Behandlingsstudien gällande individuell KBT-behandling för social fobi genomfördes på en allmänpsykiatrisk öppenvårdsmottagning. I studien ingick 22 individer som alla uppfyllde kriterierna för social fobi enligt DSM-IV. Antalet sessioner planerades bli 15 stycken, med viss flexibilitet gällande individuella skillnader. Mätningar gjordes före och efter behandlingen. Som utvärderingsmått har använts SPS, SIAS, FNE, BDI, BAI, CSQ-8, gällande diagnostisk bedömning har använts ADIS-IV.

Our paper is targeting mainly students, but also all other people interested in social work with children. The purpose of our study was to investigate how the social workers experience and handle their work with children, who have been exposed to sexual abuse, and what kind of support and guidance the social workers are offered, in order to handle their working situation. We chose to perform a qualitative study, by the use of interviews, since we found it to be the most appropriate way to gather the information. Our conclusion is that the work with these issues is emotionally burdensome and requires a great commitment, however it is essential for the social workers to maintain a certain distance to their work, in order not to influence their personal lives. It is through experience and knowledge that the social workers learn how to handle their working situation.

This study means to research the importance and significance of the social and informal learning opportunities offered at a workplace. With Wenger?s theory about social learning and communities of practice as a starting point, this study will create understanding about how teachers at a school comprehend their opportunities for learning within the teacher community. The study is conducted at an independent school in Sweden, and is based on interviews with eight of the teachers employed at the school. The purpose of the study was to research how employees perceive how their social interactions with their colleagues can create learning, and what obstacles they might face along the way.

Swedish and international research indicate that many measures made by social services, concerning children and adolescents who are taken from their homes to an institution, are interrupted prematurely for different reasons. The word "breakdown" is used when a measure granted by the social service is broken before the projected time has passed. Research concerning how social service employees are influenced by measures being interrupted prematurely is very limited. The aim of this qualitative study is to examine how social service employees in Malmö are influenced by the premature interruption, "breakdown", of measures concerning children and adolescents who are taken from their homes to an institution. The theoretic basis for the study is Symbolic interactionism, especially the theory of Stefan Morén concerning conditions for change.The study is based on interviews with social employees, relevant material from research in this field and an examination of the theoretical basis.

Förväntningarna på årsredovisningen varierar stort mellan olika företag. Vissa företag har stor förväntan medan andra inte har några förväntningar alls. Vad kan de här skillnaderna bero på? Varför anser en del företag att årsredovisningen är användbar och andra inte? Ovanstående frågeställningar väckte vårt intresse till att genomföra den här studien. Även att det idag inte finns någon enhetlig teori inom ekonomisk redovisning eller hur företag använder sig av redovisningsrapporter gjorde att vi valde att genomföra den här studien.

This thesis examines young people's thoughts about their presence on social media. With asocial constructive approach the study focused on how young people think and act on socialmedia in relation to constructions of gender and normality. The analysis is based on fourgroup interviews with 13-year old boys and girls. The theoretical approach is based partly onsocial constructionism where discourses and ideas of normality are identified and analyzed.Erving Goffman's theory of social interaction was central to illustrate how young peoplepresents themselves based on the prevailing discourses. It is clear that they adjust theirrepresentations of themselves depending on the context.

Syftet är att beskriva och analysera de problem som uppstår vid en introducering av internationella redovisningsstandarder och fokus läggs på huruvida den kinesiska kulturen inverkar på de problem som den kinesiska redovisningsprofessionen ställs inför vid en introducering i Kina. Vidare ämnar vi analysera användbarheten av Hofstedes kulturdimensioner, vilka vi baserar vår studie på. Vi har med utgångspunkt i en abduktiv ansats och ett deskriptivt angreppssätt genomfört en kvalitativ studie. Insamlingen av empiri har gjorts med hjälp av intervjuer. Vi har utgått från Hofstedes och Grays kulturteorier för att skapa det kulturella perspektiv som vårt syfte ämnar.

