Vårt syfte med studien var att belysa lärarbehörigheten i träningsskolan. Studien har varit inriktad på vilka uppfattningar ett antal verksamma pedagoger och rektorer i skolformen har om utbildning och kompetens för undervisning inom träningsskolan. Vi har betraktat lärarbehörigheten utifrån två perspektiv: dels ur ett juridiskt perspektiv som utgår från Högskoleförordningens examensbeskrivningar för pedagogiska utbildningar, och dels ur ett funktionellt perspektiv som belyser vad undervisning innebär och hur lärarbehörigheten uppfattas i praktiken. För studien har vi valt att belysa hur den funktionella lärarbehörigheten uppfattas.Vi har genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med en öppen intervjuguide bestående av tre temaområden: träningsskolan, lärarbehörighet och kompetens samt ?en skola för alla?, för att få svar på våra frågeställningar.

Our curiosity was awakened when we became aware that many social workers use "mindfulness" methods in their profession. In this study, we used qualitative methodology in our desire to examine and understand why the mindfulness approach, with its roots in eastern philosophy, is becoming established in society at large and, simultaneously, being used in the social work field. We were interested in when and why social workers choose to use mindfulness with their clients. Our prior research has revolved around development and use of methods in social work, and on the human reaction to stress.We conducted seven semi-structured interviews, which incorporated four comprehensive questions:1. Why has the mindfulness method become established in the social work field and in the culture in general?2.

Vi har funnit att den sociala identiteten har förändrats på Banverket Projektering i och med organisationsförändringen, och att coaching haft inverkan på detta. Vidare har framkommit att det förekommer gråzoner inom coachingverksamheten. Gråzonerna kan motverkas genom social identitetscoaching. Social identitetscoaching bygger på utvidgad och koncentrerad gemenskap, utbyte av åsikter och trygghet för de anställda..

Undersökningens syfte är att undersöka lekens betydelse för barnens lärande i förskolan samt lekens betydelse för barnens sociala kompetens. Två frågeställningar är centrala. Vilken betydelse har leken för barnens lärande i förskolan? Vilken betydelse har leken för barnens sociala kompetens?1998 antogs en ny läroplan för förskolan i form av en förordning. Till följd av detta betonas förskolans betydelse som grundläggande för ett livslångt lärande.

Vårt examensarbete syftar till att ta reda på om skolan är en institution i ekonomisk kris och vidare vill vi även ta reda på hur vår kompetens som studie- och yrkesvägledare kan användas i denna tid av ekonomisk kris. Vi har intervjuat personer vi ansett varit relevanta för att besvara vår frågeställning. Det vi har undersökt vid intervjuerna är hur det ekonomiska läget ser ut i grundskolorna, hur man kan handla utifrån detta och även har intervjuerna handlat om studie- och yrkesvägledarnas kompetens, både från studie- och yrkesvägledarnas perspektiv och skolledarnas perspektiv i en tid av ekonomisk kris. I vårt examensarbete har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ metod. Vi har gjort en intervjustudie där två personer anställda på stadsdelsförvaltningen, två skolledare och två studie- och yrkesvägledare ingått.

Lately, alarming reports have appeared regarding the work environment and work situation of social workers. Research focusing on the promotion of health and well-being in the workplace among other professionals show that factors such as social relationships, ability to influence their work situation and leadership are important. A quantitative study was conducted focusing on the work climate for social workers employed by some of the district administrations in the City of Malmö. A questionnaire with questions and statements on various factors in the work environment was sent to 34 social workers. They were asked how important these factors were for their well-being, as well as to what extent they felt that these factors were present at work.

I denna undersökning har vi tittat på aktiva svenska nautiska befäls erfarenheter och åsikter om isnavigering i Östersjön. Vi har genom en kvantitativ undersökning försökt bilda oss en uppfattning om hur deras kompetensnivå är i denna speciella miljö, hur de anser attisvintrarna i Östersjön har påverkat deras arbete och om det finns ett behov av en vidareutbildning i isnavigering, samt i så fall vilka moment en sådan kurs skulle behövainnefatta. Vi har även undersökt om de anser att en renodlad isnavigeringskurs borde ingå idagens sjökaptensutbildning i Sverige.Undersökningen visar en varierande egenupplevd kompetens utifrån respondenternas erfarenhet av isvintrar. Undersökningen visar även att de som genomgått en kurs i isnavigering, oberoende av befattning och tidigare erfarenhet, anser sin kompetens vara tillräcklig. Behovet och viljan att genomgå en isnavigeringskurs är högt enligt respondenterna.

