This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the Swedish mortgage market and investigate whether it is in a current price bubble or not. Comparisons have been made with Denmark, a country with a market similar to Sweden?s, and where the mortgage market faced a price bubble that crashed in 2008. The housing market in Stockholm has been analysed as a separate market, as it differs from Sweden as a whole in prices and underlying factors to increased prices. The conclusion of this thesis is that not Sweden, nor Stockholm, is currently in a price bubble at the mortgage market.

InledningDet är viktigt att ledningen i ett företag mäter och uppmärksammar många aspekter av sin omgivning för att företaget skall bli framgångsrikt. Tanken med det balanserade styrkortet är att hela organisationen eller företaget skall kunna styras mot ett mer målinriktad beteende där styrkortet fungerar som kommunikationsmedlet.SyfteSyftet med uppsatsen är att utveckla/ta fram ett förslag till ett balanserat styrkort åt Hotell Stockholm.Metod/materialMetoden är grundad på kvalitativa tillvägagångssätt och fyra intervjuer med företrädare för Hotell Stockholm har genomförts. Frågan om etiska överväganden gjorde att vi erbjöd respondenterna att vara anonyma samt att anonymisera Hotell Stockholm.ResultatVi påvisar att varje respondent har kunnat bidra med värdefull information och olika synvinklar, detta har varit betydelsefullt för vårt syfte. Undersökningen visade att Hotell Stockholms vision och affärsidé inte är något som är nedskrivet. Det finns specifika mål/strategier för de olika avdelningarna på hotellet men dessa är mer eller mindre uttalade.

The Stockholm Bypass is an infrastructural project planned to be located west of Stockholm. This study investigates the argumentation concerning the project from different perspectives. The theoretical starting point is within Decision Theory. The main theories include Bounded Rationality, Kingdon's study of the political agenda and theory regarding venue shopping, framing and lobbying. The method chosen for this qualitative case study consists of both gathering data through semi-structured interviews and through documents provided by stakeholders and information available publically through archives and media.

Metod/Method Den metod som jag har använt mig av är en kvantitativ undersökning. Genom att utföra en kvantitativ undersökning har jag gjort det möjligt att undersöka ett stort antal aktier. Jag har jämfört utvecklingen av 60 stycken, slumpmässigt utvalda, aktier vid både en positiv samt negativ trend av index./The method that I have used is a quantitative study. By execute a quantitative investigation I have been able to study a large amount of different stocks.

This thesis evaluates the environmental performance of six different fish farming systems. The thesis is part of the network group ?Hållbar fiskförsörjning I Stockholms län? (HFFS) which tries to increase the domestic and regional production of fish in Stockholm and move to a more sustainable supply in the Stockholm county. Two of the chosen systems; pangasius from Vietnam and salmon from Norway are delivering a substantial part of the fish consumed in Stockholm today, although they are very different when it comes to system characteristics. One system, arctic char with conventional feed, is produced in a fairly small scale in the north of Sweden, while the three remaining systems are viewed upon as possible options to supply Stockholm with fish in the future.

Utifrån en historisk jämförelse av de tre äldsta svenska ETFerna undersöker vi huruvida svensknoterade ETFer är en bättre placeringsstrategi än aktivt förvaltade Sverigefonder. Studien genomförs med de fyra utvärderingsmåtten Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen?s alfa samt Information Ratio för att se om ETFer ger högre riskjusterad avkastning än jämförbara aktivt förvaltade Sverigefonder. De tre ETFerna, XACT OMXS30, XACT OMXSB och XACT OMXSBULL jämförs mot samtliga aktivt förvaltade Sverigefonder som har som strategi att investera i stora bolag listade på Stockholmsbörsen. Samtliga utvärderingsmått ger tvetydiga resultat men två av de undersökta ETFerna visar sig ha genererat högre riskjusterad överavkastning än de jämförda fonderna.

