Since the 28thof May the project to develop an internal Innovation Leadership Program (ILP)on Accenture has been running and came to an end in November the same year. The taskwas formed into a master thesis and given to two students at the Royal Institute ofTechnology in Sweden.Since the start the content and structure of the ILP has been established based on the resultsof a theoretical study, a gap analysis and an external and internal benchmarking. The theoreticalstudy focused on articles, books and lectures about innovation, creativity and pedagogy. Subjectssuch as leadership, motivation, reflection and coaching were studied as well, but in a smaller scale.The gap analysis consisted of eleven interviews with people from different career levels withinAccenture and the goal was to establish the view of innovation and creativity among the employees.The interviews also asked about the knowledge the participants had about Technology Lab in orderto get insight of how to improve their communication and cooperation with people in client projects.Internally a similar program was studied called Minority Leadership program, whom will not bedescribed further in this report, to get inspiration. The external benchmarking was conducted onStanford and was very successful.

I denna uppsats har en undersökning av studenters alkoholvanor gjorts. Syftet med arbetet var att fÄ en uppfattning om första Ärs programstudenters alkoholvanor vid Högskolan Dalarna campus BorlÀnge. Följande frÄgestÀllningar belyses i studien: Hur ofta och hur mycket dricker studenter vid respektive program, hur ser kvinnornas alkoholvanor ut jÀmfört med mÀnnens, samt om alkoholvanorna skiljer sig mellan programmen.Jag har anvÀnt mig av en kvantitativ enkÀtundersökning dÀr totalt 60 studenter frÄn tre olika program har medverkat. Studenterna gÄr första Äret pÄ Högskolan Dalarna och Àr i Äldrarna 19-24 Är. De program som undersöktes var Grafisk teknologi och design, Materialdesign samt Ekonomprogrammet.

Detta examensarbete syftar till att utreda klimatsimuleringsprogrammen IDA-ICE och WUFI, hur dessa program kan komplettera varandra och anvÀndas till simulering av kyrktorn som blivit byggda i sten. IDA-ICE har av tidigare utredningar klargjort att detta program inte redovisa fuktlagring i konstruktioner vilket WUFI gör, dÀrav valet till dessa program. Klimatsimuleringarna utförs i NÀssjö gamla kyrkas torn som Àr byggt av stenblock som sammanfogats med kalkbruk.Utredningen görs med hjÀlp av klimatloggar som mÀter temperatur och relativ fuktighet. Dessa mÀtinstrument placeras ut i NÀssjö gamla kyrkas torn för mÀtning. VÀrdena för klimatloggarna jÀmförs med simuleringarnas vÀrden frÄn IDA-ICE och WUFI.Klimatsimuleringarna visar sig inte ge samma vÀrden av temperatur eller relativ fuktighet gentemot klimatloggarnas uppmÀtta vÀrden.

VÄrt examensarbete har som syfte att undersöka om studie- och yrkesvÀgledarens roll pÄ gymnasiet kan förÀndras med den nya gymnasiereform som föreslÄs i gymnasie-utredningen. Vi har med hjÀlp av intervjuer undersökt vad som pÄverkat eleverna till valet av yrkesförberedande gymnasieprogram samt vad de har för tankar kring fortsatta studier och arbete. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in pÄ en gymnasieskola i SkÄne genom tio kvalitativa intervjuer med elever, varav fem elever frÄn ?Fordonsprogram-met? och fem elever frÄn ?Hotell- och Restaurangprogrammet?, samt fyra intervjuer med vÀgledare. Vi har anvÀnt oss av teorier och tidigare forskning som förklarar pÄverkansfaktorer, framtidstankar och vÀgledarens roll.

Gymnasieelevers hÀlsa har under de senaste Ären varit ett centralt diskussionsÀmne. Ungdomar upplever att skolan Àr en av de största stressfaktorerna i deras liv (SOU 2006:77). Ett vÀxande program Àr individuella gymnasieprogrammet (IV) dÀr 11 % av eleverna som slutar grundskolan gÄr eftersom de inte har tillförskaffat sig en behörighet till ett nationellt program. Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka IV elevers stresstÄlighet i relation till skolans ansvar att tillhandahÄlla ett gott skolklimat. FrÄgeformulÀret "KÀnsla av sammanhang" (KASAM) som mÀter individens förmÄga att bemöta olika stressorer som uppkommer i livet anvÀndes.

Denna uppsats syfte Àr att undersöka hur elever bygger innehÄll i sina texter utifrÄn faktorerna genre och programtillhörighet. Materialet för undersökningen Àr 38 elevtexter skrivna under nationella provet i svenska. 19 texter Àr skrivna av elever pÄ studieförberedande program och 19 Àr skrivna av elever pÄ yrkesförberedande program. Dessa texter har en jÀmn fördelning av genrerna argumenterande texter och recensioner. Undersökningen utgÄr ifrÄn byggandet av texters innehÄll utifrÄn makro- och mikroteman.

