Immateriella tillgångar har blivit allt vanligare att investera i, och detta har lett till en stor uppmärksamhet kring deras redovisning och värdering. År 2005 infördes i Sverige IFRS/IAS, internationell redovisningsstandard. Dessa regler är tänkta att förändra redovisningen till det bättre med mål att ge en så korrekt och verklighetsnära bild som möjligt. Det som denna uppsats tar upp är redovisning av bioteknikföretags immateriella tillgångar och vilken finansiell påverkan redovisningsreglerna har genom att räkna ut företagens lönsamhet. Uppsatsen är inriktad på att forska kring immateriella tillgångar och lönsamhet i fyra bioteknikföretag, nämligen Medivir, Q-Med, Karo Bio och BioGaia där en fallstudie har utförts.

Uppsatsen söker svar på frågan vad begreppet utanförskap innebär. För att få fram dess innebörd sker en analys av vad dess motsats innebär och hur urskiljandet sker. Den metod som används är en komparativ textanalys. Slutsatserna är att utanförskap innebär att individen inte finns på den marknad som övervakas och kontrolleras av statens administrativa lagstiftning. Lagstiftningen uttrycker inte någon moral utan är ett redskap för social kontroll och makt.

Background: As a part of a national health control program, Statens VeterinärmedicinskaAnstalt performs diagnostics to screen flocks for certain pathogens causing high mortality,morbidity and/or serious economical losses. There are several viruses in the programincluding IBDV (infectious bursal disease virus), IBV (infectious bronchitis virus) and NDV(Newcastle disease virus). Method: 96 serum samples were collected from different poultryflocks in Sweden and analyzed by ELISA, which are currently used in the health controlprogram as well as by a commercial prototype of a multiplex immunoassay manufactured byLuminex Corp., which is currently under evaluation at the United States Department ofAgriculture USDA. This 4-plex assay detects antibodies for the three above-mentionedviruses as well as antibodies of avian reovirus. In the context of this study the ELISAs run inroutine diagnostics as well as a REO ELISA were used as the standard for comparison.Result: The antibody concentration in serum from vaccinated chickens was high while theantibody concentration level in serum from not vaccinated chickens was low.

This thesis is a comparative analysis of language policy in the Post-Soviet states Ukraine and Kazakhstan, wherein the states are seen as rational actors using language as an instrument in the nation-building process. With a take-off point in an underframe of theories on the nation, national identity, instrumentalism, power and the particular role of language in the nation-building process, this thesis shows that language is a key instrument used by the two states.The Ukrainian and Kazakhian language policies create and put across a certain image of the nation, by emphasising the titular languages as symbols of the new states. The line of argument in the language policy is a balance act between large-scale promotion of titular languages and a careful and inclusive attitude towards the Russian language. The biggest differences are that Ukraine, compared to Kazakhstan, has a more comprehensive and consequent language policy with a deeply rooted historic rhetoric. The most obvious instruments of the states in language policy is censuses, corpus-planning and the state choosing one official language..

This kind of censorship has the advantage of not being scrutinized by public eyes in the way that the work of institutionalized censorship agencies such as the Swedish Statens Biografbyrå was. It is not unlikely that expanded possibilities for punishing anyone who spreads copyrighted material will result in larger and larger areas that may not be accessed, as the avoiding of conflict and repressive actions will emphasize the behaviour to take detours around information that is deemed taboo and therefore suspicious and dangerous. The ACTA trade agreement is one proposed tool for such extended possibilities for punishment.This essay does not however claim that copyright and censorship are the same ? but rather that the institutional execution of power that was previously a matter of state censorship has a lot of similarities with current and prognosticated application of copyright laws by corporations.

Detta arbete har som syfte att dels undersöka hur lärare tycker att det fungerar att ha en elev med funktionshinder i sin klass. Dels att undersöka hur eleverna uppfattar sin skolsituation samt att undersöka vilken roll eventuella elevassistenter har, både ur elevens och lärarens synvinkel. De resultat jag kommit fram till i mina intervjuer visar att det ur lärarsynpunkt fungerar mycket bra med en elev med funktionshinder i klassen. Samtliga lärare har också varit mycket positiva till elevernas assistenter, de betyder mycket för eleverna. Resultaten visar också att eleverna ser positivt på sin skolgång, de tycker att det fungerar bra med assistansen och att skolorna är så anpassade att de kan ta sig fram överallt.

