A case study has been done with semi-structured interviews at a company and a nonprofit organization.Conclusion: The reality in which Nordea operates conforms to the theories presented in the thesis when we look at the driving forces behind working with CSR and the demands on the company that stakeholders have.

Syftet med studien är att genom textanalys undersöka om svenska kommersiella företag använder riktlinjer för klarspråk i sina hållbarhetsrapporter. Vidare undersöks om riktlinjerna, som är utvecklade för myndighetsspråk, även är lämpliga att tillämpa på hållbarhetsrapporter. Analysmodellen för textanalysen består av Språkrådets klarspråkstest. Hållbarhetsrapporter är ett sätt för företag att visa att och hur de arbetar med Corporate Social responsibility/ansvarsfullt företagande, och de slumpmässigt utvalda företagen blev Atrium Ljungberg, Getinge och NCC. Genom textanalysen drogs slutsatserna att svenska, stora företag i hög grad arbetar med klarspråk och att det vore lämpligt med ett speciellt klarspråkstest för hållbarhetsrapporter..

The purpose of this study was to examine how the needs of social assistance for people with substance abuse are assessed in accordance to The Swedish Social Services Act 4th chapter 1§. The purpose was also to examine how substance abuse is assessed as a social problem by social workers, how the municipal guidelines concerning social assistance for substance abuser were constructed in relation to the Social Service Act and finally how social workers made their assessments of the need of social assistance to people with substance abuse in relation to the legislation. The sample was made among the municipalities in the county of Stockholm. Municipal guidelines were studied in 18 municipalities by content analysis. A sample of 11 social workers was chosen from 5 municipalities.

This paper examines Systembolaget and Svenska Spel, two Swedish state-owned enterprises, both functioning as monopolies. Systembolaget is the state owned monopoly for marketing of alcoholic beverages. Svenska Spel is the state owned gaming operator. Svenska Spel's task is to provide citizens with gaming products. Both companies are expected to market their products and services while taking caution and minimize damages, but are also supposed to deliver various degrees of economic revenue.

This study focuses on the use of animals in social work from the perspective of social workers. The purpose of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of animal assisted social work and how social workers view the integration of animals in various fields of social work. The research is based on a qualitative method and four semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers. The theories incorporated in the study are Attachment Theory and Sense of Coherence (SOC).The following results are presented: Social workers are considered to have a more comprehensive understanding of clients compared to their associates who do not hold a degree in Social Work.

Bakgrund: Social fobi är en sjukdom där personen har en irrationell rädsla för situationer där personen kan bli iakttagen och bedömd av andra. Rädslan kan vara så stark att det kan vara outhärdligt att vistas i samma rum som andra. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hur det är att leva med social fobi. Metod: Studien är en allmän litteraturstudie som baserades på femton kvantitativa artiklar och en självbiografisk bok. Artiklarna var publicerade efter år 1995.

In our report we have studied the subject?s social competence, relations, relationship marketing and personal networks and looked to the connection these subjects have to one another.

En empirisk undersökning av lärares uppfattning av begreppet social kompetens med syftet att synliggöra lärares uppfattningar av social kompetesn smat hur de arbetar med social kompetens i skolan. Uppsatsen tydliggör också vilka faktorer som är viktiga för utvecklingen av soacialr och emotionellt lärande som ämne i skolan. Den empiriska undersökningen bygger på nio lärarintervjuer utförda i årskurserna 4-9, med tonvilkten lagd på de högre årskurserna. Resultatet av studierna är att begreppet och arbetet med att utveckla social kompetens hos eleverns ärkomplext. Det finns många faktorer som inverkar på resultatet.

We have during these three past years been getting formal knowledge in business economics and believe that, now in the end of our education, we are qualified to the demands that are put on the labour market. The purpose of this report has been to write about, such an extensive subject area as public purchase though we feel the education is lacking this area and have therefore decided to do our dissertation in public purchase.Due to lack of time we have not been able to investigate in the extent we wanted, we had to delimit in sort of municipality and purchase product. We have been investigating in how the process of purchase of aid in Malmö municipality approaches because we wanted to enter deeply into those studies.This rapport represents the process of public purchases of aid from both the suppliers point of view as well as the purchase units. All the steps in the process are presented in our investigation.By writing this rapport we have presented the division of responsibility of aid, it is divided between Region Skåne and the municipality in Skåne. In Malmö the responsibility is divided between two activities, one of them is Hjälpmedelcentrum who is responsible of the municipality part and the other is Hjälpmedel Malmö who.s responsible of the regional part.We have decided to investigate only on the municipality part of the responsibility division and have gradually found out that they in Hjälpmedelcentrum reuse their aids after them being returned from the needed ones in the municipality or even after that the need has stopped, the unit can by reuse save on new purchases.In the end of writing this rapport we noticed that owners of small businesses have a difficult time of getting in the market of public purchase.

Dagens företag verkar i en institutionell miljö där normer om korrekt uppförandecirkulerar och påverkar företags anseende. För att uppfattas som legitim krävs det attföretag inser och anammar de förväntningar som finns på dem. Att jobba med CSR,Corporate Social responsibility, eller socialt ansvar har kommit att närma sig ettinstitutionellt krav. Men trots att många företag satsat på att jobba med CSR-frågor såsaknas idag riktlinjer och forskning på hur CSR sedan bör kommuniceras för att anseslegitimt och bygga anseende för företaget. Samtidigt har företags engagemang inomsociala medier tagit fart med fördelar som personifiering av företag och möjligheten tillrelationskapande interaktioner.Syftet med denna uppsats är att utröna effekterna av CSR-kommunikation genom socialamedia för företagets anseende och legitimitet.

After having reviewed the cases in the Veterinary Disciplinary Board of Sweden regarding certificates year 2000 to October 2007 I have found that these cases more often than in all other cases result in disciplinary action. The punishment is to a greater extent the more serious form, i.e. warning. When I examined the reasons for imposing the punishments and the material that constituted the foundations of the reports, I came to the conclusion that the statistics above do not depend on a general lack of knowledge in the Swedish veterinary profession. A possible cause is that the demands set upon the veterinarian are exceptional and that the responsibility board has a physical object to examine (the certificate) and regulations that describe how the certificates are supposed to be formulated. The fact that the knowledge about how to write veterinary certificates does not generally seem to be lacking does not exclude that lessons can be learned by examining the mistakes made by others.

This study deals with the Swedish public library in our changeable time. New technology, an altered media situation with a growing digitalization, globalization and a society focusing on the individual and the market have put the public library in a new, indistinct position. It is described as facing an identity crisis. The aim of this thesis is to, by interviewing a group of young people ages 15-16, find out what the public library is for this user group and what it ought to be according to them. How do they value the services provided by the public library? Are there services they miss? The thesis also aims at relating the opinions of the young people to earlier research.

Vidare är syftet att studera vilka områden uppförande-koden omfattar, vad företagen fokuserar mest på samt vad de gör för att efter­leva sin uppsatta uppförandekod.Metod: Undersökningen bygger på en kvalitativ forskningsmetod där primär­data studerades i form av insamlat intervjumaterial. Tre företag inter­vjuades angående deras arbete kring etiska riktlinjer. De företag som undersöktes var Atlas Copco, The Body Shop och Samhall.Slutsatser: Anledningen till att de undersökta företagen upprättar en uppförande­kod skiljer sig åt. Atlas Copco ser det som en möjlighet till affärer och långsiktig lönsamhet, för The Body Shop ingår det i den ursprung­liga affärsidén att utföra goda gärningar och Samhall har som ett statligt ägt företag krav på sig att leva upp till uppsatta mål.
