Mitt projekt Wo lai zi ruidian (Svennebanan i Taiwan) handlar om att göra en kollektion mönster som beskriver min fem månader långa vistelse i Taiwan. Mönstren ska ge känslan av ett annat land där målet är att människor i Sverige ska kunna föra in element av, eller känslan av Taiwan i sitt hem. Mönstren appliceras på produkter som för tanken till ett vardagsliv i Taiwan; digitaltryckts bomullsvara uppsytt till sittpuffar och stickade filtar. Kollektionen består av sju olika mönster som tillsammans beskriver min upplevelse, energin och kaoset från vardagen i ett annat land. My project Wo lai zi ruidian (Svennebanan in Taiwan) is a collection of patterns that tell a Story about the five months I spent living in Taiwan.

By reading three 21st century books am I trying to see how the female friendship is described in literature of our days. The books are Rebell med frusna fötter by Johanna Nilsson, Lutherska badet by Unni Drougge and I närheten av solen by Hanna Wallsten. They are all written by Swedish authors and taking place in Stockholm in the early years of 2000. I am doing a critical reading against the roles of ?heteronormativitet? as the word is described by Tiina Rosenberg and Fanny Ambjörnsson trying to see how the characters are following or breaking these roles.

Because of my interest and experience within the field of children and teenagers with an antisocial behaviour and who are acting out I wanted to devote my essay to researching these children through the perspective of the teachers. In this essay I, therefore, interviewed 4 teachers with 4-16 years of experience within this occupation. The method I've chosen can be described as qualitative interview with semi-structured questions to enable the teachers to thoroughly describe their answers without diverting from the original question. The questions that form this essay are: What strategies do the teachers possess to enable stability, a safe work environment and enabling knowledge-sharing for the children that are acting out? What kind of tools do the teachers use when they work with children who are acting out? The results were analysed through the theory of socialization, which simplified can be compared with upbringing.

The problem, which I want to highlight in this essay, is about my fear of losing face in conversationwith the parents of my text. I'm going through different approaches to find out what is happening inmy meetings with parents. I will also see if the knowledge that I get will help me to get deeperunderstanding of my reactions in different situations and if this opens up new possible ways ofhandling them.In my text there will be two stories where the conversation with parents has been difficult. Theyboth illustrate my uncertainty concerning the unpredictability of conversations with distressed orstressed parents. I can prepare the environment, by cleaning and making it look nice before meetingwith the parents.

Inom den anknytningsteoretiska forskningen har individers interna arbetsmodeller avseende anknytning i tidigare studier undersökts via mer medvetna metoder, såsom Adult Attachment Interview (AAI; George, Kaplan & Main 1984/1996). I ett försök att nå mer implicita och automatiska representationer utav anknytning och även omvårdnad rekryterades 78 deltagare i syfte att undersöka hur olika individers skript för trygghet i detta sammanhang ser ut i jämförelse med deras interna arbetsmodeller för anknytning och omvårdnad. Två mätinstrument i form utav ett experimentellt reaktionstidstest utvecklat för undersökningen samt en berättelsekompletteringsuppgift (Story Completion Task; Waters & Waters, 2006) användes. En rad jämförelser mätinstrumenten emellan visade på ett svagt negativt samband mellan de två mätmetoderna, vilket föreslogs förklaras utifrån en påverkan från en majoritet otrygga individer med upprepade avvisande anknytningserfarenheter som tenderade att idealisera sina anknytningsrelationer. Denna idealisering antogs resultera i en försiktighet gentemot anknytningsladdade stimuli..

Genom metoden livsberättelse får vi här ta del av specialpedagogen Evas berättelse. Denna kvinna har arbetat inom skolans värld i 45 år och har en stor livserfarenhet att dela med sig av. Arbetets mål är att ge en bild av en specialpedagogs kompetensutvecklig och arbetsmetoder i skolan under årtionden. Inriktningen på intervjuerna är berättelser om Evas arbete med barn och deras tal, språk och kommunikation. Uppsatsen tar upp språkutvecklingen hos barn samt Evas arbetsmetoder för att kartlägga förskolebarns språkutveckling.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate how seven homosexual men in the age between 18 and 26 years experience openness with their sexuality in Stockholm. We wish to investigate how these men experience and handle their everyday life in a community characterized by a heteronormative foundation. We will focus on how they handle their openness in an urban environment and if they experience any limitations dependent on the situation or surroundings they live in, and also how they handle these situations. The study is hermeneutically inspired where seven life Story interviews are analyzed within the theoretical frameworks provided by Connell, Goffman, Foucault and Queer theory.The results show that the respondents? openness varies depending on a variety of factors where surroundings, situations and previous experiences are influential.

