There is a clear difference between the way football players and leaders regard the role of the referee, compared to the way the refereeing body looks at it. The refereeing body regard themselves as fundamental for the existence of the sport, while the other mentioned parties merely see them as functional justice makers. This view places the referees outside the field of football. This establishes a football culture, which is conflicted when it comes to the role of the referees on the field. The conflict comes to its edge in youth football, where the referees are under severe pressure.

Uppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ metod med djupintervjuer där framstående personer med olika bakgrund inom den svenska elitfotbollen ger sin syn på svensk fotbolls problem och utmaningar ur ett organisatoriskt perspektiv. Ur ett teoretiskt perspektiv ställer uppsatsen upp med sport management, organisationskultur och New Public Management för att förklara utmaningarna svensk elitfotboll står inför. Utmaningarna består av det folkrörelsearv och amatörideal som den svenskelitfotboll dras med vilken hämmar en förändring mot ett mer företagsinspirerat och professionellt styrande av elitfotbollen..

I denna studie har det undersökts vilka faktorer som påverkar män och kvinnors val av idrott. Det har även undersökts om det finns några märkbara genusskillnader på val och uppfattning kring sport. Denna studie utfördes efter kvalitativ metod genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Fem respondenter har intervjuats varav tre män och två kvinnor i åldrarna 19-23år. I resultaten framkommer att massmedia har stor inverkan på hur respondenterna uppfattade manligt och kvinnligt idrottande.

My essay is an attempt to describe how complicated it can be to follow the rules and maintain boundaries without obstructing the children in their creative development. The aim is to highlight my approach and emphasize the importance of growing up in a kindergarten with standards and values which may not always coincide with their own opinion.I begin my essay with two stories about Emil five years, defying the rule of not climb up the climbing frame roof and Emma for three years, who are keen to spin on the swing, but followour rule and refrain. I wonder what it is that drives some kids to go against the rules and stretch the limits while others do not have any problem doing that we decided? I also tell about the time I as a newly-qualified nanny was rebuked by a colleague when I acted "recklessly". I would handle the situation differently today?
