Det är framförallt viktigt att utveckla de fastigheter som är belägna i attraktiva områden med pågående stadsutveckling eller goda möjligheter för ny stadsutveckling.Denna rapport behandlar utvecklingen av Vandenbergh 9, ett kontorskomplex från tidigt 1970-tal till ett modernt bostadshus. Rapporten resulterar i förslagshandlingar över hur den invändiga gestaltningen kan komma att se ut. Förslaget följer alla de lagar, stadgar och rekommendationer som idag ställs för byggnation i Sverige.Detta resulterade i sex individuella plan, men för att främja hållbart och rationellt byggande har ett stort fokus lagts på modulbyggande. During the three first centuries A.D the cult to roman emperor was practiced over the absolute majority of the known world. It was based on the idea of the deified ruler, where religion was used as a way of legitimizing a social position of an absolute few. It arrived from below but was promoted and spread from above as a way of governmental control. During the same period of time did a new aristocratic social group emerge in remote Scandinavia that eagerly sought new ways to identify themselves and their newly found social standing. With a base consisting of an economic surplus they wanted to create an acceptance for their new way of life and thus in doing so change the very foundation and core beliefs of their own society.The central theme of this study is the cultural exchange that took place between these two cultural spheres and mainly of the effect that the cult to the roman emperor had on the emergence and identification process of the Scandinavian aristocracy..

AbstractTitle: The Swedish real estate companies choices of valuation within investment properties and its further effects on the qualitative characteristics of accounting.-A study of the Swedish real estate companies listed and non - listed on the stock market, after the application of the international rule board.Background and Problem: From January 2005, all companies, listed on a stock market within the European Union, are required to prepare their consolidated accounts using common set of International Accounting Standards, IAS/IFRS. In Sweden, this opportunity has also been given to non-listed companies, to voluntary implement these rules in their consolidated accounts. One difference between Swedish accounting rules and contemporary International rules, deals with the accounting treatment of investment properties, which foremost affects the real estate market?s accounts. In contrast to the Swedish Financial Accounting Standards Council?s recommendation RR 24, the new standard, IAS 40, permits a choice between different accounting alternatives.

Det nya båtvarvet på Beckholmen i Stockholm är placerat på öns västra sida. Inuti varvsbyggnaden kommer stora båtar kunna repareras året runt. Båtarna lyfts upp ur vattnet och förflyttas in i varvets skrovhall med hjälp av en shiplift. För att kunna reparera båtarnas olika delar finns ett antal olika verkstäder på vardera sidan om skrovhallen. Traverser finns i varje hall för att kunna förflytta delar mellan dem.

This research is about different perspectives, offered by three mother tongue teachers, one principal and also featuring a representative from Skolverket, on the subject: teacher legitimation for mother tongue teachers, mother tongue teachers opportunity for competence education and the future of mother tongue education in Sweden.The theoretical framework is mother tongue language, globalization, the post-colonial theory, power and social inequality. A qualitative approach was used including five interviews taken place in Stockholm, the results does not however represent the whole country nor the community of Stockholm itself.The result shows that mother tongue teachers thinks the teacher legitimation does not mean anything regarding their already low-status. Even principal and representative from Skolverket express their concern towards the 'non-demand' for mother tongue teachers to get their legitimation and they feel there is a lack of ambition from decisonmakers to include the mother tongue teachers.As per today there is no higher education for mother tongue teachers leading towards an exam. Mother tongue teachers are worried about their future although principal and representant takes a bright outlook. .

The purpose is also to add explanation by using Behavioral analysis Method: Quantitative research of bankruptcies using financial prediction models and qualitative study of psychological pitfalls. The study is deductive. Results: I found that it is possible to explain the bankruptcies using the prediction models. The behavioural perspective adds further explanation.

Syftet är att undersöka mångfaldsproblematiken i ett public service företag genom att undersöka och utvärdera hur enheten NoS tar tillvara på sin mångfaldskompetens, det vill säga den djupa mångfalden. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ ansats, där vi har utgått från en fallundersökning på Nyhetsenheten (NoS) på Sveriges Television (SVT) i Stockholm, där vi använt oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Vi har utgått från traditionella mångfaldsteorier och använt oss av Cox´s förändrings modell med hjälp av ett intersektionellt perspektiv. Vår undersökning bygger på 14 intervjuer som vi har genomfört på NoS. Respondenterna består av redaktörer och mångfaldsanställda, samt sekundärdata som består av material från SVT.

The Social Orientation is a part of the new, one year old, establishment law and isaimed at all newly arrived refugees and immigrants. Grönområden har positiva effekterinte bara på människor i form av rekreation, friluftsliv och tysta miljöer. De har även positivaeffekter på djur- och växtliv och bidrar till att motverka den uppvärmning som sker i städer. Detråder en vetenskaplig konsensus om att grönområdens fördelar överväger nackdelarna,framförallt synsättet att grönområden ses som mark där potentiell urban närvaro kan öka.Globalt i dag krymper och/eller försvinner grönområden.Stockholm är Sveriges huvudstad och dess största urbana region. Trenden visar på att dettaförhållande kommer att hålla i sig och Stockholm kommer att fortsätta att växa för varje år.Detta gör att staden behöver bygga bostäder och övrig infrastruktur till den ökade befolkningen.Hur kommer detta att påverka de urbana grönområdena? I denna studie genomförs en rumsligGIS-analys för att bedöma tillgängligheten till två grönområden i Stockholms län, Stora Ursvikoch Årstafältet.

This thesis aims to describe how a fashion designer should balance art and commerce in order to succeed in the fashion industry. We aim to define the Swedish term KRÄDD, and sort out how a designer or CEO in the fashion business should relate to the term, as well as the balance between cultural and economic capital. We present theories of the origins and fluctuations of fashion, as well as social studies on cultural capital, and brand building. The study is made in a qualitative manner where the empirics consist of interviews with 13 respondents that have different positions in, and experience from the fashion industry, including designers, journalists, buyers, a CEO and a PR-professional. In our conclusion, we emphasize the need for a balance between cultural and economic capital in order to succeed as a fashion designer.

Intimate partner violence is a problem which is increasingly drawing attention in society. The authority responsible for providing care and support to victims of intimate partner violence and their children is the social services. The purpose of this study was to show how social workers deal with intimate partner violence and to create a description of how this work is currently carried out in seven municipalities in the north-west of Stockholm. This was done through a quantitative survey including all investigating social workers in the municipalities concerned. The results were analysed with concepts from organizational theory.

Examensarbetet är ett planeringsprojekt i direkt anslutning till Stockholms innerstad. Planområdet är ett avvecklat stations och spårområde, där framför allt gods har hanterats under det senaste seklet. Den ursprungliga användningen av området har successivt avvecklats, och ersatts av andra verksamheter i de gamla magasinsbyggnaderna i området. Spårområdena har omvandlats till parkerings- och uppställningsplatser. Sedan SJ lämnade området har planer tagits fram för en förnyelse av området.