The purpose of this study was to examine the narrative skill of sixyear-olds in terms of macrostructure and cohesion, and its relation tonarrative content, auditory attention, auditory short-term memory and threemeasures of word retrieval. A group comparison of macrostructure andcohesion was also performed between children with and without epilepsy.The material consisted of audio recordings of 44 children (18 with epilepsyand 26 from a reference group) retelling the Story Nelli-sagan (Holmberg &Sahlén, 2000). No correlation was found between content and macrostructureor cohesion, but several between the latter two. Auditory short-termmemory and word retrieval without pictures showed several correlationswith macrostructure as well as cohesion. No differences in macrostructure orcohesion were found between the children with epilepsy and the referencegroup.

It is now a social problem that is constantly increasing, but the identification of the phenomenon has been possible thanks to the research on the subject. The purpose of this study is to, from a woman's own Story, identify psychological processes in connection with the assault. The aim is also to confirm previous research on the phases of the abused go through until decampment and identify possible consequences of violence against women. I also aim to answer the question regarding the assistance of individuals in extreme situations while getting back to society.

Since Storytelling is a growing form of teaching we wanted to interview teachers to see what their experiences and opinions were on the subject. Therefore the purpose of this study is to use interviews to examine teacher perceptions and experiences about Storytelling and its effect on language development. I will investigate both the use when the teacher is telling a Story but also when students are telling stories. With help from my supervisor I was able to come up with interview questions that would help me answer my research question. After the interviews I reviewed the answers and analyzed them.

I also aim to answer the question regarding the assistance of individuals in extreme situations while getting back to society.

In this study we have investigated the news interview both from the perspective of the journalists and of the subjects of the interview.We have made interviews with 50 persons who participated as sources in the news and with 21 journalist who wrote the articles in the local newspapers Östran and Barometern in Kalmar, the 21 of November 2008.The journalists were asked to tell their Story of how the articles where produced, how they prepared before the interviews, if they had an image of the articles in advance and if they were satisfied with the outcome of the article. The persons who had been interviewed were asked to tell us how they felt about the interviews, if they were satisfied with the outcome of the article, if they could consider being in the newspaper again and to give their opinion of local journalism.Most of the persons who had been quoted in the articles said that at least one or two things went wrong in the articles. Despite this they would not hesitate to be interviewed the newspaper again.Surprising for us was to see how often the journalists get ?served? with both the news and the subjects of the interview. It was for an example often that the Journalists visited press conferences and wrote articles from press releases.

The purpose of this study is to analyse asylum seeking converts understanding of their conversion process based on church context, specifically within the realm of evangelical church and theology. Through the method of content analysis this essay analyses six qualitative interviews done with converts from two Islamic traditions to Swedish free church Christianity. The essay discusses the results through the lens of Lewis Rambos seven-phase theoretical concept of conversion. The important results given by this study shows that the first contact with other Christians in a new country, which creates a new community serving as an interpretive framework for their lives, triumphs the question of the theological perception for the conversion. Also, the results shows that intellectual understanding of the doctrines of faith is less important relative to the conversion process best described by the words touched, taught, and transformed.

When a crisis hits a company, it is very important that the company communicate with its customers. Communication is important for a company in crisis because this is a way for the company to tell their side of the Story and thereby try to get the customers to see things their way. Because mass media reaches a lot of people, it is a simple and fast way for companies in crisis to get their message out to the world. Mass media can be very useful for a company, but it can also be a problem. Mass media and companies in crisis may or may not have the same purpose with the communication.

Vårt arbete är ett utvecklingsarbete som vi genomfört i två förskoleklasser. I en tidigare kurs i vår utbildning kom vi i kontakt med två metoder "sociala berättelser och seriesamtal" som används inom neuropsykiatrin till personer med Autism,Asbergers syndrom, AD/HD 0sv. Det är skrivna och ritade små berättelser som förklarar både barnets beteende samt hur andra tänker och känner. Metoderna används för att arbeta bort ett oönskat beteende eller träna barnet i olika sociala sammanhang. Det visuella stödet i berättelserna tydliggör händelser och på så sätt skapar meningsfulla sammanhang för barnet.
