In order to make the management of IT more efficient IT Governance is needed. If the organization is going to be successful IT Governance is necessary and this type of governance enables a more effective use of IT that supports the business and its operations. The problem questions for this thesis are: How is the company?s IT Governance built up? How are decisions regarding the company?s IT investments taken? How is the connection between the company?s IT investments and the company?s IT Governance?Purpose        The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze how a company?s IT Governance is built up and how the company uses IT Governance to reach the desired results from the IT investments.Method        The thesis is a qualitative study.

This study is based on an examination of students? habits of using the Internet in formal and informal environments. The focus within this study is on what kind of activities students use the Internet for and how and if their teacher connect the students actual usage of the Internet to base the education in school on it. What we have discovered in this report is that the student in this examination uses the Internet as a tool for communicative and entertaining purposes. Though, the use of the Internet is different depending on which physical environment it is situated in.

This is a study concern high school student?s view of religion and their religiosity. I dispensed a questionnaire to 124 high school students studying comparative religion in a large high school in Sweden, with the students from different socio-economic backgrounds. The result I came up with is that traditional religion activities have decreased, religion has not disappeared but taken other shapes than before. And I also came up to with the result that more than half of them who answered the survey likes the subject and there are tendencies by them who doesn?t like the high school subject religion that they live in a non-religious family.The study concerns following aspects: sociology, youth, human needs, religion, spirituality and individualization..

Dessutom vill vi även undersöka vilka effekter som orsakats av CSR-arbetet på det lokala planet.Metod: Data har samlats in via intervjuer styrda av en intervjumall med öppna frågor samt en webbaserade enkät (Survey Monkey).Slutsats: Vi kom fram till att koncernövergripande policies inom CSR-området implementeras på lokal nivå i form av riktlinjer, direktiv och värderingar som lokala kontorschefer tillämpar i sina dagliga verksamheter. Vi har märkt att kreditpolitiken och kreditprocessen är en av viktigaste instrument genom vilka CSR-arbetet implementeras.CSR-dokumenten är viktiga men lider likväl av brister i det att de till vissa delar var obegripliga för några av kontorscheferna. Dessutom har det varit omöjligt att bekräfta någon implementering av huvudkontorets CSR-arbete vid några av de lokala bankkontoren.Vad gäller effekterna har vi för några av bankerna kunnat notera ett positivt eller begränsat genomslag i de områden där de verkar.

???Information Technology is an essential part of the society today, not least in large ???organisations dealing with sensitive information. An example of such an organisation is the Swedish Armed Forces which indeed is in the need of ways to ensure information security in their Information Technology systems. The means which is used is an authorisation and accreditation process.All Information Technology systems go through a life cycle which includes realisation, usage, development and liquidation. In the Swedish Armed Forces the lifecycle is an authorisation process.

The study aims to examine how the people who have received special needs education during their schooling have experienced it.Since I wanted to take advantage of people's experiences of special needs education, I chose to conduct qualitative research interviews. Five people in the ages of 21-26 years old participated in the study.A summary of the work says that special needs education creates mixed feelings, feelings of joy and alienation. The positive as described in the work is that the special education teaching has created a classroom that is aligned along the pupil's needs and circumstances. All informants have expressed that their negative experiences is about them having to leave the common classroom.Keywords: exclusion, inclusion, special needs education, student needs.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka studenters upplevelser av interpersonella konflikter mellan student och handledare som inträffat under den verksamhetsförlagda utbildningen på Socionomprogrammet vid Göteborgs Universitet. Studien har utgått ifrån följande frågeställningar: - Hur beskriver studenterna att interpersonella konflikter förekommer? - Vilka strategier upplevde studenterna var framgångsrika vid interpersonella konflikter? - Vilka konsekvenser upplevde studenterna att interpersonella konflikter gav? Studien baseras på kvalitativ metod och tio semistrukturerade intervjuer med studenter som genomfört kursen Handledd studiepraktik SQ1451 på socionomprogrammet vid Göteborgs Universitet. Materialet har analyserats med tematisk analysmetod och tolkats med stöd av begreppet erkännande och med teorin om maktbaser. Huvudresultaten var att samtliga studenter kunde redogöra för konfliktsituationer, men som aldrig ledde till öppna konflikter i huvudsak på grund av att handledarna aldrig blev varse att en konfliktsituation ens förelåg eller att handledarna var lyhörda så att det istället blev lärorika diskussioner.

