Lean Thinking ? Ett sätt för serviceorganisationer att öka sitt värdeskapande?
Syftet är att genom ett Service Management-perspektiv studera huruvida implementeringar av Lean Thinking i serviceorganisationer skapar möjligheter för ökat värdeskapande för såväl kund som organisation. Huvudfrågeställningen ser ut som följande: Hur påverkas värdeskapandet i serviceorganisationer vid en implementering av Lean Thinking? Vi har betraktat två skilda serviceorganisationer som implementerat Lean Thinking - Fritidsresor och Universitetssjukhuset i Lund - genom en kvalitativ forskningsmetod. Semi-strukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med intervjupersoner från respektive studieobjekt. Genom en litteratusstudie av Service Management- och Lean Thinking-teorier har såväl likheter som skillnader i perspektivens syn på värde och värdeskapande illustrerats.

Computational thinking was brought to the forefront in 2006 by Jeannette Wing. Computational thinking is a problem solving method that uses computer science techniques.The thesis is analyzing computational thinking and how it could be applied to graph theory. Characteristics and main fields from computational thinking is being analysed. This analysis is applied to graph theory to see the potential in developing a proposal for how an exercise can look for an introductory course in discrete data types. Only basic knowledge of graphs is required to perform the exercise.

AbstractThe debate on grammar has been on the agenda for thousands of years. Several different arguments and theories have been used in order to explain the importance of grammar in school. Some newer arguments have been added, while others have stayed, either in their original version, or in a modernised one.This essay aims to clarify the role grammar play in school. In order to do that we have looked into its history, the curriculum, modern research and interviews made with active teachers.The results of the literary studies, the studies of the curriculum and the field studies show that the very presence of grammar in school is disputed. The curriculum of today speaks of an orientation in language, with grammar as a part of it, based on the students? own language.
Rollspel som pedagogiskt verktyg i fritidshemmet, En studie om m?jligheter och utmaningar.
This thesis examines how role-playing games can be used as an educational tool in after-school programs and identifies the challenges and opportunities perceived by both students and teachers. The study is based on qualitative methods, with interviews with after-school teachers and children in after-school programs with their observations of role-playing activities in a municipality. The results show that role-playing games promote social development, creative thinking, problem-solving, and language development. Students reported increased motivation and engagement, while teachers observed improved relationships and an inclusive environment where students could explore different roles and perspectives.
The research links these findings to previous studies that highlight the potential of role-playing games to develop empathy, collaboration skills, and critical thinking (Daniau, 2016; Trespalacios et al., 2011; Suryani et al., 2020). Furthermore, our findings support the curriculum goals of student influence and situational learning, emphasizing the importance of students' own initiatives and responsibility in educational activities (Lgr22, 2022).
The study also identifies challenges, such as teachers' uncertainty about introducing and leading role-playing games due to a lack of expertise.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate Swedish as a second language acquisition in a group of students with diverse culturul backgrounds. my intension is to find out if a dialogical posture in teaching with focus on the students earlier knowledge,experianses, thoughts and feelings, will contribute to a teaching enviroment where the students can express them selves and listen to each other. the teachers task is to help the students to explore their own thinking.According to the theoretical base of the essay, sucessfull second language asquisition occours in a meaningsfull context through dialogue and interaction between students and teacher as well as between student and student.I have used a qualitative method consisting in participating as a teacher in this group of second language learners during four lessons, observing, taking notes and writing diary. The teaching material used during the lessons was a book (fiction but based on a true story) and the dialogue in the group proceeded from the story we read together..

The aim of this study is to find out in which way the education about climate in school is taught and how the students experience the world situation today. There are various theories about the greenhouse effect and its origin and these theories should be addressed to ensure that students get a broader understanding of how climate change occurs. This includes the natural phenomena and also the human impact on climate change. Students in school are a source of concern that only human are the cause of global warming, and know little or almost nothing about the natural phenomena of global warming. IKT och Pedagogik : En kvalitativ studie om datorbaserad undervisning och elevutveckling utifrån språklärares perspektiv
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the foremost teachers thinking of computers in teaching, how they work practically with computers as a tool, and if it is reflected in the students' school performance. To carry out this study, I used qualitative interviews as a method and I have interviewed four teachers where two works at the high school and two in upper secondary school. Both schools use computers in teaching as a supplementary tool for teaching materials. All teachers have similar ideas regarding what purpose one should use the computer and in which way, but the important thing is that the teachers and students receive an introductory course in how to use computers. Educators agree that this approach is and can promote students' language and knowledge regardless of the subject.My informants have come up with own methods that they use in the digital classroom including Skype, YouTube, Facebook and flippedclassroom where one can learn from other educators working.

The energy usage contributes to a big part of it, by its emission of carbon dioxide. The built environment uses around 40 % of the total energy consumption in Sweden and requests to strongly reduce it are presented from both EU and national level.This thesis brings up the subject of green building with a focus on how we can create more energy efficient buildings in projects of new construction. Since the construction industry today often fails to pass on the knowledge between different projects, as a return of experiences, the construction company Skanska suggested the topic for this thesis.

The aim of the study has been to explore certain aspects of implementation perspectives and to analyse the introduction of an environmental management system called ecoBUDGET in the Municipality of Växjö. A framework has been developed through thorough studying of earlier research in the field of policy implementation in public administrations. The framework is made up of the steering relationship between politicians and public administrators, decision making and implementation and the ability, want and understanding of how and why decisions should/could be implemented. The purpose of this essay is to illustrate how and why teachers in New Zealand use portfoliosas a part of their teaching. The purpose is also to investigate if, and in that case how, a sociocultural perspective on learning can be shown through the work with portfolios. Toinvestigate this we have made a case study in New Zealand where we interviewed sixteachers. The result of the investigation shows that our teachers use portfolios in both asummative and a formative way. In a summative way to gather what the children have done inschool, and in a formative way to help the students to assess what they have done, how theyhave done it and what they are going to do next.