Between 1965 and 1974, the Swedish Parliament decided to build one million dwellings, called Million Program. The million program buildings were erected with new, untried design solutions, in a short range of time, and at low cost. The residential buildings from that time are now greatly in need of renovation. The municipal housing company, Gavlega?rdarna, renovates and improves the energy efficiency at some of it?s apartment buildings in the district Sa?tra, Ga?vle.

The purpose with this study was to systematically examine scientific studies of audiologic group rehabilitation. The definition of audiological rehabilitation was explored, different variables that influence the result and how the outcome measures should be done and its relationship with the goals of audiologic rehabilitation. The method used was a literature study. Pubmed and Cinahl were used for the search of literature. Some articles were searched from scientific studies reference lists and also advice from the supervisor.The result from the different studies shows that the effect of rehabilitation varies as there are many aspects that have an affect on the outcome measure.

Today more effective computer programs are in use, regarding design of geotechnicalconstructions. There is a risk that the theoretical background of the computerprograms, its limitations and the signification of the choice of soil parameter isforgotten when the computer programs become more user-friendly.This Master thesis deals with simulation and analysis regarding three computerprograms, FEM-design, with the addition Raft, Plaxis and BE-slab. Comparisons aremade for settlement and maximum moment in a concrete-plate. FEM-design is a threedimensional FEM-program, foremost created for design engineers. Plaxis is a twodimensional FEM-program, intended for geotechnical engineers while BE-Slab is aBoundary elements program in two dimensions that is mainly used by designengineers.

GIS on the Internet is a rather new phenomenon, which has evolved from the need ofdistributed geographical data. It is also a powerful tool for presenting information on theInternet. This master thesis aim to create a web based GIS application with information onlime spreading and the situation concerning acidification in the county of Kronoberg, Sweden.The web based GIS application will be used by the county administrations in Kronoberg toinform the public and the municipal authorities of current counteracting acidification activity.This report includes documentation on acidifying processes and liming activities, which arepublicised together with the web based GIS application. The web based GIS application wascreated with ArcIMS, a new program in the ESRI family of GIS programs. The programincludes a guided structure, to development of everything from a map to a complete GISapplication, including mapservice and websites.

Automationscenter & BrÄvalla Elteknik AB is a company that offers the market completed total solutions where the customer can operate and monitor their production from the terminal. In these total solutions they lack standard circuit which are developed by the company and which could manoeuvre/control/monitor controlled process objects. This report defines the work of developing the most common standard circuits.The report is initiated by a short theoretical part about PLC and the PLC system, with a connected terminal, which has been used. Thereafter, the turnout of the demands of specification is reported, after discussing with the supervisor in the course of the project. The report concludes with a disclosure of how the programming, the documentation and the testing have proceeded and a final discussion concerning the project and proposals on continuation.The result is a CD with the documentation of standard circuits and how they are implemented in a new project.

I denna studie har jag undersökt om olika lÀroböcker för religionskunskap 1, som Àr avsedda för antingen studieförberedande program eller yrkesförberedande program ger alla elever samma möjligheter att nÄ upp till lÀroplanens kunskapskrav inom omrÄdet för etik och moral. Undersökningen genomfördes Àven för att lyfta fram anledningar till att författare ger ut olika typer av lÀroböcker för en gymnasiegemensam kurs dÀr Àmnesplan och kunskapsmÄl Àr samma. Studien presenterar tidigare forskning inom Àmnet genom att titta pÄ den senaste lÀroplanen Gy 11, syfte och kunskapsmÄl i Àmnesplanen för religionskunskap 1, tidigare forskning inom lÀromedel samt etik och moral inom religionskunskap. Studien bygger pÄ en kvalitativ komparativ innehÄllsanalys av fem utvalda lÀromedel samt en kompletterande kvantitativ studie. Resultatet visar att lÀroböckerna i stort innehÄller tillrÀckligt med information för att eleverna ska kunna nÄ mÄlen.

To manage the industry?s need of wood assortments in a optimal and cost effective way the forest companies need to have knowledge of the actual standing volume and the yield of the planned clear cuts. The mean volume of the trunk is also important since it is important for the contractors prices. Today the total volume are estimated either with NĂ€slund (1940) or Brandels (1990) functions of volumes, and the yield is estimated with Rune Ollas (1980) function for trunks and stands. The purpose of this study has been to answer the following questions: How good is the yield forecast with data collected with currently used methods? How well can the yield forecasts became with data collected according to the instructions? How well can the yield forecast be with data collected according to the instruction and calculated with the program Aptan for theoretical bucking? The study has been initiated and financed by SCA Skog AB.The material consisted of a number of randomly selected objects ready for clear cut.
