Den svenska bostadsmarknaden har under en längre tid varit ett hett diskussionsämne i media. Regelbundet beskrivs den svenska bostadsmarknaden som övervärderad. Ovissheten kring var marknaden befinner sig värderingsmässigt, väcker intresse att undersöka hur en bostadsrätts olika egenskaper påverkar dess värde, alltså vad individer är beredda att betala för i en bostadsrätt.?Hur mycket är konsumenten villig att betala för olika egenskaper hos en bostadsrätt, så som: boarea, våningsplan, hiss och antal rum??I studien utförs en empirisk tvärsnittsanalys, med observationer insamlade från och med första augusti till och med sista oktober 2014. Bostadsrätterna som är inkluderade i studien är geografiskt belägna i Stockholms innerstad (Kungsholmen, Norrmalm, Södermalm, Vasastan samt Östermalm).

At the turn of the year 2009/2010 there was a change in the regulations on sickness impact. This led to 328 persons in County of Kronoberg had an expired period of sickness benefit from the Social Insurance Office (Försäkringskassan) when they reached the maximum time for sickness or temporary disability compensation. These individuals were offered introductory programs with the employment services. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the population with expired period of sickness benefit from the Regional Social Insurance Office in the County of Kronoberg (Försäkringskassan Kronoberg) is described in the initial stage, and to explore how individuals who achieved expired period of sickness benefit from the Social Insurance Office (Försäkringskassan) talks about the meaning to get an expired period of sickness benefit regarding economic and social issues. The study was inspired by Grounded theory.

The essay that you are now holding in your hand is a survey about how different companies calculate their logistic costs and the activities which are included. We have examined five companies within the county of Kalmar. The research objective has been to study how aware companies are about their logistic activities and costs. The conclusion of the report is that they put their logistic costs together with other costs which they distribute among their products. The companies identify additional logistic activities than costs which regarding to us is one step in the right direction towards the awareness concerning future effectiveness in the business..

Förevarande studie tar sin utgångspunkt i ett Stockholm satt i förändring. Som allt mer inbäddat i en global och post-industriell ordning skapas nya konfigurationer i gruppers sociala och kulturella mönster ? i studien begreppsliggjort och analyserat genom livsstilar - och hur dessa sammanbinds med specifika platser. Särskilt intressant är det att få insikt i hur de i Stockholms socioekonomiskt svaga ytterstadsområden upplever, deltar i och tillägnar sig innerstaden, som en plats där processer av gentrifikation och stegrande kulturkonsumtion gradvis omförhandlar villkoren för vad ett besök kan och bör bestå i. För studiens räkning har en rad livsvärldsintervjuer skett med unga vuxna boende eller med härkomst i miljonprogramsområdena i Järva (Kista, Akalla, Rinkeby, Tensta och Rissne) i västra Stockholm, där deras berättelser ger uttryck för deras unika förhållanden till kvaliteterna i stadens socialt skiktade rum.

To better understand how various factors affect the establishment of forest and trees around the tree line-ecotone, this study was conducted in Troms County, Norway. The altitude of different forest and tree limits together with the surrounding vegetation type were collected during August 2011. Comparisons of the collected data were made with previously collected data from the same sites conducted 1914 and 1915. On average the forest limit has expanded with 26 meters in altitude, however, an expansion is not statistically significant for the whole area. The tree limit has significantly expanded in altitude.

I den här uppsatsen är syftet att ta reda på hur några lärare tänker om utomhuspedagogik. Vilka möjligheter och/eller svårigheter de ser med utomhuspedagogik, samt om utomhuspedagogiken kan främja daglig fysisk aktivitet. Vi har i en kvalitativ studie utgått från intervjuer med fyra lärare på fyra olika skolor. Två av skolorna är belägna i Stockholms ytterstad och två är belägna i Stockholms innerstad. Urvalet har vi gjort med hjälp av den så kallade närhetsprincipen.

As the way of communicating and accessing information has changed radically over thepast decade so has the way the public libraries operate to reach the citizens. In thesetimes the demands of what a public library should be and offer the visitors havechanged. One should have the option to access the digital public library at any givenhour of the day, from anywhere in the world and at least have the same possibilities ofinformation as the visitors at the non-digital, "real" library.In this Master's thesis we will analyze and discuss the condition of the Swedish digitalpublic library of today, 2006, and the forward thinking work with the issues ofdevelopment in this matter. In order to do this we set out to examine the attitudetowards the public digital library among the staff at a small number of Swedish publiclibraries and their supporting institution, the county library. Moreover, the attitudesdefined have been compared to the actual status of the services and medias at the publiclibrary websites.In conclusion, we have detected a certain standardization of what the digital publiclibrary consists of today.

