Det genomgripande syftet med denna uppsats var att synliggöra ungdomsassistenternas arbete på Lyrans asylboende samt att se vilken relevans olika kunskapsformer har i detta. Utifrån frå-geställningarna handlade studien om att beskriva ungdomsassistenternas arbete samt att förtyd-liga gemensamma aspekter i arbetet med EkB. Jag utgick också från att studera ungdomsassi-stenternas beskrivelser av lyckosamma hjälpinsatser samt vilken kunskapsform som assisterar dessa.Empirin i denna studie baseras på mina tidigare erfarenheter av arbetet med ensamkommande flyktingbarn och ungdomar samt resultatet från totalt fyra intervjuer med ungdomsassistenter på Lyrans asylboende för ensamkommande barn och ungdomar. Jag har vid insamlandet av empirin utgått fån tre olika kvalitativa metoder vinjett, semi-strukturerad intervju samt en egen utarbetad interaktivt-strukturerad intervjumodell. Jag har förankrat personalens beskrivningar med aktuella forskningsstudier samt analyserat deras arbete utifrån de fyra kunskapsformerna episteme, techne, fronesis och tacit knowing.Resultatet synliggjorde delar av personalens praktiska och utförande arbete med EkB och fram-förde viktiga gemensamma teman i detta.

Human rights have been added to the new curriculum which came into force the 1st of July 2011 in the Swedish Upper Secondary school. The purpose with this master thesis is to compare the old and the new curriculum as part of an examination of what way they affect the Social Science education. Further the analysis focus on what is affecting discourses in the Social Science about human rights, as well as its communication and incorporation in its education. The empirical material consists of the schools steering documents and interviews with Social Science teachers. The theoretical framework is based on human rights education (HRE) and curriculum theory.

The Swedish Transport Administration manage nearly 4,000 railway bridges in different condition and age around the country. These bridges is in constant need of maintenance and requires continuous inspections. This thesis is designed as a damage investigation on a single-track railway bridge south of Solvarbo in Säter municipality. The railway bridge is in operation and serves over 10,000 trains a year, everything from speed trains to freight trains. The bridge is built as a beam bridge, simply supported over a road.

The Swedish social insurance agency provides financial support for families and children, but also for people with work injury, illness and at old age. During 2012 they saw the amount of notifications of insurance increasing in Sweden, which is a development that cost our society a great deal of money. With the aim to pursue a sustainable development I have therefore devoted this project to wellness and stress management within preschool.The employees of preschool are often dealing with a lot of stress, due to the big groups of children that causes high noise and sound levels. The high noise and sound levels is a contributor to stress which additionally can damage the health and cause impaired hearing loss. About half of the people around their forties until the age of retirement have difficulties understanding speech in large groups.The purpose of this project has been to investigate the causes of negative stress for my target group, women between 30-60 years old who works in preschool.

In this study, some aspects of communication that are creating problems in a chosen forest conservation case are explored. Focus is on how the manager of a forest experience how he is treated during a formal decision of conservation. The paper also gives introduction to communication theory as well as to present forest policies in Sweden. Explanations of the most common concepts and terms in forest conservation is presented and such a understanding is necessary if the reader is to acquire enlightment from the material and the following discussion. This paper focus on a conflict between the county administrative board, a Swedish regional authority, and a private forest-manager. This is a case where the manager feels that the authority is forcing a sale of land, because the forest is being turned into a conservation area. The problems are not just economical, the manager feels mistreated and left out of the discussion, and the negotiation is long and problematic as shown in the interview and the case study. In the study, an in-depth interview is made with the manager of the forest, and a case study has been made based on the documents in the case attained from the county administrative board.

The companies of today compete about the consumers? attention. In a society where the speed is increasing and the trends are constantly changing the marketing of today will soon be obsolete. This is something that is clearer in the fashion business where the consumers always are looking for news at lower costs. It?s no longer an economical question to be able to wear the latest fashion trends, the availability of cheap fashion clothes is constantly increasing.

This study is about children that have been forced to flee to another country, due to conflict, poverty or natural disasters, without their families. They are known as unaccompanied refugee children. The aim of the study is to, by focusing on individual children's feelings and experiences of being forced to flee create greater knowledge and understanding of what is hidden behind some of the statistic of migration.To answer the aim of the study, I used the following research questions: How is a child affected by being forced to leave home and to flee to a foreign country? How does an unaccompanied refugee child perceive the exodus? How do the unaccompanied refugee children handle their situation during the flight and at arrival in Sweden?The study is based on a qualitative method and consists in semi-structured interviews with five unaccompanied refugee children aged 17 to 21. The theoretical framework is based on three theoretical concepts; refugee crisis, identity and coping.The study results show that these children are a very vulnerable group, who were forced to be exposed to several losses and traumas.

