The aim with this study is to investigate the market reactions to announcements of special dividends and redemptions in Sweden and thus if these announcements can signal information. This study is an event study, where the event is the day of the announcement of a suggestion regarding issuance of special dividends or redemptions. The abnormal returns were estimated for two samples with the market adjusted returns model, one including special dividend announcing firms and the other redemption announcing firms. The signalling hypothesis and the hypothesis of a tax induced clientele effect are the most important hypotheses for this study. The efficient market hypothesis is another theoretical base that may explain the market reactions to the studied announcements, especially the pre-announcement activities that may occur.

Det övergripande syftet med min C-uppsats är att granska lärarens bedömning och perceptio-ner för elever i behov av särskilt stöd och vidare belysa vilka möjligheter och begränsningar de anser sig ha för att kunna ta hänsyn till elever i behov av särskilt stöd samt få en syn på de skolsituationer som barn och elever med dolda funktionshinder och i behov av särskilt stöd kan befinna sig i.För att få svar på mina frågor har sex lärare inklusive en special lärare intervjuats och samti-digt diskuterades de psykologiska och biologiska faktorer kring barns och ungdomars utveck-ling. Den historiska återblicken ger oss en uppfattning på hur begreppet ?en skola för alla? har utvecklats inom loppet av tiden och vilka syn på barn i behov av särskilt stöd har pedagogerna idag. De centrala frågorna rörde sig om pedagogernas uppfattning om barn med koncentra-tionssvårigheter och deras syn på diagnostisering av barn med problem. En inkluderande inte-grering i jämförelse med segregering diskuterades också samt hur pedagogerna kan hjälpa dessa barn.Eleverna i skolan är olika och deras olikheter måste mötas med omtanke.

This essay contains two stories that reflect the reality I face as an educator, as well as a reflective discussion about my self-perceived dilemma. The dilemma reflects a classroom situation where I as an educator have trouble dividing my focus, my focus is either put on entire the class or on the child with special needs. Through this self-perceived situation I have started to question how children with special needs find their place in the school today. I discuss how I can handle and look at the unique situation that occurs when meeting this child.Terms like integration, inclusion, segregation, social rights and the expression "a school for everyone" will be discussed in this text, as well as how we can connect these terms and expressions to the problems I find in the school system?s way of handling children with special needs.I also highlight my dilemma from different ethical perspective.

AbstractThis bachelor thesis deals with the close company rules in chapter 56-57 within the Swedish income tax law (IL). The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the outsider rule in 57:5 IL. If a shareholder or a family member works or have worked actively within the company within the fiscal year or the last five fiscal years then the partner has qualified shares and is to be taxed according to the special closed company rules.If an outsider, directly or indirectly, is a significant shareholder within the company, and directly or indirectly, are entitled to dividends then an active partner only has qualified shares if there is special reasons. When making the assessment regard must be made to conditions under the fiscal year or the last five fiscal years. There is special reason not to apply the rule if there are agreements regarding how the profit should be split or cross-ownerships between companies.If a taxpayer can show that an outsider own 30 percent of the closed company and has a right to dividends and there is no special reason to why the rule should not be applied then the outsider rule is applicable.

Detta är en rapport om framtagningen av ett informationshäfte om normkritisk pedagogik som riktar sig till pedagoger, framför allt för pedagoger i grundskolans yngre åldrar. Informationshäftet är av introducerande karaktär och riktar sig till pedagoger som har lite eller inga förkunskaper i ämnet. Informationshäftet är tänkt fungera som ett medvetandehöjande material som förhoppningsvis kan väcka en nyfikenhet kring normkritisk pedagogik och ett vidare intresse. Normer kring kön och sexualitet är i särskilt fokus.Det färdiga häftet har utvärderats av tre verksamma lärare som har fått besvara en anonym enkät för att undersöka huruvida syftet med häftet uppfylls. .

The most common neuropsychiatric diagnose among children and adolescents in Swedish schools today is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Many of these pupils are in need of special support and it is therefore important that special teachers and special educational needs coordinators (SENCO:s) have the competence required to meet their needs. The purpose of this essay was to study special teacher and SENCO students? knowledge and attitudes regarding ADHD. This was done using a norm critical and gender perspective.

Preschool is a place that is continually undergoing change at a rapid pace and developing the skills of our educators is essential for their ability to keep up with these changes. Guidance conversations can be used as a vital tool for the educators competence development.The purpose of this essay is to investigate how educators, special educators and preschool principals think and reason about the use of guidance conversations in preschool.A qualitative method has been used in the shape of interviews with educators, special educators and preschool principals working within different districts of a medium sized city in the south of Sweden.These interviews revealed that the use of guidance conversations is often controlled by specific needs and is used when a problem arises amongst the children. There are many expectations on the special educators role in these conversations, one of which is the role of conversation leader with the purpose of guiding the conversation amongst involved parties and give them the tools they need to resolve problems by themselves instead of delivering packaged solutions..

