Denna uppsats belyser den debatt som rådde i media och i riksdagen under åren 1989 och 1990. Debatten handlade om regeringens proposition 1988/89:41 ?Om kommunalt huvudmannaskap för lärare, skolledare, biträdande skolledare och syofunktionärer?. Diskussionen framställs med hjälp av motioner i riksdagen samt artiklar i fack- och dagstidningar. Dessa är skrivna av intressenter som argumenterar för och mot förslaget.

Vem är Hugo L? : En analys av fiktion och verklighet i Stina Aronsons (pseud. Mimmi Palm) Feberboken - stoffet till en roman
Denna uppsats behandlar Stina Aronsons Feberboken - stoffet till en roman (1931) i syftet att ifrågasätta verkets status som självbiografiskt dokument. Uppsatsen innehåller en komparativ analys av karaktären Hugos brevutdrag i Feberboken och de autentiska brev från Artur Lundkvist som står som förlaga till den fiktiva brevkorrespondensen. Analysen resulterar i att tidigare forsknings jämställande av Hugo och den verklige personen Artur Lundkvist framstår felaktig, och slutdiskussionen rymmer en dialog med representanter för den vedertagna läsningen av verket. .
Dansundervisning under lupp : En studie i dansundervisning ur ett designteoretiskt perspektiv
In this study we examine trade patterns between Turkey and 13 member states of the European Union and how these have developed over the time period of 1983 ? 2006. To represent the industrial and agricultural goods included in the study we look at the United Nations Standard International Trade Classification (SITC). Following, we investigate internal differences in the EU by selecting four countries each to represent the Northern and Southern countries of the EU. Internal differences were studied in relation to the amount of trade occurring between Turkey and the Northern and Southern countries.
Två svenska forsknings- och utvecklingscontrollers : En studie om arbetsuppgifter och profession
I vår studie har vi undersökt om svenska controllers utför arbetsuppgifter som är att betrakta som controlleruppgifter. Vi har även undersökt om yrket påminner om en profession eller om den är på väg mot att bli en sådan.Studien är baserad på personliga intervjuer med två controllers verksamma på forsknings- och utvecklingsavdelningen i sina respektive företag samt med forsknings- och utvecklingschefen i det ena företaget.Resultaten av studien visar att de controllers som studerats utför arbetsuppgifter som är att betrakta som controlleruppgifter men att det dessutom för en av dem förekom arbetsuppgifter vilka ligger utanför det som vår studerade teori betecknar som controlleruppgifter. Det föreligger tecken på att yrket har vissa likheter med en profession men att den har en lång väg att vandra innan denna status kan uppnås..
Vad håller vi egentligen på med? : en studie som granskar användandet av pedagogisk dokumentation utifrån förskolans uppdrag
In this study, we aim to analyze how the terms documentation and pedagogical documentation respectively are portrayed in the curriculum (skolverket 2010) as well as in the curriculum complementary material (skolverket 2012). The analysis is performed by use of critical discourse analysis. We used published research as a theoretical base to analyze the empirical data against. Our aim is to increase the understanding of how the terms documentation and pedagogical documentation are used in the various policy documents and what messages these documents relay concerning the aforementioned terms.We aim to give some answers to the following questions:How to interpret the term documentation in relation to the term pedagogical documentation.How to interpret the ways the terms are promoted in the policy documents. We conclude that the term documentation is vastly more open to interpretation than the term pedagogical documentation. We note that the curriculum exclusively use the term documentation and stress the importance of using a variety of documentation forms.

Att använda ett undersökande arbetssätt i NO-undervisningen : En jämförelse mellan kommunal- och resursskola
The purpose of this study is to compare an inquiry-based teaching method for natural sciences in municipal schools and special education and to find out if this way of teaching may be helpful when working with students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).The Swedish national curriculum of 2011 states that teaching methods should be fitted to every student?s needs and preconditions. The implication of this is very important for all students, especially for children with special needs. The theoretical framework that has been applied as a foundation for this study is Vygotskijs "Zone of Proximal Development" and Deweys "Learning by Doing". The method applied for the study is a semi structured interview and five teachers where interviewed.The result of the study shows that teachers with a higher education in natural sciences are more confident with regards to teaching natural sciences and the application of the inquiry-based way of teaching.
Fritidspedagog - kollega eller hjälplärare? : En studie av lärares uppfattning om fritidspedagogens roll i det dagliga arbetet i skolan
Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur lärare säger sig uppfatta fritidspedagogens yrkesroll i skolan. Ett skriftligt frågeformulär skickades ut via e-post till fem olika pedagoger i skolår 1- 3. Formuläret bestod av öppna frågor. Urval av respondenter till studien gjordes från fem olika skolor i samma stad. Respondenterna hade olika lång arbetserfarenhet.
Is Home State Taxation a step forward for SMEs? An SME?s ability for growth and integration in the EU after the HST tax reform
Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) within the European Union are currently facing many challenges one being access to financing due to high risk and probability of default, another being cross-border taxation issues with double taxation and information asymmetry. Since the aim within the EU is to be the most competitive and dynamic knowledge-based economy in the world with sustainable economic growth and social cohesion it is essential that the EU operates as a single market. Despite this need, harmonization continues to be far from achieved in the area of direct taxation which also affects the integration and growth opportunities for SMEs. In the Agenda for Entrepreneurship, the Home State Taxation regime, which is based on formula apportionment, has been proposed by the Commission as one option in order to mutually recognize the different Member States? taxation systems to facilitate cross-border activities and reduce ?red-tape?.
Kompetens och ansvar kring hbt och homofobi i skolan : Intervjustudie med lärare i årskurs 7-9
Many reports infer that questions of HBT and homophobia are either poorly addressed or not addressed at all in schools today. This study is based on interviews with teachers of students aged 13 to 15. It is an inquiry to the teacher's thoughts about, knowledge of, and sense of responsibility to inform students of the subjects 'Queer', 'HBT', and 'Homophobia'. Who is responsible for educating the students regarding these subjects and what do teachers think about including these subjects in their curriculum? How do the teachers describe their knowledge of the subjects? Do they require further knowledge themselves in order to educate others in a proper way? The study is grounded in queer theories.
Skyddet av non-refoulement inom EU -en undersökande studie om upprätthållandet av non-refoulement-principen inom Asylprocedurdirektivet
Denna studie undersöker hur non-refoulement-principen upprätthålls inom internationell asylrätt jämfört med det gemensamma europeiska asylsystemet (CEAS) och närmare bestämt Asylprocedurdirektivet. Via en redogörelse för non-refoulement-principens position i internationell asylrätt och dess eventuella status som jus cogens har jag sedan analyserat i vilken utsträckning principen upprätthålls i Asylprocedurdirektivet. Genom att granska olika bestämmelser i Asylprocedurdirektivet samt tittat på rättigheter i asylprocessen har jag i mina slutsatser kommit fram till att non-refoulement-principen inte respekteras fullständigt i Asylprocedurdirektivet. Begränsade rättigheter under asylprocessen och bestämmelser om exempelvis ?säkra länder? riskerar att resultera i refoulement för den enskilde asylsökande..
