Bakgrund: Äldre blir allt friskare, vilket gör att de lever längre. Ålderdom är inte längre i symbios med sjukdom och död, utan med frihet och lycka. Då fler blir äldre i samtid ökar antalet pensionsavgångar i takt med att fler blir äldre och riskerar att skapa stora kompetensglapp i organisationer. Därför har senaste tidens debatter speglat diskussioner kring möjligheter att arbete längre då gårdagens yrkesliv speglar dagens pensionsålder.  Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för organisationers syn på kompetens samt för vilka metoder och strategier som används vid kompetensöverföring.

The purpose with this essay is to contribute with knowledge on how pedagogues in Swedish schools can prevent cultural clashes between themselves and their pupils and between pupils from different cultural backgrounds.The survey is done with qualitative interviews with three pedagogues.The result shows the importance that the pedagogues are positive to cultural meetings and that they acquire intercultural competence. The result also shows that the interviewed pedagogues acquired competences through direct meeting with students and their parents, courses, lectures and literature.The conclusion of this essay is that if pedagogues obtain more knowledge about their own and other`s culture, it would prevent cultural clashes in school.I believe that if the pedagogue teaches his/her students that there are different ways to think in the world, fewer cultural clashes would occur between the students.Key words: culture clash, education, communication.

Uppsatsens syfte är att komparativt studera fornskandinavisk sejd och samisk schamanism. Traditionernas likheter och skillnader behandlas. En jämförelse görs av dessa religiösa uttrycks specialist, attribut, extas och syfte. Anmärkningsvärt är att ritualernas kultledare har skilda genus. The concept of collaboration was a relatively new idea in business in the late 1980s. The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to examine how user-friendly the OPAC of the Märsta public library is considered to be.Theoretical basis are HCI and Allwoods definition of usability. Issues are: Is the OPAC suited to its task? Is the OPAC user-friendly? How well does a user accept the OPAC? and What degree of competence is shown by users of the OPAC? The source material consists of six interviews in the form of .avi files. The method I have chosen is qualitative semi-structured interview form. The result is that, based on Carl Martin Allwood?s defini-tion and with exception for the using of help-resources, the usability of Märsta?s library OPAC can be considered less good..

Idag finns krav på att alla aktiebolag i Sverige, oavsett storlek, ska ha en kvalificerad revisor. Anledningen är i första hand för att bekämpa ekonomisk brottslighet. Svenskt Näringsliv tillsammans med den borgerliga alliansen föreslår nu att kravet på revisionsplikt för små aktiebolag ska försvinna. Motivet anses vara att underlätta för de mindre aktiebolagen.Syftet med denna uppsats är därför att undersöka vilka konsekvenser, med avseende på kostnader, tid, kunskap och tillförlitlighet, ett avskaffande av revisionsplikten skulle innebära för små företag, utifrån kreditgivares, revisorers och Skatteverkets agerande vid ett eventuellt avskaffande av revisionsplikten.Tillvägagångssättet har varit att genomföra intervjuer med två revisorer, två bankchefer samt en specialist på Skatteverket. Dessa intervjupersoner utgör de intressenter som vi tror kommer ha störst påverkan på företagen.Undersökningen visar att ett avskaffande av revisionsplikten skulle kunna innebära förenklingar för företagen med avseende på t.ex.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how a children's book is suggested to be prepared in order to be accepted for publication by a publishing house in Sweden today.My questions was first to clarify the concept of a "children's book". Secondly, to understand if there are any guidelines to follow regarding the design and illustration of a children´s book, and how to proceed with the best chances of getting a mauscript published.To answer the question, I have chosen to use a qualitative method containing questionnaire items involving eleven Swedish publishers of children's literature.My results show that children's books includes all literature that has an target audience of people between 0-18 years of age. The most important thing is that the book's material is appropriate to the target group's level of mental perceptions and emotional competence. The material which then is submitted to the publisher will need to be of the highest quality and the author must investigate a consistent niche in order to submit the material to a publisher..

The objective of this study was to examine how an IT department has been affected by the changes of increased local usage of IT, and how the usage have affected municipalities IT departments demands of IT support. In the study we explore how both the IT department and the IT support works by interviewing present and former employees at the local IT department. The current IT department have undergone a series of local changes over the last 20 years, the department has gone from only having internal users to getting the entire municipalitiy?s agencies of IT as users. It started with how the municipality began to dig down fiber optic cable in the middle of the 1990?s, and today has started to develop solutions as to how to meet the demands of future usage of IT.

