Information technology is increasingly used in healthcare. New methods, such as apps and computer programs and Internet-based treatments are introduced to treat various medical diagnoses. Increased demand for help in mental illness means that it is necessary to develop alternative assessment and treatments to traditional treatments that may be offered by primary care and Specialist psychiatry. Government and Local Authorities and Regions (SKL) have agreed to support, and treatment on the web is part of that development. The work is all about, and how Child and Adolescent Psychiatry ( Bup ) , use psychological e- services, and apps for the treatment of adolescents and the types of psychological e-treatments for adolescents are available in Sweden today.  Methods used are interviews and literature studies, where I examined the use of computerized psychological treatments in Västernorrland and Stockholm County Council.

Syfte: Föreliggande litteraturstudies syfte var att belysa sjuksköterskors erfarenheter av deras arbete i den palliativa vården. Problemformuleringen grundades av att författarna anser att det inte läggs så stor vikt vid palliativ vård i undervisningen i grundutbildningen för sjuksköterskor och att sjuksköterskor möter patienter i ett palliativt skede nästan överallt i vården och förhoppningen är att studien ska leda till ökad förståelse för sjuksköterskans arbetssituation. Metod: Databassökningar gjordes i ELIN@kalmar, Cinahl, PubMed och PsycInfo med sökorden palliative care, caring, nursing, nurse, hospice, work, support, experience, Specialist, district nurse. Ytterligare sökningar gjordes sent i arbetet med andra sökord i Cinahl och PubMed. Efter granskning inkluderades totalt 10 artiklar.

Background: The valuation of growing crops is problematic partly due to weather conditions. 2011 showed that of all cultivated crops 42% were autumn sown which makes up a significant proportion of the total arable land in Sweden. This presented an opportunity to investigate more closely the methods and options used in the inventory valuation of biological assets. Problem: What options are there in the valuation of own-produced inventory specifically in the form of growing crops? Objective: This study's aim is to create an increased understanding of an agricultural company's options for inventory valuation of biological assets. In the survey of the options this study has found two main categories: rule-and principle-based accounting. Methods: A qualitative study with an abductive approach.

Bibliotekarierollen har diskuterats mycket på senare tid. Det tycks vara så att de bibliotekarier som arbetar på myndighets- eller företagsbibliotek fått högre löner och högre status än till exempel folkbibliotekarier. Jag har därför valt att undersöka hur yrkesrollen och professionsutvecklingen ser ut för en speciell grupp myndighetsbibliotekarier nämligen domstolsbibliotekarier.Jag ställde upp två inledande frågeställningar: ?Har domstolsbibliotekarierna ett eget kunskapsområde?? och ?Är domstolsbibliotekarierna Specialister eller generalister?? Min undersökning visade, att domstolsbibliotekarierna har ett eget kunskapsområde bestående av juridisk terminologi, rättskällor, rättsdatabaser, juridisk informationssökning samt EG-rätten och dess källor. Domstolsbibliotekarierna har valt både en Specialist- och en generaliststrategi i och med att de blivit generalister på innehåll och Specialister på sitt eget kunskapsområde.Mina huvudfrågeställningar var sedan: ?Kan man kalla domstolsbibliotekarieyrket för en profession?? och ?Hur ser professionsutvecklingen för domstolsbibliotekarier ut?? Jag tycker mig ha funnit tillräckligt stöd för att kunna kalla domstolsbibliotekarieyrket för en profession.

This essay examines the policy process of Specialist medical training in three Swedish counties. The essay will first describe the policy process. Secondly the politicians parti-cipating in the process is examined. Thirdly, it is tested whether it is possible to analyze the policy process based on Ostrom's theories of cooperation around a common pool resource. In this case, the common pool resource is specialized medical practitioners skills that the Swedish county councils must collaborate on to competence should be sufficient for the county council needs, something that is not the case today.One conclusion of the study is that the health care law is not clear enough when it comes to who is responsible for providing a sufficient number of Specialists.

Background: A common view about people with diagnosed psychosis is that they are socially withdrawn and that they neither cope nor want to engage in social relationships. Newly published Specialist books on this subject also support this view.Aims: To unveil further dimensions of the phenomena by explorative analyzing consumers? own depictions about their ?social relationships".Method: The material is taken from a larger study that followed consumers regularly during a lapse of 3 years. Within this material 15 interviews from three respondents were chosen, a selection which gives maximal spreading concerning age, sex and background. The interviews where analyzed by methods based on Grounded Theory.Results: Three main dimensions were identified: supportive relationships, difficulties and social withdrawal.

Syfte: Denna studie undersöker uppfattningar och förväntningar på den Specialistutbildadesjuksköterskan från övriga professioner inom det psykiatriska teamet.Metod: Strukturerad kvalitativ och kvantitativ enkätstudie utförd på två öppna psykiatriskakliniker. Data analyserades med en deskriptiv ansats.Resultat: Resultatet visade att knappt 50 procent av respondenterna uppger sig veta vad somskiljer i formell kompetens mellan en Specialistutbildad och en grundutbildad sjuksköterska.Ändå uppger samtliga respondenter att det är viktigt att det finns Specialistutbildadesjuksköterskor på arbetsplatsen. Nästa alla förväntar sig att den Specialistutbildadesjuksköterskan har högre kompetens än den grundutbildade. Den ökade kompetens somförväntades gällde psykiatriska sjukdomar/diagnoser samt läkemedel. Inga skillnader iarbetsuppgifter rapporterades mellan den Specialist- och den grundutbildade sjuksköterskan.En osäkerhet kring Specialistsjuksköterskans roll och kompetens finns både utifrån och frånsjuksköterskan själv.Slutsats: För att särskilja arbetsuppgifter mellan grundutbildade och Specialistutbildadesjuksköterskor bör kännedomen om skillnaderna klargöras menar författarna.