This bachelor thesis is a critical study in which we are studying if the swedish reports of the so called ?second revolution? in Egypt have been objective. We have been studying this by using Jörgen Westerståhls objectivity model and we have chosen to investigate whether the reports have been objective balance-wise. The second revolution is a term which describes the protests and demonstrations that led to the military action in which the elected president Muhammad Mursi were forced to resign on the 4th of July, 2013The study includes articles from five leading Swedish newspapers, Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Expressen, Göteborgs-Posten and Svenska Dagbladet. We have been studying all the articles that include the word ?Egypt?.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka om yngre skolbarns konfliktbeteende förändras samt om de är medvetna om sitt eget beteende i en konflikt. Vi har studerat konfliktbeteendet genom att intervjua elever och pedagoger.

AimThe aim of this study is to investigate who can be considered to be the owner of the broadcasting rights on sport events in Sweden. Furthermore our aim is to investigate how the owners can protect their rights.The reason why we are interested in this subject is that there is no legislation in this field. There is no legislation on who the owner is and there are no arena rights that protect the broadcasting rights. We have studied case law and legislation in other countries and tried to apply it to Swedish conditions. We have posed the following questions:Who owns the broadcasting rights on sport events in Sweden?What legal protection does the owners of the broadcasting rights have for their rights?MethodThe study is based on literature studies and interviews.

An inquiry into the post-war European aesthetic and political landscape should take the international organization Unesco?s colour reproductions and travelling exhibitions of paintings into consideration. In these, the organization implements André Malraux? idea of the ?imaginary museum? as a framework for a future cosmopolitical, aesthetic (and utopian) community. During the late 1940?s, the Swedish government also discusses the need for raising an ?aesthetic awareness? amongst their citizens as a consequence to a poor knowledge in the fine arts.

This thesis aims to present the essential background on how to perform climate changeimpact assessments, and to present the results from a climate impact assessment on waterbalance and nitrate leaching for an arable Swedish soil. The soil is a sandy soil in southwesternSweden, grown with spring cereals. This study is meant to be a benchmark example,and cannot be seen as a regional or national assessment for Sweden, rather as an approachto present and analyze the most important parts of these kinds of assessments.A dynamical simulation model (COUP, Jansson and Karlberg, 2004) was used for thisstudy. The model was parameterized and calibrated against data from an experimental site,located in Mellby in Hallands county, south western Sweden. Measurements were carriedout between 1st of April 1988 and 1st of April 1991.

Med fokus på Sveriges insats i Afghanistan som är en asymmetrisk konflikt där konventionella stridskrafter möter en motståndare som består av talibaner och kriminella med medel och metoder som skiljer sig från en reguljär motståndare. Problemet som kan uppstå är att motståndaren gömmer sig bland civila och förmågan till precisionsbekämpning av mål samt informationsinhämtning för att identifiera motståndare från civila blir viktigt.Syftet med uppsatsen är att se hur funktionen nyttjas i Sverige av erfarna truppförare och trupputbildare som har stor erfarenhet av prickskyttefunktionen för att sedan jämföra med insatsen i Afghanistan, FS19, och försöka se möjligheter till utveckling av funktionen vid internationell insats.Metoden kommer vara en jämförande fallstudie av prickskyttefunktionen i Sverige och Afghanistan. Med inriktning mot fyra ämnesområden (psykologisk effekt, risker, funktion och organisation) kommer en enkät att besvaras av chefer från FS19 och Arméns Jägarbataljon.Resultatet från studien är att prickskyttefunktionen nyttjades väldigt sällan på FS19. Den främsta orsaken till att den inte nyttjades var de ökade riskerna detta medförde samt att cheferna på FS19 föredrog att nyttja dem som skarpskyttar.Slutsatserna efter genomförd undersökning är att för att prickskytten skall nyttjas enligt definitionen måste befattning utvecklas i utlandsstyrkan och befattning måste övas, både för att öva prickskytten själv men också för att chef ska få förtroende för skytten och vilken effekt denne kan uppnå. Vidare måste förmågan till Personnel Recovery öka vilket ger cheferna större möjlighet att nyttja funktionen, förutsatt att befattning är övad och anses duglig..