Background: The interest in shares has increased over the years, despite several stock market crashes. One reason for this is the emergence of stock trading online,which makes it easier for individuals to trade in shares. However, there has been much criticism towards financial analyst with the lack of fundamental basis to support their recommendations.Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the share valuation models swedish financial analysts today applies and consider appropriate. A comparison will also be carried out in previous studies, to see if the application of the modelsand their suitability has changed.Method: The study used a qualitative approach with deductive approach. Semistructured interviews were conducted and the basis for the study's primary data.The theories and previous studies obtained through secondary data.Results: Our results demonstrate that no single model applied, is appropriate.

This Master?s Thesis aims to investigate and assess the methods used to decrease the discharge ofmetals, primarily copper, from the water purification plant at Assa Industries plating factory inEskilstuna.Literature studies of the purification methods precipitation, ion exchange, evaporation, reverseosmosis and electrolysis has been done to appraise the adequacy of the technique. Thesetechniques are commonly used for purification of industrial waste water.Assa has four plating lines: the Trumline, the big Zinkline, the new Zinkline and the Decorativeline. The new Zinkline is the most modern of the four lines and purification is done byrecirculation over an ion exchange unit. The demand for fresh water is thereby heavily reduced.The Trumline, the big Zinkline and the Decorative line all use older techniques.

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka och försöka förstå inverkansfaktorer och maktrelationer bakom planeringen av ett större infrastrukturprojekt. Studiens fokus ligger på det stora vägprojektet Förbifart Stockholm, som bland annat syftar till att avlasta befintligt vägnät och bidra till att bättre knyta samman Stockholms norra och södra kärnor. Ledarskapsteorin Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) menar att en hög kvalité i relationen mellan ledare och medarbetare är viktig för olika organisatoriska utfall. Då forskning inte fokuserat på vilka relationsaspekter som medarbetare värderar som viktiga inom specifika branscher, är denna studie ett avstamp till området. Syftet med undersökningen var att ta reda på vilka relationsaspekter som säljmedarbetare värderar som viktiga i relationen till sin närmsta chef, om värderingen av dessa relationsaspekter har ett samband med medarbetares upplevelse av den befintliga relationen till sin närmsta chef och om relationsaspekterna värderas olika beroende på den befintliga kvalitén i relationen. En enkätstudie genomfördes där LMX samt relationsaspekter behandlades. Deltagarna bestod av 70 säljmedarbetare på ett globalt företag i Mellansverige.

The creation of value is considered the core purpose and central process of economic exchange. Value creation is now conceptualized as shared by both producers and customers, and value is seen as fundamentally derived and determined in use, the integration and application of resources in a specific context, rather than in exchange, embedded in products and manifested as price. The field of research is abundant with publications but these do not fully further the understanding of value creation and co-creation in a way that is meaningful for theoretical development and decision making in business and marketing practise. Without a thorough understanding of the factors characterising value co-creation, the nature as well as content and locus of co-creation cannot be identified. In that case value co-creation easily becomes a concept without substance. Until now, individual publications on co-creation have focused on few or different aspects, have emphasized the process from either the customer?s or from  the firm?s vantage point, have different theoretical approaches and have ignored the complexity in interactions between actors.The purpose of this essay is to analyse how five fundamental aspects of co-creation of customer value are perceived in contemporary marketing literature. Discussing the different views on co-creation, this essay concludes that thoughthere are evident points of agreement, finding one generally valid doctrine of predestination or value co-creation is improbable.

Syftet för det här examensarbetet var att praktiskt reducera ställtiden på enbefintlig produktionslinje på Ruukki i Halmstad. Vid tiden då författarna togkontakt med företaget var den nuvarande ställtiden alldeles för lång och långtifrån optimal. I samband med projektets start gjordes det ett antal avgränsningaranpassat till den tiden som fanns tillgänglig.Tillvägagångssättet och metodiken till lösningen bakom ställtidsproblematikenföljer Shigeo Shingos Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), där har författarnautfört analyser i form av iakttagelser och tidtagning. Upptäckterna som gjordesunder analys samt implementering var att även om SMED är en direkt metodik förställtidsreduktion finns det andra faktorer som kan motverka implementeringensamt dess goda resultat. Dessa faktorer som påvisades under projektets gång varbland annat de mänskliga aspekterna och den bakomliggande företagskulturen iorganisationen.