The thesis of this work has been to investigate the information behaviour of archaeologists. Interviews were made, between March-September 2002, with ten archaeologists, employed in one Swedish organisation, conducting rescue archaeology. The archaeologists were all experienced in working positions as project leaders. Our thesis could be expressed in following questions: - Which sources of information did the archaeologists use in their work? - Which external and internal factors had influence on the information behaviour? The results of this study have been analysed within a theoretical framework of T.D Wilson, Lars Seldén, Lars Höglund and Olle Persson, among others.

The climate at the labour-market in Sweden today means that students who have recently passed their examinations find it quite difficult to find work. The competetiveness calls for a strategy to find advantages in the employment process. The strategy explored in this thesis is called personal branding. We believe that by building a strong personal brand you can increase the possibilities to influence the decisions of those responsible for recruitments in our society. The question we ask ourselves in this essay is how to build a personal brand with the power to give students a competetive advantage in the employment process.

I Sverige lider omkring 20 procent av befolkningen av någon form av kronisk smärta. Att leva med kronisk smärta har stor påverkan på det dagliga livet. Ett bra möte är många gånger avgörande för upplevelsen av god vård. Kommunikation som visar på vänlighet, respekt och förtroende kan bli ett första steg till upplevelsen av ett bra möte. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva hur personer med kronisk smärta upplever mötet med sjukvårdspersonal.

AbstractIn this study eight caregivers, all with long experience from working in nursing homes for people with dementia, were interviewed.  The aim of the study was to describe the caregiver?s experiences in caring for people with dementia and Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia disorder. Data were processed by qualitative, inductive, content analysis. The results were presented in four categories: To connect, Two days are never the same, Being calm and giving time and All are needed. The result showed that caregivers met a variety of difficult and varied tasks in nursing.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to examine what effect two different models of acquisition have on user satisfaction with information resources at academic libraries. The two models examined are the traditional model where a subject Specialist librarian makes the selection, and the user-governed model where the larger part of the selection is based on user requests. The scope is the libraries of Roskilde University, which employs the traditional acquisition model and Malmö University, which employs the user-governed. Both libraries have a user-oriented approach to acquisition. The study encompasses a close examination of the acquisition policy through document analysis and interviews with the librarians in charge of acquisitions at each university, as well as a user-satisfaction survey among the professors and senior teachers on two faculties at each university respectively.

The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate how some children's librarians view their working situation. There is one main question and three subquestions at issue: How is the working situation of the children's librarians today described by agents on the library field? - Are children's librarians ascribed any value and has this changed during the last three decades'? - What is the apprehension of children's librarians and what qualities should they possess? - What is considered to be most important about work of children's librarians'? The thesis is based on qualitative interviews with children's librarians, library managers and library consultants. The interviews are analysed by the help of Pierre Bourdieu theoretical concepts; capital, habitus, field, doxa and distinction. Today, children's librarians are ascribed capital by their librarian colleagues because of their Specialist qualifications.

Bakgrund: Specialistsjuksköterskans kompetens är en fördjupning av de kunskaper och förmågor som erhållits i grundutbildningen. Behovet av specialiserade sjuksköterskor ökar men då arbets-uppgifterna mellan grund- och Specialistutbildade sjuksköterskor inte skiljer sig nämnvärt åt kan detta få till följd att Specialistsjuksköterskorna lämnar det kliniska arbetet. Den Specialistkompetens som efterfrågats riskerar därmed att försvinna. På denna grund, och som ett led i att förtydliga Specialistsjuksköterskans roll i psykiatrisk slutenvård, är det av intresse att uppmärksamma hur Specialistsjuksköterskan uppfattas och vilka förväntningar som finns på dennes kompetens. Syfte: att beskriva läkares uppfattningar av Specialistsjuksköterskans kompetens i psykiatrisk vård.

Within special education, there is a big dilemma where some mean that school should include all pupils in the same school class, regardless of the students' needs for assistance, while others believe that students with special needs to be placed in small adapted groups where students have similar needs is to exclude pupils. While others argue that the inclusion can sometimes lead to exclusion. The aim is to investigate what meaning teachers and special education teachers gives the concept of inclusion in school and what consequences it entails in teaching. This study is based on a number of qualitative interviews of teachers and Specialist teachers to obtain answer of the following questions.Has the concept of inclusion and integration the same significance and meaning according to those asked teachers, special educators and special educators?Which students should be included, according to those asked teachers, special teachers and special teachers?What is required to work from an inclusive perspective, according to the asked teachers, special teachers and special teachers?Perceive the asked teacher, special educators and special teachers some disadvantages of inclusion?Which students receive special education instruction in the schools were asked?Do the asked teacher, special educators and special teachers think that there is a school for all?The results of this study is that teachers and special instructors have difficulty indistinguishing the concepts and that they puts the same emphasis on inclusion as the integration, the students must adapt to school and not vice versa.
