Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. When employees communicate with consumers their conduct is relevant to the company's credibility.Methodology: An inductive approach has been used for the empirical data collection since the authors have been studying the reality without existing theories. A qualitative research method has been used for collecting the empirical material. Primary data was collected from telephone interviews with seven companies, active in social media.Conclusions: The study shows that the power of employees? can be used when designing strategies for social media.

In November 2006 and July 2007, changes were made to the Social Services Law and the Criminal Injuries Law, defining children who have witnessed domestic violence as crime victims. The objective of our study is to examine if these changes have affected how social workers responsible for child protection inquiries interact with children who have witnessed domestic violence, and to what extent these children?s need of support are taken into account. Qualitative interviews have been carried out with five social workers, with the aim to evaluate how they meet and become aware of these children. Our problem-formulation is based upon the question how social services implement the recent changes to the law.

Denna studie undersöker vilken syn elever har på den skrivna responsen de får av svenskläraren. Responsgivandet är en stor del av lärarens arbetsuppgifter, och det är därför viktigt att veta hur eleverna mottar och förstår kommentarerna. Det är också viktigt för läraren att veta hur synen skiljer sig mellan olika elever. Studien undersöker även vilken erfarenhet elever i en klass på gymnasiet har av ett processinriktat arbetssätt. Studien har gjorts utifrån följande frågeställningar:Hur upplever elever i gymnasiet respons och kommentarer från lärare- Vad kommenteras i texterna och vad tycker eleverna om kommentarerna?- På vilket sätt tar eleverna till sig kommentarerna?Vilken erfarenhet har eleverna av ett processinriktat arbetssätt?För att svara på frågeställningarna gjordes en kvalitativ enkätundersökning, vilken gav 21 svar, och 4 kvalitativa intervjuer.

Aim: The aim was to describe adult patients quality of life after cardiac arrest and resuscitation with CPR. Method: A literature overview based on eight scientific articles and one master thesis. Results: The result is presented in three categories, physical, psychological and social quality of life. Sleeping disorders, fatigue and low energy level affected the physical quality of life in a negative way. The psychological quality of life was often impaired the first time after the cardiac arrest, to be improved over time.

Vårt syfte med studien är att ta reda på hur ungdomar, 16-20 år, i Lärjedalen ser på sin framtid med fokus på arbetsliv samt hur deras nuvarande situation kan påverka deras sätt att tänka kring detta. Vidare är våra frågeställningar 1) Hur ser ungdomarnas nuvarande situation ut, utifrån deras familjeförhållanden, klass och etnicitet? 2) Hur tänker ungdomarna kring sin framtid vad gäller arbetsliv? 3) På vilket sätt samverkar ungdomarnas familjeförhållanden, klass och etnicitet med varandra? 4) Hur kan ungdomarnas nuvarande situation påverka deras tankar om framtiden?Vi har i vår studie använt oss av kvalitativ forskningsmetod med en abduktiv strategi och vi har valt att göra fem stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer med tre killar och två tjejer, alla med annan etnisk bakgrund än svensk. Vidare har vi tematiserat resultatet enligt; familjeförhållanden, klass och etnicitet under kategorierna nuvarande situation och tankar om framtiden. Vi har analyserat resultatet utifrån systemteori, Bourdieus klasstänkande och strukturell diskriminering.

The purpose of this essay has been to examine how the city of Helsingborg´s prevention of alcohol and drug use among youths is laid out. It has been of special interest to examine the youth centers (after school programs) preventive work with youths and its effects on frequency of alcohol and narcotics use among youths.The people we have interviewed are all involved in the three organizations: the youth centers, schools, and social services. The results showed that the youth center staff does not think that they work actively preventive against alcohol and narcotics. On the other hand, the staff at the youth centers points out that just keeping the youths in the neighbourhood and making them involved in the activities at the youth center, is preventary work. The staff at the social services points out that it is not the facilities that is part of the preventive work but the activities and the skill of the staff that is improtant for the youths..

The purpose of this study was to examine how a local newspaper, Landskrona Posten, describes the youth that commit crimes. More specifically the aim was to see what kind of discourse the newspaper had about the young criminal and to see if that picture could create and confirm stereotypes. The theory and method used in the study is a discourse analysis. The study was based on nearly seventy articles that were published in Landskrona Posten in 2006. Three items were identified in the newspaper's description of the youth.

I detta examensarbete undersöks elevernas upplevelser av ett klass- och ämnesövergripande temaarbete knutet till elevernas verklighet. Avsikten är att utröna om eleverna upplever denna arbetsform som motiverande samt vilka faktorer som påverkar elevernas motivation. Forskarna, pedagogerna och styrdokumenten har sin syn på vad som stimulerar lärande stämmer detta överens med elevernas syn? Det är trots allt eleven som ska lära sig mer och deras upplevelser påverkar deras motivation till lärande. Undersökningen är kvantitativ med kompletterande kvalitativa intervjuer av elever som utmärkte sig genom att vara mycket kritiska till arbetsformen. Det jag har kommit fram till i denna undersökning är att elevernas upplevelser av temaarbetet styrs av ett antal faktorer där intresset för ämnet och grupptillhörigheten är de mest dominanta motivationsfaktorerna.
