Vid gallring med normalstora skördare och skotare används vanligtvis noll, ett eller två beståndsstråk mellan stickvägarna. Arbetsmetodiken har studerats empiriskt, men med en begränsad omfattning per studie. Fördelen med simulering som studiemetod är att man med bra modeller över maskiners prestation kan jämföra flera gallringsmetoder vid inverkan av en stor mängd olika förhållanden. I denna studie har en matematisk prestationsmodell konstruerats för deterministiska jämförelser av dessa metoders drivningskostnad i förstagallring av tall. Modellen innehöll en spatial del för skördaren, med bl.a.

Företag sponsrar idrottsföreningar, kulturevenemang, humanitära organisationer samt forskning och utveckling för att exponera sitt varumärke, synas i positiva sammanhang, bygga relationer och skapa en image kring företaget. Medan sponsring som marknadsföringsverktyg hela tiden har utvecklats har dock regelverket kring sponsring och rätten att dra av den som en kostnad i företaget inte haft samma utveckling. Stockholms Handelskammare har de senaste åren arbetat aktivt med att förändra skattereglerna på området och kom under 2006 med ett förslag om förändrade regler för sponsring. Förslaget lämnades till regeringen för vidare hantering men hade i januari 2008 ännu inte resulterat i någon åtgärd. Stockholms Handelskammares arbete och påtryckningar på området har gjort oss intresserade av hur företag i praktiken hanterar de krångliga och oklara regler som anses föreligga.

1974 tog Sveriges riksdag ett beslut rörande den offentligt understödda teaterverksamheten. Ansvaret för utvecklingen lades på kommuner och landsting för att teaterverksamheten skulle utvidgas i hela landet. Subventioneringen av denna verksamhet är mycket omdebatterad och åsikterna är många angående hur skattemedlen ska användas samt var de gör mest nytta. Vår uppsats har sin grund i denna debatt då vi fått i uppdrag av ett kommunalråd från ett oppositionsparti i Uppsala att undersöka subventioneringen av ett antal stads- och länsteatrar. Vi har för avsikt att jämföra Upsala Stadsteater med åtta av landets stads- och länsteatrar för att mäta verksamheternas effektivitet.

This study aims to investigate how and why teachers use social media to reach their students, and how they handle different levels of computer literacy among students.The purpose of this study is to investigate the experience of teachers using social media in their teaching. I have done interviews with two teachers, who use social media in different ways. One of the teachers makes her students publish their work on the Internet on wiki-spaces, and the other one use Facebook for discussions and teamwork. This report uses the pedagogy theories laid forth by Vygotskij as a vantage point to analyze the answers from the teachers. I have also looked at some of the published student texts on the Internet.This study concludes there are students who don?t have access to computers and Internet at home.

The purpose of this essay was to examine whether there were any differences in social workers way of investigating boys and girls, age 13-15. The main questions we wanted to answer were; which were the factors that the social workers focused on? Did the investigations lead to a measure and if so, which one? How were risk and protection factors described and ana-lysed?To answer our questions we read and analyzed 22 reports, written by social workers 2004 at the department for teenagers and families at a social welfare service in Sweden. We came to the conclusion that there were some differences, but these were few and not extensive. Recreational activities was mentioned in a higher degree in the boys reports while health, housing conditions and network were mentioned more often in the girl´s reports.

Min utgångspunkt vid uppsatsens början var att ta reda på hur lärare uppfattar det pedagogiska ledarskapet och vad som är ett bra pedagogiskt ledarskap? Jag gjorde intervjuer med 8 lärare som var mellan 22 och 63 år. De har en geografisk spridning i Skåne med blandade erfarenheter - givetvis beroende på deras ålder. Samtliga undervisar i nuläget barn mellan 11 ? 13 år. Jag har med min undersökning fått fram att det har stor betydelse i lärarrollen att inneha social kompetens samt ett socialt ledarskap, som lägger vikt vid att alla individer skall må bra och lyckas nå de mål som sätts upp..

From an organizational standpoint social media has become a way for organizations to get closer to, and create a dialogue with, their environment. Swedish municipalities have began to use social media in their daily communication with the environment, but a problem has been raised about how public organizations should organize their social media when formal guidelines from the government are missing.Objective: The objective of this thesis is to examine how eight Swedish municipalities have organized their use of social media due to the lack of official guidance from the government, and also what difficulties that have occurred during this process.Method: The method used is qualitative with data collected through interviews with one respondent from each municipality.Results: The result show that the organizational solutions varies through each municipality but also the choice of social media. It has been important for municipalities to have someone in charge of the new communication tool since social media is a fast and communicative channel. Seven out of eight municipalities have already developed or are in process of developing their own formal guidelines on how to use social media.

Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. Problemområde: Versionshanteringssystem är utvecklade för att identifiera, kontrollera, rapportera och garantera att förändringarna har blivit rätt implementerade. Versionshantering används för att spara all historik av filer som man använder sig av i projektgrupper. Till exempel kan det användas till att se vilka datum ändringar gjorts, vem som har gjort ändringarna och vilka kommentarer som är skrivna om ändringarna. Vi har valt att använda oss av två versionshanteringssystem, Windchill ProjectLink och CVS, Concurrent Versions System, för att undersöka om det är så att både projektets storlek och nytta styr valet av versionshanteringssystem. Hypotes och frågeställningar: Arbetet bygger på hypotesen: ?Om projektets storlek och nytta av versionshanteringssystem är beroende av varandra så styr det valet av versionshanteringssystem? Och våra frågeställningar: ? Hur stort är projektet i antal timmar och personer? ? Hur många moment behövs för varje inre funktion? ? Vilka inre och yttre funktioner påverkar valet av versionshanteringssystem? Genomförande: Kontakt togs med åtta stycken projektgrupper som använder sig av Windchill ProjectLink eller CVS och intervjuer gjordes med dem.

When it comes to investigating the motives behind activism, the members of political study have a lot to say. I aimed to critiqually rewiev this in my thesis. I asked the question ?What do the actor themselves claim lay behin their decision to become motivated?? To highlight this complex dilemma, I sought to discuss new social movement theory by comparing it to reality. This includes a literate examination on contemporary political science approaches, and a study of two organisations in the south of Sweden, choosen not to despise any excisting theory, but to give it a sense of reality.
