Lärande är enligt forskare centralt för att åstadkomma utveckling och förändring med hjälp av coaching. Av den redan bristande evidensbas som idag finns för coaching, utgörs endast en liten del av forskning om detta lärande. Med anledning av detta gjordes en studie för att undersöka yrkesverksamma coachers uppfattningar om lärandet som sker i coachingprocessen, samt deras uppfattningar om coaching som profession. Urvalet bestod av yrkesverksamma coacher, certifierade av branschorganisationen ICF. Metoden som valdes var kvalitativa intervjuer.

The results are analysed based on a broadtheoretical framework.Main results: The results of this survey show that the role of the professionaljournalist is extremely complex, with a strong ideological basis that fundamentallyinfluences the journalist's view of the profession and of him- or herself.

The aim of this literature study was to find out how nurses experience their work-situation and work environment and which the risk factors where. We also wanted to examine what kind of influence those risk factors had on nurses work satisfaction. This was done by the following question: What are the risk factors that can lead to burnout in work environment of nurses? The method was by critical examination of ten scientifically articles. The articles were critically studied by the criterions of Polit, Beck & Hungler.

This study of literature from the period 1920-1955 has shown that the profession of gardeners in Sweden went through several structural changes in the early and midst 20th century. The gardeners knowledge, which used to cover the whole horticultural spectra, was due to that no longer appreciated or useful. Prior the 1920?s the gardeners, especially the skilled craftsmen working for the upper-classes, were the ones who led progression in the horticultural field forward and their qualifications were many and diverse. Due to many factors, such as low economic and social status, functionalistic style and the fact that the branch were rationalized and modernized in general, lead up to a point where the gardener of old no longer fitted in, in the much more globalized and modern world of the 1950?s. .

This paper will portray the differences and similarities that exist between students whoattended the Swedish School of Library and Information Science in Borås.The study is based upon quantitative information gathered from a survey which wasdistributed to first-year students in Borås in the auturnn term 1994. A total of 77 studentsresponded to the survey.We also do a comparative study of the students at all the library programs in Sweden.This is partially based on the findings by a thesis prior to this one by the authorsSvalstedt and Österdahl.We found that the students in Borås differ mainly in their personal histories and backgrounds.When it comes to their attitudes towards the profession and educationalmatters they are similar. Further we found the same to be true in our comparison of thelibrary programs in total..

Background: Every year about 4600 nurses are examined in Sweden. The work as a nurse is responsible and she is often working under time pressure. Aim: To describe nurse?s understandings about her professional role during her first year after the examination. Method: Systematic literature review, where 10 scientific articles were examined.

The aim of this thesis was to examin how librarians arepresented in the Swedish daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter.My research questions were: How are librarians and thelibrarian profession presented in articles in DagensNyheter? and What discourses can be identified in thearticles?I have analysed 69 articles from between 2012-01-01 and2013-01-01 by using discourse analysis as both theory andmethod.Three discourses emerged through the analysis: discourseabout librarians and litterature, discourse about librariansand censorship and discourse about librarians and thelabour market.The conclusions drawn from this study are that librariansare strongly associated with litterture and reading and withthe labour market. There are also clear tendencies thatlibrarians whish to change the old, stereotypical images thatthey are associated with, and do so by using humor..

Syftet med vårt arbete var att undersöka den syn som ledningsfunktioner för skola och elevhälsa gav avseende specialpedagogens roll i en skola för alla. Till grund för studien låg tre frågeställningar vilka var; begreppet specialpedagogik, specialpedagogiska arbetsuppgifter och en skola för alla. Denna undersökning har baserats på halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med ledningsfunktioner för skola och elevhälsa för att få deras syn på hur de använder sig av den specialpedagogiska kompetensen som efterfrågas i en skola för alla. Resultatet i vår undersökning visade att den specialpedagogiska kompetens som efterfrågades styrdes av faktorer som resursfördelning, skolledarnas profession, vilken enhet respondenterna arbetade inom samt av uppnåendemålen och den nationella proven..

Den här artikelns syfte är att undersöka lärares uppfattningar av handledda gruppsamtal som medel i lärares professionsutveckling. Studien är kvalitativ och tar utgångspunkt teoretiskt och metodologiskt i fenomenografin. Nio lärare har intervjuats på en grundskola i Jönköpings kommun, 2011. I resultaten framkommer att frågandet har en central roll i handledningssamtalet vilket möjliggör fördjupad reflektion med perspektivvidgning som leder till ett förändrat tankesätt hos lärare. Undervisningen utvecklas och anpassas till eleverna, som en följd av handledningen..

Bröstcancer är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor, cirka 6 300 kvinnor i Sverige drabbas varje år. Ett cancerbesked innebär ett förändrat livsperspektiv för patienten. Syftet med denna kvalitativa litteraturstudie var att beskriva hur bröstcancerdrabbade kvinnor upplevde sjuksköterskans stöd. Litteraturstudien planerades och genomfördes enligt Polit & Hunglers (1999) arbetsgång. Resultatet delas in i tre olika kategorier: Emotionellt stöd, informativt stöd och instrumentellt stöd.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka vad lärare fördelat på åtta kommuner i Sverige anser om sin rådande lön och löneutveckling. Läraryrket är ett av de viktigaste yrkena i vårt samhälle och har en mycket lägre ingångslön och lägre löneutveckling jämfört med andra akademiska yrken med samma utbildningstid. Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en kvantitativ metod i form av enkäter. Enkäterna delades ut till 84 stycken verksamma lärare i grundskolans tidigare år, grundskolans senare år samt på gymnasiet i åtta olika kommuner i Sverige. Merparten av våra respondenter anser att deras lön är alldeles för låg och de känner ingen optimism för att det kommer att ske några större positiva förändringar inom snar framtid..

Bakgrund: Vårdrelationen tycks ha stor betydelse för patientens välbefinnande och många faktorer kan påverka utvecklingen av relationen i en positiv riktning. Relationen ses främst som ett medel för att uppnå omvårdnadsmålen, men kan även utgöra ett mål i sig. Tidigare forskning fokuserar på när och hur vårdrelationen innebär ett vårdande för patienten. Studier som har ett helhetsperspektiv och en generell utgångspunkt i patienters preferenser avseende hur sjuksköterskan kan utveckla en god vårdrelation är få. För att kunna utveckla goda vård- relationer till sina patienter behöver sjuksköterskor förstå de faktorer som patienter upplever som betydelsefulla i den goda vårdrelationen.Syfte: Att beskriva faktorer som ur ett patientperspektiv har betydelse för en god vårdrelation mellan patient och sjuksköterska.Metod: För att få fördjupad kunskap om de faktorer patienter finner betydelsefulla för att en god vårdrelation ska utvecklas genomfördes en litteraturstudie av vårdvetenskapliga artiklar om patienters erfarenheter av vårdrelationen.Resultat: Studien resulterade i sex teman som beskriver patienternas förväntningar på sjuk- sköterskans kunskaper, egenskaper och handlingar inom ramen för den goda vårdrelationen.

This essay studied how six girls experienced their reading development during their college education in male-dominated profession programs. The issues assumed were how they experience their literature reading and literature education and what happened with their interest in reading. The theoretical frame included researchers Säljö, Rosenblatt, Gun Malmgren, Olin-Scheller, Ulfgaard and Molloy.The study showed that most of the girls felt their reading had worsened but not because of their male classmates but because of school. They had a lot of homework and participated in so many different school projects which would be completed that there was no time to reading for pleasure. The girls did not like the teachers? literate sample and did not like the methods used in learning literature.
