to the fact that existing theories has been used to form the hypothesis.
