This report present the design and manufacturing of a wide-band driver amplifier placed in radar module for airborne applications. The major goals for the amplifier were a high efficiency and to deliver a predefined output power. To reach the second goal an additional preamplifier had to be constructed. The amplifiers were constructed in three steps: Design and Layout in the software Microwave Office, Mounting components and Verification. The driver amplifier was decided to be a push pull configuration consisting of two parallel transistors biased in class AB.

Even though wind power is a renewable energy source it can still cause some problems for the close environment. One of the problems is shadow flickering. Regional European Offices with the purpose to represent regions and municipalities in the EU-system have had a substantial expansion over the last years. One example is the North Sweden European Office for the counties of Norrbotten and Västerbotten, consisting of seven different headmen who are representing both the private sector as well as the public system. This diverse leadership representation makes North Sweden a very good example on a so called Quango, organisations that stand under simultaneous influence from both public and private sectors. These Quangos opens up new possibilities to solve public problems, but they also bring together two different working models which is not always easy to handle for a Quango. According to earlier surveys some characteristic Quango problems within North Sweden exist, for example the ability to prioritize and thereby be as effective as possible.

Det består av olika delsystem och strömförsörjs mha nätaggregat (PSU ? Power Supply Unit). I den här rapporten undersöks den befintliga PSU74-modellen samt nya switchade nätaggregat som finns på marknaden.Bakgrunden till att Bombardier vill byta ut PSU74 mot ett nytt switchat aggregat är att PSU74 har en vikt på 14 kg och tar stor plats i el-skåp. Ett swichat nätaggregat väger ungefär 1,5 kg och är så pass kompakt att det tar litet utrymme i el-skåpet.Bombardier har medvetet väntat med att gå över till SMPS eftersom tillförlitlighet blir ett problem.

The goal of this master thesis project was to develop computer models of some plausiblepretreatment techniques and to assess the potential benefits/costs of using pretreatment andanaerobic digestion for waste management of organic waste from a system perspective. Forthis purpose a computer program called ORWARE has been used. ORWARE (organic wasteresearch) is a program for making life cycle assessments of waste management. As the mainpart of the project work the ORWARE system has been provided with three new models ofpretreatment techniques. The additions consist of: One model of pretreatment with ultrasound,one model of thermal hydrolysis and one model of a screw press.

Background: Different forms of reward systems have been more common in Sweden and are used in purpose to motivate employees to work in accordance with a company?s goals. By creating work motivation among the employees, a more congruent situation can appear between them and the managers, and the company can perform better results. Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to study and analyse a reward system from the employees perspective, regarding it?s affect on work motivation.

Hur ser vår svenska doktrin ut gällande teorier kring luftmakt? Vilka luftmaktsteorier genomsyrar grundtanken bakom hur vi idag vägleder våra luftoperationer? Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka generella och centrala luftmaktsteorier som återfinns i den svenska doktrinen.

The aim of this study is to create an increased understanding of shared leadership and how it takes shape in the relationship between first-line managers in human service organizations. Shared leadership is seen as a complement to the traditional one-man leadership and briefly means that two managers share the role that usually is held by a single leader. The study has a qualitative approach based on semi-structured interviews with managers in human service organizations. The interviews mention the mangers thoughts and experiences about shared leadership and gain approval in the hermeneutic science field. The study is analyzed based on symbolic interactionism where perspectives from the theoreticians Mead and Goffman are used.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the attitudes towards the labour movement?s strategies, goals and organisational issues in Swedish Miners? Union?s (Gruvindustriarbetareförbundet, hereafter Gruv) paper, Gruvarbetaren 1917-1925.The theoretical starting point is Engels? view on the class state. This perspective turns the question of socialism and the way to get there into an issue of working class power over the state. Another theoretical perspective is the partition of the labour movement into a trade-unionistic branch, seeing unions as financial organisations of interest, and a pro-state one, considering unions as political organisations.During the period investigated Gruvarbetaren was quite radical and advocated a firm class struggle strategy towards employers. Since these were considered unreliable, class struggle was seen as the only way to better the conditions for the working class.

The work was carried out on Termisk Systemteknisk?s office in Linköping. The aim was to create a computer system with infrared camera technology for quality control and temperature monitoring of manufacturing processes in industry. The system should be configurable such that it can be used on several different issues, including those where the real-time analysis of camera images is required.The developed system is based on an existing framework, Panola, to deal with measurement results and images in a database. The framework is built for the system continually check for new data , and the task was to create a foundation upon which to build systems that use the framework, but fully or partially utilize direct calls .
