Syfte: Att undersöka vilken ansträngningsgrad och spelupplevelse en grupp flickor respektive pojkar i åldrarna 13-16 år hade vid 15 minuters spelande på Nintendo Wii Sports boxning samt att göra en jämförelse mellan könen. Syftet var även att undersöka om det förekom ett samband mellan spelupplevelse och ansträngningsgrad.Metod: Ansträngningsgraden mättes med pulsklocka och skattning på Borg Ratings of Perceived Exertion (RPE). Spelupplevelsen mättes med en 1-5 skala. Tjugo friska försökspersoner (10 flickor och 10 pojkar) deltog i studien.Resultat: Den genomsnittliga pulsen för flickor var 117,2 slag/min (SD 17,7) och för pojkar 132,3 slag/min (SD 22,9). Flickorna skattade 13,9 på Borg?s RPE-skala (SD 1,1) och pojkarna skattade 13,4 (SD 2,4).

The Swedish way to organize sport has a long tradition and the parents play an important role in ways to organize sport. Without the thousands of adults who voluntary work the sport associations would have problems to survive. However, there are tendencies to that commitment is reduced, which means that the activity is exposed. The purpose of this study was to examine parents opinions about a nonprofit children´s sport respective professional children´s sport. The study was based on questionnaires which were distributed to 83 parents in four different sports; equestrian sport, track and field sports, ice hockey and soccer.

The purpose of this quantitative study was to examine the relation between sporting events, where alcohol is served, and the attitude towards alcohol among adolescents. We conducted a survey with 195 respondents, all of whom was students of Swedish upper secondary school. The respondents were between 15 and 18 years of age. The data were analyzed using theories of attitudes and norms. We also analyzed the data using previous research.

Enköping?s Rugby Club has long lacked a bigger hall to gather their members in, where they can meet and socializes outside trainings and games. Thanks to Enköping?s municipality, The Swedish Inheritance Fund, Swedish Sports Confederation, sponsors and club members the clubhouse will be built out with additional 100 square meters.The project is planned in two phases of which phase one is the buildup of the new clubhouse and phase two is the renovation of the existing part. Phase one started with the first groundbreaking in December 2006 and was finished for the season 2007.

Despite the vast research on the effects of gaming, little is know how the phenomenon of e-sports and it?s followers is portrayed. While media can have significant impact on what and how e-sport is portrayed, no studies have been done in a Swedish context. This thesis aims at filling that gap with investigations of the two major Swedish newspapers. Six articles was analyzed with critical discourse analysis with a theoretical base of journalism.The result of which indicated that between the period of 2005 and 2012 e-sport and players was considered to be professional, committed and more in a sense that reminded much of the view on more traditional sport such as soccer and hockey.

Abstract Etel Fredriksson och Elin Friman (2010) De första mötena på dagen, en studie om möten mellan pedagoger och barn i förskolans hall. Undersökningens syfte är att genom ett genusperspektiv synliggöra pedagogernas bemötande gentemot barnen, samt deras tankar om detta. Frågeställningarna är, hur bemöter pedagogerna barnen vid ankomst till förskolan? Samt, hur tänker pedagoger kring bemötandet av barn vid ankomst till förskolan? Studien bygger på material från intervjuer med tre pedagoger samt observationer av 12 barn mellan cirka ett och fyra år på en förskola i södra Sverige. I texten används material från fem observationstillfällen och från tre intervjuer som är genomförda på förskolan. Centrala slutsatser är att pedagogerna lägger stor vikt vid barnens personligheter och att pedagogerna tycker det är viktigt att de har ett positivt beteende i mötet med barnen. Denna rapport beskriver utvecklingen av ett textbaserat webbspel från idé till en fungerande produkt. Den förser läsaren med en översikt av speldesignern, beskriver några av teknikerna som använts och diskuterar några av de viktigare lösningarna lite mer på djupet. Målet med projektet har varit att utveckla ett textbaserat webbspel som utgår från grunderna i ett sports management spel blandat med fantasyinslag. Tekniker som använts under projektet är framförallt PHP (scriptning) och MySQL (databas) för att skapa en dynamisk webbsida som använder XHTML för strukturen och CSS för presentationen. Resultatet är ett grundläggande fungerande spel som kan spelas i de flesta webbläsare och fungerar som en bra grund för fortsatt utveckling..

Skolorna kallas i studien för Nordskolan (F-6), Östskolan (F-3), Sydskolan (F-9), Västskolan (F-3) och Centrumskolan (F-9). En lärare i idrott och hälsa intervjuades på respektive skola. Lärarna kallas för Nora, Olga, Siri, Vera och Cissi.ResultatNord-, Syd- och Centrumskolans idrottshall är stor till golvytan, cirka 24x48 meter, och när varje hall delas av med en vikvägg är vardera halva cirka 24x24 meter.

Sports Marketing is a growing part in the world of sports today. Our main purpose of this paper was to analyze which role marketing plays for an ice hockey organization in the Swedish elite today. For this study we did a case study research on the Swedish team Södertälje Sportklubb, where we interviewed seven people. In addition to the people in the organizations we chose to interview two sport journalists. This research was made from an organizations point of view and all of the interviews were of qualitative character.

"Landscapes for Spontaneous Sport" The main aim with this degree thesis is to show how planning and design of urban space can promote spontaneous sport. Public health and urban life would benefit from re-introducing the sport and physical activity in the townscape. The study can be seen as an "inspiration book" that focuses on the connection between sports and landscape architecture. The starting-point for the discussion is the fact that the spontaneous sport is on the decline and the main general question is how this negative trend could be broken. In particular the study asks how landscape architecture could promote and increase spontaneous sport. Good examples of places for spontaneous sports of different kinds are given, both from Sweden and from other countries, which have inspired a case study where I propose a redesign of a centrally located, but hardly used park in Skäggetorp, a suburb of the town of Linköping. .
