This project has created a web-application for the service technicians at the paper plant Gruvön. The project was outsourced to the IT-company Sogeti.The application visualizes information about reparation-work of the equipment at the paper plant. The displayed information is work-orders, the status of the work-orders and errors. It is also possible to see the costs and hours spent on reparation-work.. The work-orders and related information is stored in a relational database.The application is created mainly for web-browsers in mobile-phones and tablets.

The electronic music Studio ?ElektronmusikStudion? (EMS) inStockholm was initiated in 1963. It has had several different managers throughout the years. EMS soon became a rather costly project. Furthermore there have been several conflicts among staff and users wich has contributed to EMS fairly turbulent history.

Alvis Hägglunds är ett av Sveriges största företag som idag tillverkar stridsfordon och bandvagnar. Företaget är världsledande inom området och expanderar hela tiden, och därmed har de behov av att anställa mer personal. Lokalerna i Gullänget räcker inte längre till, och på grund av den snabba expansionen så har man tvingats hyra lokaler ett par kilometer därifrån. För att uppehålla kommunikationen och samhörighetskänslan har man valt att använda sig av distribuerad teknik. Uppgiften bestod i att ta fram en flexibel och anpassningsbar Studio som kan användas till allt från distribuerat ingenjörsarbete till lokala möten.

This report represents a comparison between two different tools used to create an online store that was developed by two students at the Technical University in Jönköping. The web shop will be of great benefit to both customers and administrator in a food firm known as Mattias' Livs. The company wanted an online store that facilitates the sale section and gives a full control of their stocks. The aim of this thesis is to create an online store that offers customers the ability to shop online and help the staff to operate the company in a simpler and more efficient way, which reduces the need for human resources and thus leads to less costs for the company. The aim also includes a comparison between the two different tools used to create the online store.

As I recently started to record in a Studio, I almost immediately came to the conclusion that getting the right sound is not easy. I became curious about my recording procedure. What did I do wrong? How to place the microphone? Use of equipment? How is it possible to modify the sound afterwards? Are there any special methods that are commonly used among producers and/or guitarists? My thoughts ended up in a question ? What do producers and guitarists think of the guitar sound during a recording session in relation to the final production? In my research I interviewed two producers and two guitarists about guitar recordings. The results show that the quality of the guitar sound is in relation to production and style of music.

Arbetet handlar om Piteås nya konserthus Studio Acustikum som skall byggas vid musikhögskolan. En studie är gjord på stora konsertsalen. Ett bra inomhusklimat är ej lätt att uppnå eftersom hårda ljudkrav gör det svårt att tillföra luft i tillräcklig omfattning. Det finns vissa krav avseende luftflöden, men bara för att de är uppfyllda så är det ändå inte säkert att det blir ett bra klimat. För att kunna förutse lufttemperaturen i salen så användes CFD simulering.

Pitch Correction - is it a must? An interview inquiry about opinions concerning pitch correction in music making today. This work intends to find out what music producers, singers and those with a great interest in music really think about the use of pitch correction programs, both in the Studio and live. The thoughts concerning this came when I began to work with these programs in a Studio, mostly for vocal use. I realized that the thoughts and opinions about the use of pitch correction varies a lot.

This report is about a thesis that is performed in and for SYSteam Engineering AB in Motala. The thesis work is divided into three parts, study of the market, programming and electronics. The study part consists of examining and comparing different data acquisition systems for testing of different circuit boards, taking into account the modularity, real-time applications, mobility, environmental, interface hardware and software, to be able to define a general module-based data acquisition system in both hardware and software that enables for future developments.The programming part consists of getting started with Visual Studio, which integrates the Measurement Studio for C#. NET. Measurement Studio includes classes and user controls for testing and measuring and offers tools for acquisition, analysis and presentation of real world data.

Detta examensarbete är en förstudie där väl lyssningsanpassade rum har undersökts både objektivt och subjektivt med syftet att kunna identifiera och tolka allmänna akustiska fenomen som uppstår, och upplevs, samt upplysa läsaren om dessa. Rapporten behandlar ljudfysik så som akustik och våglära, ljudteknikerns roll, psykoakustik, kontrollrum och teknisk utrustning. De mätningar och lyssningstest som utförts har alla utgått ifrån den tänka lyssningspositionen som sedan ställts mot specifika krav och rekommendationer från AMS (Audio Measurement Standards) och EBU (European Brodcasting Union). Lyssningstesten har gjorts efter EBU-standard. Även intervjustudier har genomförts med erfarna ljudtekniker.

Det ha?r projektet handlar om att utveckla mitt la?tskrivande och vikten av att fa? ba?de input och output fra?n mina medmusiker och da?rigenom inspiration till att komponera och arrangera. Jag skriver la?tar i genren pop/singer-songwriter men da? jag sja?lv a?r violinist har jag valt att spela med bara stra?kinstrument och sa?ng. Bandet besta?r av mig som sjunger och spelar fiol, en cellist och en violinist som a?ven sjunger.

Min hypotes har varit att det som landskapsarkitektstudenterna på Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet i Ultuna (SLU/Ultuna) lär sig är inriktat på att lösa de funktionella och vetenskapliga aspekterna snarare än de estetiska vid gestaltning. Syftet med uppsatsen är därför att undersöka hur förhållandet mellan gestaltning och vetenskap står sig mellan SLU/Ultuna och ?Austin E. Knowlton School of Architecture? (KSA), genom jämförelse av utbildningens uppbyggnad, fakta och kurser vid de båda universiteten. Resultatet visar både skillnader och likheter mellan utbildningen på de valda universiteten, vilket åskådliggörs genom tabeller, diagram, kursbeskrivningar och projekt.

Examensarbetet, som är en del av det tidiga skedet i projekteringen av Studio Acusticum, syftar till att ta fram konceptuella trätakskonstruktioner för en konsertsal. Arbetet behandlar estetik, akustik och teknik. Studio Acusticum kommer att byggas i anslutning till Piteå Musikhögskola och är en del av en vision: att bli en av Europas mest spännande och innovativa mötesplatser för musik, media och teknik. Tanken är att utforma en konsertsal med en annorlunda träkonstruktion och akustik i världsklass. Begreppet akustik är inte entydigt utan kan delas upp i en fysikalisk och en psykologisk del.

Forestry in Sweden is currently conducted in a manner aiming at equating the production objectives and the biodiversity. To ensure that biodiversity is maintained, patches that are considered to be valuable now or in the future is saved in final fellings. How the tree retention areas will grow into the future forest stands is yet unknown.The purpose of this study was to visualize how different scenarios of natural consideration taken at final felling will evolve in a long term perspective, for two rotation periods. Projections of the forest conditions were executed with the decision support system Heureka and its applications PlanStart and PlanWise. The information about the projected forests was then used for the visualizations which were created in the software Visual Nature Studio.

Denna examensrapport visar hur utvecklingen av en dynamisk webbapplikation har genomförts. Examensarbetet har utförts på Data Ductus AB i Skellefteå åt en extern kund. Kunden ville ha en lösning för att samla in data och med detta data sammanställa statistik.