Syfte: Vårt huvudsyfte med uppsatsen är att kartlägga och jämföra börsnoterade företags klassificering av omstruktureringsposter som jämförelsestörande. Vi analyserar och utvärderar företagens redovisningsmetoder, vilket ska ge underlag till en rekommendation hur redovisning kring dessa poster kan utvecklas. Vårt delsyfte är att öka förståelsen kring jämförelsestörande poster så att den som läser företagens årsredovisningar förstår bakgrunden med dessa.Metod: Vi använder oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer. Intervjuerna har genomförts med börsnoterade Large Cap företag på Stockholmsbörsen.Teori: I teorin utformar vi en föreställningsram utifrån IASB regelverk. Övrig teori berör engångsposter och omstruktureringskostnader samt deras påverkan på redovisningen.Empiri: I empirin sammanställer vi material som erhållits genom intervjuer med företag i studien.

This thesis examines the relationship between recognition of prior learning and the aim to increase social and ethnical diversity in higher education. Recognition of prior learning is a result of educational politics aiming to broaden social and ethnical recruitment to higher education. By examining if recognition of prior learning rather can, and shall, be seen as part of what Pierre Bourdieu calls educational social reproduction I try to question whether it fulfils education policy goals or not. My results show that persons responsible for recognition of prior learning rather recognise knowledge from prior educational institutions than knowledge gained outside the educational system. Considering this, recognition of prior learning does not quite live up to the aims.

An individual's social capital consists largely of the social networks that may consist offamily, friends and acquaintances. The social network is of great significance on olderpeople's physical and mental health. Aim: The overall purpose is to examine the knowledgeof social network and the health of the elderly. Method: Litterature review, using threedifferent databases, CINAHL, PubMed and Scoupus for searching of articles, with differentcombinations of keywords. Results: Different types of social networks have both positive andnegative effects on health.

This essay will examine the social organization in the archipelago of Tonga. To accomplish this purpose, archaic societies and structures such as ancient Egypt and Hawaii will be examined to obtain a closer understanding of the building blocks which constitute a chiefdom or kingdom. Since Patrick V. Kirch (2010) recently redefined the Hawaiian archipelago as a kingdom this essay will examine if the same can be done with the chiefdom of Tonga since it have similarities to the Hawaiian social organization.To do this the essay will examine and describe both the geographical organization of the states and the social organization. Social organization in this essay will be defined as an archaic state organization that requires several levels of administration to rule the society..

The purpose of this essay was to investigate and analyze affecting factors concerning social workers in two different municipality social services, Karlskrona and Karlshamn, working with cases of youth drug abuse. We wanted to see what affects social workers in their choices of assessments of youth drug abusers. We wanted to find out whether the organizational aspects or the cliental qualities affect the social workers more than the other in the choices of assessments. Among the cliental qualities we used in this essay, gender was the most important quality and therefore the quality we wanted to pay special attention to. When it came to the organizational aspects we paid special attention to the social workers boundaries of agency.

The aim of this qualitative deep interview study was to gain deeper understanding of single immigrant mothers´life situation. Grounded Theory was the method of analysis. Repeated interviews with five immigrant women from different parts of the world showed that women were in need of wider and deeper social networks in order to reconstruct their identities. Social support and social networks benefit, not only reconstruction of identity, but also personal well-being. Yet it is difficult for them to create social networks in the new country, because of single motherhood.

Generellt kan vi säga att vi hittade ett flertal faktorer som stödjer den kulturteori som säger att den nationella kulturen påverkar ekonomistyrningen i organisationer..

Sveriges Television kallar sig en TV i allmänhetens tjänst och har en erkänd roll som viktig aktör i den svenska demokratin. I sin roll som public service-företag har SVT en mängd uppgifter att fylla genom sitt programutbud. Public service uppgifter som alla tillsammans skall främja ett demokratiskt samhälle. I takt med att medielandskapet och samhället har förändrats så står SVT:s ar-bete med dessa uppgifter och mål inför nya utmaningar. Vi har i denna upp-sats anammat teorin om att TV-utbudet för public service idag börjat efterlikna de mer nöjesanpassade TV-kanalerna i fråga om programutbud.
