Syfte: Syftet med f?religgande studie ?r att bidra med kunskap om hur l?rare i G?teborg hanterar misstankar om v?ldsutsatta barn, vilket kan ge en ?kad f?rst?else kring vilka resurser som ?r betydelsefulla f?r l?rare i arbetet. Det specifika syftet ?r unders?ka vilka k?nslor och tankar som uppst?r bland l?rare vid misstankar om v?ldsutsatta barn. Teori: Teorierna som vi valt att analysera materialet utifr?n ?r emotion management, emotional labour, feeling rules och communities of coping. Metod: Studien har genomf?rts med en kvalitativ metod. Vi genomf?rde semistrukturerade intervjuer med sju l?rare verksamma i l?g- och mellanstadiet i G?teborg stad f?r att unders?ka vilka k?nslor och tankar som uppst?r hos dem vid misstankar om v?ldsutsatta barn. Resultat: Huvudresultaten av studien ?r att l?rare anv?nder sig av emotionella strategier vid misstankar om v?ldsutsatta barn.

The pre-school is seen by many as the place where children get equipped for the future and the challenges there of. One of the most important aims according of the curriculum for Swedish preschools is that children get the opportunity, in interaction with the pedagogues, to develop their identity and to feel secure and satisfied with themself. Although, in the curriculum of the Swedish preschool system there is a comprehensive focus on the children?s competencies and learning, the importance that the children feel secure is not that prominent. Consequently a paradox occurs between the focus on children?s competencies and their need for care.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to examine children's communication and interaction during story time at the public library. The aim is also to examine how to develop the story time ? in terms of participation and equality ? at a specific library.Action research was used as a research strategy and participant observation, log, tutoring and interviews as methods to collect data. Since action research is done on the basis of practice, a significant collaboration with the librarian and the participant children is taking place within this study.Research from the fields of Library and Information Science, Education and Childhood Sociology form the interdisciplinary research area to which this study links. The theoretical framework consists of theory and concepts from the Socio-cultural Perspective, Poststrucuralist Feminism and Childhood Sociology.

We have visited Sandvik in Sandviken to conduct a series of interviews with employees of different position within the company and with dissimilar work tasks.

AbstractHow do pupils with intellectual disabilities experience participation and involvement in school work? It was a question I had in mind when I was formulating the thesis statement. I wanted to catch pupils? experiences and analyze them from the sociology of childhood. Do pupils want more involvement and what obstacles and opportunities do pupils find to exert participation and involvement?The study is based on six interviews conducted with pupils enrolled in the compulsory school for pupils with intellectual disabilities.

The legal right to take time off from work to care for one`s children has been regulated in Swedish law since late 1930. This right was limited to mothers and was provided under restricted forms. There was a long qualification period and the length of parental leave was limited.Since then, the right to parental leave has been extended through several modifications of the law. The question of equality in both the labour market and the private sector has been one of the greatest forces behind these changes. By including men in the right to take parental leave, the work place has become more equal and it is now considered a natural part of the employee?s life to request time off to care for children.Labour Arbitration Court has shown through its case law that equality in the work place is of the utmost importance and has shown its support in this matter through its judgements.

An investigation of relevant collective agreements will be done to highlight the difficulties the principal of equal treatment is exposed to. Further on is there a will to gain understanding for the wage concept and what possible can be included in the wage concept in relation to the principal of equal treatment in The temporary agency work directive. The original idea was that work and willingness to work was to be rewarded, especially due to a common opposition against the passive receipt of grants. The general definition of work, today, is that it is something desirable that should be achieved and that unemployed primarily will be offered training or work rather than grants and subsidies. When the Moderate party re-launched themselves as Sweden's "workers' party of today", in the beginning of the 2000's, the concept was brought back into the spotlight. Abstract Syftet med detta arbete är att ta reda på hur killar i åldrarna 11 och 14 ser på sig själva och sin psykosociala utveckling. Vad påverkar killars syn på sig själva i sin psykosociala utveckling i åldrarna 11- och 14 år? Har killar i dessa åldrar behov av samtal om sin psykosociala utveckling? Genom enskilda intervjuer fick killarna berätta om sina personliga upplevelser och erfarenheter. Resultatet visar att familjen och främst mamman är viktig för killarna. Kompisar är även viktiga för killarna.

Hartz-reformen inleddes 2003 och förändrade mycket i den aktiva arbetsmarknadspolitiken och systemet för den ekonomiska ersättningen vid arbetslöshet stramades till stor del åt. This is a study concern high school student?s view of religion and their religiosity. I dispensed a questionnaire to 124 high school students studying comparative religion in a large high school in Sweden, with the students from different socio-economic backgrounds. The result I came up with is that traditional religion activities have decreased, religion has not disappeared but taken other shapes than before. And I also came up to with the result that more than half of them who answered the survey likes the subject and there are tendencies by them who doesn?t like the high school subject religion that they live in a non-religious family.The study concerns following aspects: sociology, youth, human needs, religion, spirituality and individualization..