Syftet med studien är att analysera hur engagemang och underkastelse upprätthålls hos Jehovas vittnens medlemmar. Studien visar hur värvningsprocessen påverkar upprätthållelsen och belyser hur organisationens sanktioner och sociala kontroll påverkar medlemmarna. Studien belyser även hur Jehovas vittnen förhåller sig till uteslutna medlemmar. Studien utgår från ett organisationsteoretiskt perspektiv för att förklara hur Jehovas vittnen lyckas ha ett starkt inflytande över sina medlemmar. Studien genomfördes med semistrukturerade intervjuer där sju avhoppare från Jehovas vittnen medverkade.

The National Property Board (SFV) has been appointed by the Swedish government to administer all property of cultural value owned by the Swedes collectively. The commission includes maintaining the soul and character of each individual building, to adapt these buildings to present needs and requirements, and furthermore making them available to the public. The return on equity demanded by the government is based on the CAPM used within the real estate industry. The theoretical assumption that organizations are either function-driven or pay-driven will serve as a starting point, after which SFV will be defined as a function-driven organization with a pay-formed management control system. This paper aims to examine how applying a pay-formed management control system will affect a function-driven organization.

Banker är mer sårbara än vanliga företag då banker är nära sammankopplade med varandra. Att skapa finansiell stabilitet finns i statens, bankernas och allmänhetens intresse. Det finansiella systemet är komplext vilket innebär att många aktörer interagerar med varandra på många olika sätt. Problem i en bank kan lätt spridas till andra banker och en förtroendekris kan leda till att finansiärer tar tillbaka sina insättningar. Att finansieringen hos en bank stryps är ett av de största hoten mot ett fungerande betalningsväsende.Baselreglerna är ett internationellt regelverk för tillsyn av banker med det främsta syftet att uppnå finansiell stablitet.

SammanfattningBokföringsnämnden (BFN) är en statlig myndighet under regeringen som är statens expertorgan på redovisningsområdet. De ansvarar för att främja utvecklingen av den goda redovisningsseden som enligt definitionen skall grundas utifrån praxis. Redovisningen har dock gått från att ha styrts utifrån principer och sed till att bli allt mer styrt av regler. På senare tid har nämligen BFN antagit en ny strategi genom att utfärda regelverk vilket de aldrig tidigare har gjort. De nya regelverken vid namn K-regelverken grundar sig i internationella redovisningsnormer och blir aktuella att tillämpa från 2014.Problematiken är att BFN inte har någon föreskriftsmakt utan endast får ge ut allmänna råd. Dessa uppfattas dock ofta som obligatoriska i praktiken vilket leder till att det uppstår en konflikt både gällande hur reglerna skall tolkas samt vad som gäller juridiskt.Vårt syfte är att förstå hur de kommande regelverken från bokföringsnämnden uppfattas samt hur de kommer att påverka företagen och den goda redovisningsseden. I uppsatsen använder vi oss av en kvalitativ studie med induktiv ansats.

This paper is a case study on Bradley E. My opinion is that this sort of dilemma is a question of values, how you view the world and, most important of all, human rights and the philosophy of rights. Therefore I decided to sort out the arguments regarding the issue of freedom of speech versus the state?s need for protection.

Det övergripande syftet med den här uppsatsen var att undersöka vad som påverkar unga mopedförares intentioner till att köra alkoholpåverkade.  Ytterligare ett syfte var att belysa de generella attityder till alkohol- och trafikrelaterade frågor som finns bland svenska ungdomar. Samtliga resultat och analyser baserades på en enkätundersökning utförd av Statens väg- och transportforskningsinstitut (VTI). Enkäten vände sig till gymnasieelever och i analyserna behandlades svar från 1 933 elever i åldersintervallet 15 ? 21 år.De statistiska analyserna innefattade ?2-test samt en ordinal logistisk regressionsmodell. Resultaten visade att ungdomarna generellt såg det som oacceptabelt att köra moped med alkohol i blodet.

Undersökningens syfte är att studera olika perspektiv på föräldrarinflytande i grundskolan, statens, lärarens och föräldrarnas. Studien tar sin utgångspunkt i hur staten/samhället, lärarkåren och föräldrarna har motiverat och definerat begreppet inflytande. Jag har använt mig av tidningarna, Barn i Hem skola samhälle, Lärartidningen, Skolvärlden samt officiella tryck från riksdagen och regeringen. Jag har försökt att knyta min studie till Jörgen Habermas och Bo Rothtsteins teorier om förhållandet mellan offentligt och privat samt den kooperativa staten. Det som jag fann var att grundskolans innförande innebar en vidgning av skolpolitiken, och skolan fick ett större ansvar för fostran och socialutveckling.