För ett kreativt ledarskap behövs kompetens inom flera olika områden. Detta görs genom att ställa resultatet av strukturerade intervjuer om kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg mot några av de teorier och studier som gjorts om organisation och ledarskap. AbstraktBakgrund: Det råder idag en brist på specialistutbildade sjuksköterskor, och många avslutar sin yrkeskarriär inom hälso- och sjukvården p.g.a. ökade stressnivåer. Ett sätt att komma tillrätta med detta kan vara att använda mentorskap för den nyutexaminerade. Det är därför nödvändigt att klarlägga vilka förutsättningar som krävs och även undersöka hur den nyutexaminerade specialistsjuksköterskan synes utvecklas genom mentorskap.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att utifrån den erfarna specialistsjuksköterskans uppfattning beskriva om och hur mentorskapet synes utveckla den nyutexaminerade specialistsjuksköterskan, och vilka förutsättningar som upplevs viktiga för detta mentorskap.Metod: En fallstudie medelst en djupintervju genomfördes med en fenomenografisk ansats, för att få fram den uppfattning av mentorskap som föreligger hos den erfarna specialistsjuksköterskan.Resultat: I resultatet framkommer vikten av att verksamhetsansvariga erbjuder nödvändiga förutsättningar i form av tid, utbildning och kompetens. Genom en ökad socialisering stärks yrkesprofessionen, samtidigt som en lärande miljö skapas i den gemensamma reflektionen.Konklusion: Erfarna specialistsjuksköterskor kan medverka till att den nyutexaminerade på ett så effektivt sätt som möjligt ges möjlighet att både formulera sin nya yrkesprofession och medverka till den socialisering som krävs för att komma in i arbetsgruppen.

The purposes of litteratur review were to describe patients experiences of living with HIV/AIDS and and their expectations when in contact with care/healthcare. As theoretical frame has Antonovsky, A (1991) salutogenic model, sense of coherence been used. After analyzing the content of the litterature it resulted in 5 categories of experiences and 3 categories regarding expectations. The categories that regards experiences were, to feel frustration and dependance, to switch between hope and despair and suicidal thoughts, to be able to cope with the changing self and to feel social support. The categories that regards expectations were, to feel proffessionalism/competence, to get caring treatment and feeling secure, to feel engagement/individuality in caring.

There has been an increasing interest for ranking of Swedish health care and a lot of emphasis has been placed on the creation of indicators in order to rank hospital units. However, essays on to what extent the choice of statistical method affects the final result of the ranking of health care units have not been given the same attention. For this particular reason, the main objective of this essay has been to investigate whether the choice of statistical model has a significant impact or not on the final result, by using five different, more or less common, statistical approaches: bar charts (with and without confidence intervals), control charts, logistic regression, multi-level analysis using shrunken residuals. The analyzed material in the essay comprises 24119 patients that all have been prescribed some form of the lipid-reducing medicine statin. According to directives given by Region Skåne, doctors are encouraged to prescribe a particular type of statin medicine, namely Simvastatin, which has been proved to be equally effective, but significantly cheaper than other statin medicines.

When an organisation is going through a work of change, it is highly important that both management and employees has a healthy communication in order to make everybody feel involved. It is then important to be observant for both the managements and employees thoughts and ideas.This study has been performed on an upper secondary school which is performing a work of change. The change has divided the employees in three different groups. One, which thinks the change have evolved the organisation to something better. The second group of people means that it is preventing individual development of competence.

Background: Poor perineal wound healing and infections after proctectomy surgery, affect a significant proportion of physical and psychological morbidities such as pain, leakage and abscesses. In its lengthening some of these symptoms will lead to extended periods of hospitalization. These kind of postoperative complications are also associated with delays in eventual chemotherapy treatment Aim: To describe the patients experiences of postoperative wound infection as well as communication and self-care support from the nurse specialist after proctectomy due to rectal cancer. Method: A qualitative content analysis was carried out from interviews. Results: Four main categories emerged; ?Coping with postoperative complications?, ?be independent?, ?feel safe?, and ?accept the situation?.

Varje kultur har sin syn på hälsa och sjukdom. Vårdpersonal uppger att de upplever stora svårigheter i mötet med patienter från andra kulturer. Syfte: Denna studies syfte var att belysa hur sjuksköterskor och sjuksköterskestudenter upplever mötet med patienter från andra kulturer.
