In the year of 2012, a police project called ?REVA? was established in Sweden. The goal was to increase efficiency in deporting undocumented migrants from Sweden. Two articles relating to the project were published in Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter. One was an open letter to Attorney General Beatrice Ask, written by the famous author Jonas Hassen Khemiri.

An individual´s health is an important quality and asset to the individual, as well as to organizations and communities. The health of a human being is affected by the whole life situation, where the work place forms a significant part. The work place is an arena that can contribute to creating ill-health. In the light of increasing work- related ill-health in our society, it is important today to work with health-promoting initiatives in order to improve the well-being of people. It is advisable that an appointed key person at the work place works with health-promoting efforts.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva nyutbildade distriktssköterskors upplevelse av första tiden i yrket. Studien genomfördes som en semistrukturerad intervjustudie och hade en deskriptiv design. Intervjuerna genomfördes med tio nyutbildade distriktssköterskor inom primärvården i ett län i Mellansverige. Materialet analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultatet redovisas utifrån tre kategorier: Utbildningen förbereder för yrkesrollen men det mesta lärs genom att utöva yrket, Inställning och tidigare erfarenhet påverkar upplevelsen av att vara nybliven distriktssköterska och Viktigt med praktiska förutsättningar för att lära sig yrket.

The main purpose of recruiting is to find a job candidate who meets the demands of formal and informal competence at the same time as the candidate should be seen as the right person to the right place. Several job advertisements in the areas of finance and administration has at least two years of work experience as a demand before individuals can be seen as an appropriate job-candidate, hence it becomes a sort of ?catch-22? for graduates with no prior work experience. The purpose of this study is to create a better understanding for recruiters? approach and attitude to hiring individuals who only have a university degree.

The aim of this bachelor?s thesis is to examine what expectations a few, adult, frequent library users have on librarians' competences at a specific library. We also aim to compare how well the library users' expectations relates to how the librarians describe their own competences.The method used to gather the empirical information in this study is the qualitative semi-structured interview. We interviewed six library users and the four librarians who are employed at the library where we placed our study. The results of our interviews were analyzed with the help of a model based on Anders Ørom?s librarian identities.

A Swedish electronics company wants to make the cooling of one of their electronic components more efficient. They propose that a retrofit liquid cooler is the way to achieve this goal. The current air cooling has high energy cost due to the high amount of power needed to power fans and heat exchangers. Using high volumes of air for cooling also leads to noise pollution. The conversion from air to liquid cooling would possibly make the operation of the electronics more cost efficient and less noisy.The purpose of this project is to theoretically evaluate different concepts of drawing the heat generated by the electronic component in to a fluid, using numerical calculations in Matlab and FEM simulations in ANSYS.

The aim of the study was to illustrate how care managers reflect and act in regards to self-determination and integrity when caring for residents over 65 years old who have a dementia diagnosis. Our main questions dealt with how care managers handle the right to self-determination and integrity when a person has dementia, to which extent the care managers listen to the person with dementia and how the care managers look upon the residents with dementia?s ability of self-determination. To find the answers to our questions, we interviewed ten care managers within the elderly care in Gothenburg, Sweden. We used qualitative interviews based on a semi-structured interview guide.

The aim for this bachelor thesis is to find an answer for the placement of Migration and Vendel period graves on preexisting house constructions in Sweden. The reason behind these graves being built on their respective places will be analyzed, discussed and compared with similar finds in Scandinavia, where a wide contact net had been established during this time. Different kinds of social and religious meanings and functions with the grave mounds will also be taken into consideration during the discussion and analysis. The actual findings in the graves will be not be a part of this thesis, as the aim is to focus more on the grave itself as a cultural and social symbol for the people, and the values it had, during the time period it was built..

SammanfattningBakgrund: Anorexia nervosa är en allvarlig form av ätstörning där den anorexiasjuke medvetet strävar efter en ohälsosam viktnedgång på grund av en felaktig kroppsuppfattning. Sjukdomen påverkar inte bara den enskilda individen utan också dess närstående och familjemedlemmar, vilket kan leda till en stor påfrestning och lidande för de närstående som vårdar en anorexiasjuk. Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva närståendes behov av stöd när en person i nära relation insjuknat i anorexia nervosa. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie med beskrivande design. En systematisk litteratursökning genomfördes och kompletterades med en manuell sökning.

