Syftet med uppsatsen var att öka kunskapen om och förståelsen för ungdomars attityder till sex. Den här studien fokuserade på ungdomars kognitiva dimensioner i form av kunskaper, information, föreställningar och attityder. Huvudfrågan var vilken attityd ungdomar har till sex, i en jämförelse mellan pojkar och flickor respektive elever på studieförberedande och yrkesförberedande program. Vi gjorde en kvantitativ enkätstudie med 116 elever i årskurs tre på Tessins gymnasium i Nyköping. Studien genomfördes i sju klasser inom yrkesförberedande program respektive studieförberedande program.

 Syftet med studien är att undersöka några elevers uppfattning av sin studiegång på det individuella programmet (IV). Samt belysa i vilken utsträckning utbildningen individanpassas. En kvalitativ forskningsmetod användes. Sju elever intervjuades som går sitt första år på det individuella programmet. Undersökningen belyser hur eleverna trivs på IV och vad de tycker om sin utbildning.

Växjö is a medium-sized town situated in the centre of the county Småland in Sweden with a good infrastructure and logistics and with a university that encourages cooperation with private and public companies. It is in this town that our case study of Småland Airport will take place. The aim of this study is to examine in which way the program of Library and Information Science at the Linnaeus University in Växjö offers knowledge that can be relevant for the staff at the airport in Växjö - Småland Airport. Using Wilsons model as our theoretical framework we examine how these two align with each other and by using a matrix that we ourselves elaborated in our analysis, we provide a clear picture of how the comparability two places comparability is represented. The result shows that there are compatible aspects to the Småland Aiports needs and what the program of Library and Information Science has to offer.

I uppsatsen vill jag undersöka samhällskunskapsboken för gymnasiet "Kompass till samhällskunskap" ur ett genusperspektiv. Genom att utföra en diskursanalys hoppas jag finna de diskurser kring kön och genus som finns i boken. Teorin bygger främst på Hirdmans två principer; dikotomin och mannen som norm och överordnad. Samt hur detta är grunden för genusordningen. Resultatet påvisar flera olika diskurser kring kön och jämställdhet.

Varför har Elfenbenskusten och inte Ghana skrivit på ett interimsavtal med EU mellan 2008 och 2013?Utifrån ovanställda frågeställning utreder föreliggande uppsats paradoxen om två förhållandevis lika länder som har agerat olika i förhandlingar med EU om ekonomiska partnerskapsavtal (EPA). Frågan besvaras med hjälp av förhandlingsteoretiska förklaringar som belyser varför avtal sluts eller ej. För uppsatsen ändmål sammanfattas dessa som inrikespolitiska, miljömässiga och strukturella aspekter. Resultatet visar att inrikespolitiska förändringar i Ghana föranledde landets beslut att avstå från att underteckna interimsavtal med EU.

This paper is named ?The status of the programme is low? ? Gymnasium teacher?s thoughts and attitudes towards students in the vocational- and the educational programmes. The purpose is, as the title reveals, to examine the attitude of four teachers in the Swedish gymnasium towards the vocational and the educational programmes and the students that attend either one of them. This purpose is accompanied by research which says that the educational programmes? status is higher than one of the vocational programmes.

Physical activity is required for a good health and science shows a clear connection between exercise and a lower risk for disease. Still, the physical activity among the population is far from good. It is the individuals own responsibility to exercise, but the society also has a responsibility to give opportunities to exercise for the population. The aim with the study was to investigate what motivated the group of physical active people to use the Central hospital in Kristianstad?s health program.

The final thesis named Tracking in Sensor Networks was created by the company Instrument control Sweden. The thesis work is to create a plug-in to an already developed software pro- gram, SkyView. Via the software program one should be able to control an IP-camera from AXIS, model 215 PTZ, with the appropriate protocol over a network.  An Application Programming Interface, API, was used to easily control the camera through SkyView. The interface is called VAPIX and is used to all cameras from AXIS.

Today more effective computer programs are in use, regarding design of geotechnicalconstructions. There is a risk that the theoretical background of the computerprograms, its limitations and the signification of the choice of soil parameter isforgotten when the computer programs become more user-friendly.This Master thesis deals with simulation and analysis regarding three computerprograms, FEM-design, with the addition Raft, Plaxis and BE-slab. Comparisons aremade for settlement and maximum moment in a concrete-plate. FEM-design is a threedimensional FEM-program, foremost created for design engineers. Plaxis is a twodimensional FEM-program, intended for geotechnical engineers while BE-Slab is aBoundary elements program in two dimensions that is mainly used by designengineers.

A substation must be properly protected against lightning and other external effects to the equipment in the station or staff, for that we use relay protection. They should also protect against internal errors which may occur as ground faults. There are different types of protection relays, but most common are overcurrent-, distance-, residual current- and differential protection.The purpose of this thesis was to deepen our knowledge of relay protection and to use the theoretical knowledge we got from the university studies in the work process. In the process we discovered which parameters were the most essential and calculated these for all relay protections on the substation. We also carry out a comparison between two brands of relay protection, ABB and Alstom.During our work we will test and simulate the over-current relays in a program called NEPLAN, the program will also calculate the fault currents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and describe the views on how the mediation program Programa Árbol Sicómoro affected inmates?, convicted of murder, own lives. Research questions:? To what extent, and how, has the mediation affected the convicts? views upon themselves and the crime they have been convicted for.? To what extent, and how, has the mediation brought any change to the convicts? imprisonment and if it has changed their look upon the future.The study has been executed using qualitative method. Materials from seven profound interviews have been analysed and condensed using terms from restorative justice and self-image theories.

This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. In cases where no other energyconsumers are located in the same section, there is a resistance witch task is to convert this energy into heat. The regulation of this resistance appears to cause an increase in the voltagelevel into far too high levels.Investigations of the trams regulationequipment and its construction have been done. Further have measurements on the overheadline been performed in order to map the voltagevariations during a longer period of time.The result have been showing that the voltagelevel during regeneration often is as high as 880V-920V, more extreme values have not been observed in a large scale. The values are especially high compared to the nominal voltagelevel.
