SAMMANFATTNING Mobbing är ett dolt men välkänt problem på många svenska arbetsplatser. Syftet med denna uppsats är; hur informanterna upplever, beskriver och förstår mobbning på arbetsplatsen. Genom att låta ett antal personer som själva anser sig vara eller ha varit utsatta för mobbning själva berätta om detta. Jag har delat upp syftet i tre frågeställningar:Vad berättar de intervjuade om det de varit med om?Vad möjliggör mobbning på arbetsplatsen enligt informanterna?Vad saknas på arbetsplatsen enligt informanterna?En kvalitativ metod med en hermeneutisk ansats har använts.

Many perceive a boom in nostalgia and what is retro, especially within the marketing discipline. This thesis studies how nostalgia functions in the advertising context and aims to shed light on which effects there are from nostalgia evoking communication, what connections there are with other important factors as well as aspires to develop the understanding of the underlying psychological aspects and the emotional bonds to events (as nostalgia evoking stimuli in the thesis), which pave the ground for nostalgic emotions. Point of origin has been classical measures of communication effects and models of connections and causality and to these important factors have been added. Results show clear connections and correlations between nostalgia and positive communication effects, even with control for other factors that may interfere. However, the results show that some factors have moderating effects that should be important to take into consideration, namely how well the brand and the event in the ad are perceived to fit the advertising context.

We have studied the process of recruiting young people to the white power movement. With the help of theoretical concepts as Outsiders and Stigma, we have elaborated the purpose of the study. The focus of the study lays in finding out which elements contributes to adolescence seeking membership in white power, and furthermore what white power organizations offers young people, to attract them to recruitment. We also want to find out if it possibly lays a desire for communion, behind adolescences decision to join these movements, and also how the communion manitains within the group? To expand our knowledge in the field of White Power, we have taken note of a body of literature that deals with the current topic, and previous research that treats questions about subculture, community and recruitment.

Äldreomsorgen utgör i dag den största delen av Sveriges kommunala vård och omsorg och antalet äldre ökar i snabb takt. Samtidigt utsätts denna sektor för ständiga krav på nedskärningar och besparingar. Mot bakgrund av denna situation ökar också kraven på att verksamheten ska organiseras effektivt. Men vad som utgör en effektiv organisation inom omsorgssektorn är ingen självklarhet.Syftet med uppsatsen är att ur ett organisationssociologiskt perspektiv ta reda på vad effektivitet kan innebära för personal och chefer i en äldreomsorgsenhet samt att titta på vilka effektivitetssatsningar som görs inom enheten.Uppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ studie med djupintervjuer. Materialet har analyserats utifrån olika organisationsteoretikers syn på effektivitet.

The purpose with this essay is to look at how categories of "us" and "them" are created, reproduced and categorised. The areas of politics and media are in focus, though they are powerful and influential actors in generating discourses.The method is qualitative analyses of current research and analyses of discourses, contexts and resources from an intersectional perspective. Intersectionality presents a theoretical tool for complex understandings of power as it takes its point of departure in an understanding of power as multidimensional and one where gender, ethnicity and class are constitutive and bearing principals. Intersectional analyses aim to understand how these dimensions are created and changed in relation to each other and how they interact with specific gender orders in specific contexts.The analyse shows that "immigrants" are in a subordinate position compared to "Swedish" when it comes to resources, contexts and discourses. The analyse indicates the relation of power between "us" and "them", where "us" have the power and with that preferential right of interpretation in discourses, contexts and resources.

Swedish accountants are, amongst other laws, controlled by a couple of so called duties. One of those is the professional secrecy, which guarantees the safety of company secrets and other important information that the accountant needs to know but shouldn?t tell anybody. Since 1999 Swedish accountants also need to follow the regulations of the reporting duty. In short, this means that in some cases of suspected crime within a company, auditors are obliged to report this to the authorities.