Denna uppsats strävar efter att undersöka kvällstidningarna Aftonbladet och Expressens rekryteringsmetoder och på detta sätt göra läsaren uppmärksam på vilka vägar som finns in på dessa tidningsredaktioner.Vi anser att det råder en osäkerhet hos personer som vill arbeta som journalister kring vad som egentligen krävs av dem och vad som värdesätts av en rekryterare. Vad ska en ny journalist ha packat sin ?journalistiska ryggsäck? med under utbildningens gång och vilka kvaliteter måste han eller hon ha för att sticka ut i konkurrensen om platserna på en tidningsredaktion? Spelar journalistutbildning någon roll? Är en person med journalistisk utbildning mer intressant än en person utan?Vi kan efter vår undersökning konstatera att vägen in på kvällstidningarna Aftonbladet och Expressen inte alltid har samma form och utseende. Det finns inte en väg, det handlar inte om två vägar. Vägarna in på tidningsredaktionerna är betydligt fler och ser olika ut.

In many products a compromise between ground clearance and the required space to store the product has to be made. This problem attracted the attention of the authors of this thesis.The objective of this project is to develop a functioning solution to a foldable wheel. The solution should be applicable to several types of product groups. A limitation for this work has been made so that the work only covers solutions for lighter vehicles.The purpose is to drive this project forward, so that a solution can be found. Furthermore the purpose of the report is to clarify how the authors proceeded to design and construct the wheel according to a fixed specification.

This study investigates certified and non-certified teachers in Sweden and how they themselves view the status of their profession. Teacher certifications were introduced to Sweden in 2011, under the assumption that it would raise the status of qualified teachers. Recent results from international studies showed that Swedish students have fallen in rank compared to other countries around the world, and one of the proposed solutions proposed to this was to raise the status of teachers, as well as their pay. A higher status would then solve other issues, such as the low number of applications to university courses related to teaching. This study asked high school teachers, through an online questionnaire, what their views were on the status change the reform was supposed to create.

Denna studie avser att besvara var mervärdesbeskattning sker, ur ett EG-rättsligt perspektiv, vid tjänstehandel till en beskattningsbar person med flera fasta etableringsställen i olika medlemsstater. Studien företas med anledning av rådets direktiv (2008/8/EG) av den 12 februari 2008 om ändring av direktiv 2006/112/EG med avseende på platsen för tillhandahållande av tjänster (EUT L 44, 20.2.2008 s. 11-22).Utgångspunkten för att besvara studiens syfte är huvudregeln i artikel 44 mervärdesskattedirektivets ändrade lydelse som träder i kraft den 1 januari 2010. Artikeln stadgar att platsen för tillhandahållande av tjänster till en beskattningsbar person ska vara den plats där denna person har etablerat sätet för sin ekonomiska verksamhet.

Studier kring spel har under de senaste tio år fått stort genomslag i den akademiska världen. Datorspels påverkan på människans kognitiva förmågor har visat sig vara signifikant, även om övriga effekter av datorspel ännu diskuteras av forskare. Studier kring spel har gjorts, främst inom Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) genren, men även några First Person Shooter- spel (FPS) även om fokus då varit professionella spelare. Undersökningens fokus var att studera hur samarbete uppstår i spel då icke professionella datorspelare spelar spel, men även studera vilken roll samarbete har i publika spel. Olika datainsamlingsmetoder användes för att stärka eventuella resultat.

The web has a broad affect on the global economy and can among other things be used for web based information systems (WIS). These systems have grown from being used as a market platform to support all activities in the work of an organisation of today. To survive in a turbulent competitive environment, companies must start to cooperate with their customers instead of just collaborate with them. Can an IT-consultant company use a WIS as a tool for keeping in contact with existing customers to attain this cooperation? A WIS could strengthen the relation between customer and supplier and through that have a possibility to increase the customer use since it can facilitate business processes and imply that services can be offered in a new way.