Vi som har skrivit arbetet har haft olika erfarenheter kring läsning av matematiska textuppgifter. Intresset växte, då vi blev intresserade kring varför det kan vara svårt att läsa en matematisk text. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur elevers läsförståelse binds samman med läsning av matematiska textuppgifter samt se vilka inre och yttre faktorer som påverkar förståelsen. Kvalitativa intervjuer tillsammans med en kombination av fallstudier och observationer ligger till grund för metoden som använts i studien. I undersökningen deltog 63 elever och fyra lärare.

In this textual analysis I have examined the book Att följa Jesus by Ulf Ekman and information from Word of Life's official website. The aim of this study is to see how a religious leader is shaping the identity of the groups members after a certain pattern that differs from the surrounding, secular society. The research focus  of this essay includes several aspects:  how a culture is formed in a religious minority in contrast to the prevailing cultural context; how the material can be explained by Paul Pruyser?s theory on the psychological worlds; how what Ulf Ekman writes about distinguishing themselves from the environment differs from how other religious minority groups distinguish their identity;  and,  how the psychological world, expected behavior, and context of Word of Life can be structured by Valerie DeMarinis? model of assessment. I have placed Word of Life in a realistic illusionistic world developed from Paul Pruyser?s theory of psychological worlds.

The purpose with this report is to make a contribution to Bodycote heat treatments workshop in Värnamo, how to introduce, establish and constantly improve its environmental system. The rapport will help Bodycote with there certifying in ISO 14001: s demand standard. Organizations who continuously work with environmental issues have a lot to gain. Two things an active environmental development process will convey are, building of thrust within the circle of customers, and great financial savings. An increasingly numbers of organizations realize the importance to introduce a functioning environmental system into their activity.

The level of increased central government that we have experienced during the last decades in school, for the purpose of increasing equality and to adapt the Swedish school to a certain international standard, clearly shows that increased control scarcely leads to improvement.The aim of this paper is to examine whether teachers believe that national tests contribute to equivalent assessment and increased goal attainment. Furthermore the teachers? attitude towards and work with national tests is described. The paper is written from a school improvement perspective, where good examples from current research on what creates increased quality in school meaning increased goal attainment and equivalent assessment are related to research on school effectiveness and increased testing in schools. The study builds upon a quantitative survey among teachers in upper primary - and secondary school in a medium-sized municipality in Sweden.The result shows that the teachers have a somewhat more positive than negative attitude towards national tests, as a whole.

An attempt were made to record the 1st movement of Beethoven?s Op. 57, with the objective of performing it as close to Beethoven?s will as possible, in the tradition of the ?historically informed performance? movement.The result of evaluating source material rendered a list of the most relevant material for this study, and hopefully that might prove useful for other studies with similar objective concering HIP and composer-intention based ?autenticity?.However, Beethoven?s will was only vaguely captured in the limited source material accounted for in this study, rendering it moderate-to-small reliability. It?s probably possible to achieve a higher degree of goal achievement, given more time and through the utilization of music psychology to further extrapolate the detailed parameters of Beethoven?s presumed extramusical will.The recording made was not to my satisfaction and has strengthened my view that the interpreter should take council from the collected knowledge of scholarly sources but must ultimately remain free in whether and how to utilize that knowledge.Lastly, I?ve measured the bpm in the resulting recording with a error margin of ±0,02 s.

Genom en empirisk studie undersöker denna uppsats på vilka sätt och i vilken utsträcking man i en svensk högstadieskola efterföljer läroplanen vad gäller elevers rättigheter till inflytande över undervisningen. Undersökningen baseras på intervjuer med både elever och deras lärare. Resultaten av intervjuerna jämförs med varandra, och mot läroplanerna Lgr11 och Lpo94. Eleverna upplever sina möjligheter till inflytande som begränsade, medan lärarna ger en lite mer positiv bild av deras samspel i den här frågan. Det framkommer även att man arbetar mycket med att öka elevinflytandet på skolan, men att man har en lång väg att vandra innan man lever upp till läroplanernas paragrafer..

The purpose of this study is to observe which method that is used when it comes to teaching geometry. The study aims to take a closer look at four different ways of teaching: illustrations, using practical objects, brainstorming and verbal communication. The method used to get the results is observation. With the result, we can deduce primarily that the educators make use of the four didactic methods to varying degrees. There are similarities between most of the teachers but also differences between them.