Uppsatsen behandlar ämnet om hur diskursen om övervikt skapas och vidmakthålls med specifikt fokus på hur detta görs i tv-programmet "Du är vad du äter". Bakgrunden till uppsatsen hämtas från den rådande samhällsdebatten om fetma och övervikt och syftar till att dels se hur man genom att representera en viss grupp människor kan synliggöra och vidmakthålla en diskurs och dels att ifrågasätta en social norm i vårt samhälle. Den teoretiska ansatsen hämtas inom kultur och diskursanalysen men även från sociologiska teorier om kroppen och kroppens symbolik. Teorier om tv som analysobjekt tillämpas också. Analysen belyser och diskuterar överviktens diskurs samt hur kroppsideal skapas.

Dementia is a concept that describes different conditions when memory and cognitive abilities degenerate. Approximately 140 000 persons in Sweden suffers from some kind of dementia. Many are stricken with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, BPSD. The aim of this study was to illuminate nursing staff?s experiences of caring for persons suffering from dementia and BPSD within municipal and institutional care.

Lagförarbeten intar en unik position i Sverige vid en jämförelse med andra rättsystem genom sin starka ställning bland de andra rättskällorna. Sverige är antagligen det land där lagförarbetena åtnjuter starkast ställning i världen. Varför Sverige är så annorlunda är en fråga som det inte har reflekterats över eller diskuterats om i någon större utsträckning i den offentliga debatten. En intressant frågeställning som aktualiseras angående förarbeten är emellertid frågan om maktdelning mellan den lagstiftande, verkställande och dömande makten, dvs. riksdag, regering och domstolarna.

Uppsatsen är en litteraturstudie av befintligt material och befintlig statistik som har gjorts under de senaste 10 åren och som avser den sociala snedrekryteringen. Ändamålet med denna typ av undersökning är att se om, och i så fall vilken effekt den sociala snedrekryteringen har haft när det gäller antalet invandrare till högskoleutbildning. Med invandrare menas utrikesfödda som är folkbokförda i Sverige samt de som är födda här men som har båda föräldrarna födda utomlands. De socioekonomiska grupptillhörigheter betraktas som en allmän faktor dvs. för hela studentgruppen oavsett etnicitet, detta för att se om det har inträffat någon förändring under det senaste decenniet även i detta avseende.Av statistiska uppgifter och andra fakta framgår att det har skett en ökning av rekrytering av invandrarstudenter de senaste tio åren.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and describe the views on how the mediation program Programa Árbol Sicómoro affected inmates?, convicted of murder, own lives. Research questions:? To what extent, and how, has the mediation affected the convicts? views upon themselves and the crime they have been convicted for.? To what extent, and how, has the mediation brought any change to the convicts? imprisonment and if it has changed their look upon the future.The study has been executed using qualitative method. Materials from seven profound interviews have been analysed and condensed using terms from restorative justice and self-image theories.

Background:When the patient is critically ill the family is in a vulnerable position. The nurse's role is to support and help the family to find meaning in the difficult situation and to provide realistic hope. Balancing between the patient's and the family's needs is difficult. Knowledge about how nurses experience difficulties in the interaction with family is required in order to grant good care too critically ill patients and their family-members.Aim:To describe nurses' perceived difficulties in the interaction with family-members of critically ill patients.Method:The study is a qualitative literature-based study based on qualitative research. Results: The analysis resulted in four main themes; difficult disunion, environmental constraints, interpersonal difficulties and communicative difficulties.

The aim of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of how the ADHD-diagnosis affects their work with children and youths living in foster care and how it affects the individuals and families themselves. The study is built upon five qualitative interviews and the results are analyzed through a theoretical framework that constitutes ADHD as not only the symptoms and the medical disorder but also as a social phenomenon where the disorder is socially constructed by the current society, norms, and knowledge. The study shows that the social workers? do not rely on the sole ADHD-diagnosis in the understanding and guidance of the children and their foster parents, but rather see the individual needs of each children.

Background: Swedish consumers are daily bombarded with 1500 advertising messages. 22 percent of the Swedish people are avoiding all advertising in traditional media according to SIFO's research. To master this problem innovative methods are a necessity to reach consumers. Guerrilla marketing is such a method.Purpose: The purpose of this dissertation is to describe the components and the activities that asuccessful guerrilla campaign consists of. He purpose is also to examine the motives behind theseactivities, why they were chosen and what objectives they were supposed to accomplish.