Denna studie bygger på en längre intervju med en bildlärare inspirerat av ?livsberättelsen? som metod. När jag började arbeta på Björkängsskolan i Stockholms södra förorter, hade Britta varit bildlärare i 30 år. Jag har under arbetets gång alltmer insett hur mycket Britta påverkat mitt sätt att jobba, både vad gäller innehåll och i själva klassrumssituationen, kanske i lika hög grad som min bildlärarutbildning gjort. Hennes erfarenhet och auktoritet i klassrummet var en anledning till att jag ville göra denna intervju.

Energy efficiency is important both to reduce costs and to reduce greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. In Sweden 40 percent of the energy consumption is related to the buildings sector. Hospitals are complex buildings with different activities in the same building, which requires flexible technical systems for ventilation, heating and lightning. A quarter of the total energy consumption in Swedish hospitals is related to user activities in the hospitals. Therefore it is not only important to work with operational optimization but also to change user activities, to reduce energy consumption.The objective of this thesis was to examine the user-related energy efficiency work at two care units, at the central hospital in Sundsvall within Västernorrlands County.

This Master's thesis work was done at SLU, Uppsala, Sweden in cooperation with Upplandsstiftelsen and Uppsala County Council. The studied area is pointed out as an area for EU´s LIFE project, NATURA 2000, concerning the Scarabid beetle Osmoderma eremita. The studied area lies in an agricultural landscape rich on deciduous trees, about 15 km south of Enköping in the County of Uppland. The species is dependent on large, old, hollow trees, which are exposed to sunlight, usually oak trees in this area. I studied the area in detail concerning large old trees (>70cm ø), middle-aged oak trees and young oak trees.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to study resource allocation among district libraries within Stockholm?s City Library (SSB) on three different occasions ? 1996, 2001 and 2005 ? and to examine whether there exist any inconsistency between the state of the allocation of resources and what might be considered reasonable. During the course of the study, it became apparent that some measurements are more relevant than others when determining whether the allocation of resources is reasonably fair. The most relevant ratio is the share of net cost per capita in relation to population and the population?s composition of children, youngsters and persons with foreign background as a result of relevant political governing documents giving priority to these three groups.

The amount of cargo has since the 1970s increased in Sweden and the road traffic accounts for a large part of the transported volume. In Stockholm County the amount of cargo is calculated to be doubled in size from year 2001 to 2020 which means a greater need for transport is required. Much of these transports are being carried out by haulage companies of varying sizes which acts externally as carriers for their customers. All of this despite a greater awareness, laws and demands regarding environmental performance.The trend shows that the haulage industry in Sweden are moving towards fewer but larger haulage companies, which means that the competition is getting tougher for the smaller haulage companies. Smaller haulage companies and research about their competitive strategies is a neglected part of this industry.

Bakgrund: Ett gemensamt radionät har nyligen byggts och ambulans, polis och räddningstjänst ska på detta sätt kommunicera med varandra.Syfte: Syftet var att se om ett radiokommunikationssystem (RAKEL) har förändrat ambulansverksamhetens möjlighet till samverkan med ambulansenheter, polis och räddningstjänst i Stockholms län och om det förbättrat patientsäkerheten. Syftet var också att utvärdera utbildning och informationsinsatser som givits i samband med införandet av RAKEL.Metod: Ambulanspersonal arbetandes i Stockholms län som använt RAKEL fick möjlighet att besvara en enkät. Enkäten besvarades av 73 personer. Studien var en empirisk studie med prospektiv, kvantitativ jämförande design. Resultat: Ca en fjärdedel ansåg att användarvänligheten var låg, systemet uppfattades av majoriteten som i normal till hög grad användarvänligt. Det var blandade åsikter om RAKEL underlättat samverkan över länsgränser.

In this thesis the survival and development of a yearly recurring event will be examined. The purpose of this work is to examine how the festival Stockholm Pride has developed and to find out what underlying factors and conditions that lays behind the development. Also being examined is how the event affects Stockholm city?s tourism industry. To be able to fulfill the purpose of the thesis a qualitative research has been used and two persons with allot of knowledge about Stockholm Pride and Stockholm?s tourism industry has been interviewed.