Det moderna arbetslivet präglas av att nya krav ställs på individen. En förståelse för vilka dessa krav är och framför allt hur individen kan hantera dessa och vilka psykologiska förmågor som individen behöver är inte så väl undersökt i Sverige. Syftet med detta arbete är därför att ta reda på vilka psykologiska förmågor som krävs för att hantera kraven i det moderna arbetslivet. Som metod för att undersöka detta gjordes en litteraturstudie av forskning kring det moderna arbetslivets krav och resultaten analyserades utifrån ett utvecklingspsykologiskt perspektiv baserade på Kegans teorier om vuxnas utveckling. Resultaten visar på att det moderna arbetslivet ställer krav på att vi kan utforma, själva ta initiativ och styra vårt arbete.

The aim of this study is to explore if and how library managers market their competence in communication with local politicians. It is also our aim to find a definition of the competence of librarians. The report identifies and describes problems and possibilitieswith marketing of competence to politicians on the basis of one Swedish municipality's library managers. In order to fulfil this aim we have used a literature study on marketing, competence, the political process and the librarian profession. We have alsocarried out an empirical study where we interviewed ten library managers in onemunicipality, seven politicians in the same municipality and ten representatives for central professional organisations mainly in Sweden.The results are that most library managers don't market their competence because they don?t believe in marketing competence.

To log on to social media has become an obvious part of people's everyday routine. Pictures, videos, opinions, and thoughts are posted and read by people's social networks worldwide. In doing so, the present study chose to examine whether what is posted on social media, as well as what the individuals are exposed to on social media can be related to their motivation and self-esteem. By letting 117 adolescents aged 16-19 answer a questionnaire regarding which social media they are active on, how often they are active there, and what they post on those social medias. By also letting them evaluate how they see themselves, if they compare themselves with others and how motivated they are to physical activity and healthy eating habits, we could see that to those who post pictures, and are exposed to images represent exercise / health on social media have higher self-esteem and driven more by internal motivation to engage physical activity than those who do not.

The aim of this thesis was to examine how a coordinator at a social welfare project in support of job seekers, achieve results in his efforts to reduce the number of clients with social assistance. The method of data collection was a mixture of open thematic interviews and semi- structured interviews with open questions. The coordinator was interviewed four times during the length of the project. In addition, two of his clients were interviewed. The data also includes a report from the relevant social services and other documents such as newspaper articles.

The essay's aim was to see which attitudes county council's and municipality representatives had about themes like: collaboration and competence in the work around double diagnosed persons. Its objective was to zero in on the attitudes of the representatives regarding a coallocated collaboration project in Stockholm. Also, it sought to find out what attitudes the representatives had about the other representatives attitudes concerning the above mentioned themes. A number of attitudes were presented during the qualitative interviews with the representatives, highlighting which attitudes seemed strongest. Then the interviews were analyzed using meaning condensation and then set against the theory of social representations.The analysis showed that before work with the target group starts, there?s a need for synchronization of the different representatives involved in the collaboration project.

Social work has gone from being a primarily philanthropic issue to becoming an academic discipline at university level. To ensure its legitimacy social work must be founded on, and developed through scientific research and documented experience. The purpose of this essay is to review the various arguments on social work in order to evaluate their impact on education, which in turn affects students. In addition, it will demonstrate how different forms of knowledge are valued depending on the contexts. As a means of reaching this objective, the following questions are addressed: ?What are the requirements and recommendations on how the education of social work should be structured, and why are these requirements and recommendations important??, ?How has the education of social work been influenced by the perception of valuable knowledge?? and ?How does the education of social work affect students?? The collected material consists of various arguments concerning the development of social work and the education of social work's formation.

In this essay we have examined how social workers experience their positions as a public authority person in a society of democracy. As a public officer you have to follow rules and obey the law, which can be difficult if they don't agree with your personal opinion and values. In social work you work with people in a vulnerable situation and it may become extremely demanding to stand between the directions of established public administration and your own opinions. We have interviewed ten social workers working in social childcare division and analysed how they experience their situation at work. Our starting point is the critical theory of professor Lennart Lundquist about how democracy works in Swedish administrations.

Our study has its starting point in the Swedish social legislation (Socialtjänstlagen) and more specifically in the 6th chapter's 5th paragraph. That paragraph regulates that social workers should try to find a kinship care placement when they are about to do a placement of a child. Our purpose is to examine how social workers, before they do a placement of a child, understand the informal kinship that is not relatives, if they consider the informal kinship and if certain circumstances have an impact on the consideration. To get this information we have done five interviews with social workers. Recent studies show that social workers in past years have begun to think more positively of people's kinships and that they more often use the resources of the kinship.