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur Dynamisk pedagogik, kan användas för att bearbeta och hantera konflikter i förskolans och skolans värld.Följande frågeställningar har besvarats i uppsatsen:-Hur definieras konflikter av lärare och tidigare studenter som lett eller gått kurser i Dynamisk pedagogik?-Vad innebär konfliktbearbetning bland barn och vuxna med hjälp av Dynamisk pedagogik och hur skiljer det sig från annan konflikthantering?-Hur används konfliktbearbetning/ hantering i arbetet med barn och vuxna med hjälp av Dynamisk pedagogik?-Hur kan Dynamisk pedagogik användas för att förebygga och hantera mobbning i skolan?-Hur ser lärare och tidigare studenter som lett eller gått kurser i Dynamisk pedagogik på aggressivitet och våld bland barn och vuxna och hur kan sådana beteenden hanteras?-Hur upplever respondenterna att de har påverkats av den Dynamiska pedagogiken när det gäller deras sätt att hantera konflikter och vad anser de att lärare ska ha för kunskaper om konfliktbearbetning/ hantering?Den metod som använts för att belysa frågeställningarna har varit intervjuer med nio lärare som undervisar i Dynamisk pedagogik alternativt läst kurser i Dynamisk pedagogik.Här följer en sammanfattning av resultatet från respektive frågeställning:Hur definieras konflikter av lärare och tidigare studenter som lett eller gått kurser i Dynamisk pedagogik?De flesta av studiens deltagare ser konflikter som ett sätt att utvecklas och samtliga deltagare anser att konflikterna behöver hanteras för att inte konflikten ska utvecklas destruktivt. The aim of this study was to explore and increase understanding of how a team of colleagues at an upper-secondary school in Sweden works with students with special education needs. The team works with a group of students where the majority have experienced school failure in elementary school. The focus of the study has been to analyze a project that the school undertook 2013 to improve students? results and improve their chances to successfully graduate from their program. Data was collected from relevant documents and interviews with members of the project at hand.

This essay is about my meeting as an educator at a preschool with a child who is deemed to be in need of special assistance. I have worked in preschools and schools for nearly fifteen years and have met a great many children with different needs during these years. I tell in this essay about my relationship with Lucas who is a child I feel need special support in his everyday life. Lucas has what we in the preschool world call impulse controlled behavior. I also feel that he is disturbed by external stimuli such as sound and he has difficulty with social interactions with friends.

This is a qualitative study whit purpose of showing how teachers work whit students in need of special support in school. The purpose has been to study what teachers mean whit special aid, and if the support is individually adapted for each students needs. I have trougt interviews, observations and examinations of diverse documents found paradoxes where teachers and the scool leaders claim that they work whit the integration of all the students at school, while the teality shows a different picture. I have found a clear segregation of students, where they have on repeated occasions had to leave the classroom to receive tuition. The school stuff has a wide iiew of wich students are included in the term "students in need of special tuition".

Detta arbete är en kvalitativ studie av den normkritiska pedagogikens förankring i lärarens sätt att arbeta och planera sin undervisning. Syftet med studien är att belysa hur undervisningen i ämnet samhällskunskap bedrivs ur ett normkritiskt perspektiv samt skapa en bild av i vilken utsträckning normkritisk pedagogik bedrivs i just ämnet samhällskunskap på några skolor i sydöstra Skåne. Studien baseras på en enkätundersökning där de svarande är samhällslärare i årskurs 7-9 på några av skolor i sydöstra Skåne. I studien ligger fokus på hur den enskilda läraren förhåller sig till heteronormativitet i sitt val av undervisningsmaterial och i sitt förhållningssätt gentemot eleverna samt om hen medvetet använder sig av normkritisk pedagogik som ett verktyg i sin undervisning. Resultatet visar att det i de utvalda skolorna inte bedrivs normkritisk pedagogik i någon stor utsträckning med undantaget av en.

Syfte: Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka kulturprogrammet K specials profil kontra image, samt vad programmets medarbetare och tittare associerar till begreppet kultur.Metod: Studien är genomförd med kvalitativa metoder i form av personliga intervjuer och telefonintervjuer samt en nätundersökning.Resultat: K specials projektledare har en samlad bild av hur de vill att tittarna ska uppfatta programmet. Tittarna som har medverkat i denna studie har i många anseenden en positiv likartad uppfattning om programmet. Det finns dock en skillnad i hur en del tittare associerar till namnet K special, då namnet stundtals associeras med frukostflingor. Gällande kultur visar det sig att K special är en kultur i sig och utgör en livsstil hos tittarna som medverkar i denna studie. Både tittarna och programmets medarbetare ser begreppet kultur som ett samlingsnamn på livet och människors uttryck, allt som inte platsar inom ramarna för naturvetenskap.

Today?s schools agrees that there are students that are in need of special help in school, but how this help best connects to the students can the schools not agree about.That?s why I in this essay have chosen to look closer at four different compulsory schools and they?re teaching of students requiring special help. I choose to look at two community schools and two open schools.The aim with this essay is to see if the teaching of students in need of special help is different or the same on the four schools. One of the theories that I have used is Haug´s theory about segregated and included integration.In my essay I have used qualitative research interview. I have interviewed one person from each school management.The result shows that it is not the way the schools teach the students that is important, instead the schools see the contacts between families and the school and the personals attitude agents the students as the most important factor when they work with this students..

The study presented here is about how to make the special needs user who has a profound intellectual disability and additional disabilities more involved in their implementation plan. Based on a life story interview the study aims at analyzing perceptions of procedures to enhance special needs users? influence. The method used in this study was a qualitative research approach as an overall approach in order to use a narrative method where life history is the method. The focus has been to study a part of an individual life history - a specific domain in the life of the interviewee?s working career.
