SammanfattningDenna uppsats har skrivits för att skapa en bild av människors upplevelser av musik på deras arbetsplats. Vad upplever de arbetande människorna att musiken bidrar med och vilken betydelse har musiken för det arbete som de utför? Inledningsvis har en teoridel utformats i uppsatsen för att ge läsaren en fördjupad förståelse för musik och dess koppling till arbetet. För att samla in data om människors upplevelse av musik på arbetsplatsen så har kvalitativa intervjuer utförts med fem respondenter. Ett strategiskt urval har varit grunden med den gemensamma faktorn att alla måste ha musiken närvarande under sin arbetstid.

Studien syftar till att ge djupare förståelse av levnadsprocessens betydelse för identitetsutvecklingen ur ett livscykelperspektiv. Frågeställningarna var: Vad kan en social biografi tillföra för förståelse av identitetsutvecklingen? Vilka effekter har de sociala insatserna haft på identitetsutvecklingen?Den metod som användes var kvalitativ och materialet inhämtades med hjälp av djupintervjuer med två personer.

I uppsatsen intervjuas: samordnare, metodutvecklare och boendestödjare om sin syn på social dokumentation och om hur arbetet går till på deras arbetsplats. Social dokumentation handlar om att dokumentera vid handläggning och vid genomförande inom verksamheter styrda enligt SoL, LSS, LVU och LVM. Uppsatsens syfte är att visa på olika sätt att se på den sociala dokumentationen inom fältet boendestöd och att exemplifiera vad social dokumentation kan vara. Resultatet visar att social dokumentation sker i ett sammanhang och variationen mellan olika boendestöd är stor. Uppsatsen exemplifierar olika aspekter av dokumentationen genom att beskriva dokumentationen med beslut, genomförandeplan, uppföljning av insats, förbättringsåtgärder och visa på den sociala dokumentationens potential..

Syftet med detta examensarbete är delvis att beskriva den Funktionsinriktade musikterapins (FMT-metodens) bakgrund, målsättning och tillvägagångssätt. Delar av arbetet handlar även om musikens inverkan på människans motorik och språk, samt huruvida FMT-metoden på sikt kan leda till förbättringar av dessa funktioner. Min slutsats är att det aktiva musicerande som en person utför, genom FMT-arbetet och som komplement till andra aktiviteter, leder till förbättringar inom såväl de motoriska som språkliga förmågorna. .

How do you do co-operation between government agencies? It is a wide spread view that there can be quite a few hitches in co-operation between agencies. In later years this idea has spread to the media where there has been negative coverage of the social service agencies. This generally applies to cases where children suffer because the right assistance takes too long to co-ordinate or does not get co-ordinated at all between schools, healthcare and social services. The social welfare law dictates that it is the social welfare office duty to co-ordinate the government agencies for the child?s best interest.

Our paper is targeting mainly students, but also all other people interested in social work with children. The purpose of our study was to investigate how the social workers experience and handle their work with children, who have been exposed to sexual abuse, and what kind of support and guidance the social workers are offered, in order to handle their working situation. We chose to perform a qualitative study, by the use of interviews, since we found it to be the most appropriate way to gather the information. Our conclusion is that the work with these issues is emotionally burdensome and requires a great commitment, however it is essential for the social workers to maintain a certain distance to their work, in order not to influence their personal lives. It is through experience and knowledge that the social workers learn how to handle their working situation. We also learned that although the work with sexual abuse against children gave birth to different emotions of the social worker, the social workers feel satisfaction with their work, by helping the exposed children. We hope that our paper will inspire and encourage to further studies in the area, since there is still much to be explored. .

The focus of this thesis is on social workers? knowledge in assessing and making decisions in child welfare cases. The primary aim is to identify what skills or knowledge social workers find most useful within child welfare agencies in Swedish municipalities. Six different types of knowledge, social policy and the approach of child welfare cases are perspectives considered in the analysis. The interviews with social workers were held in three agencies in southern Sweden, in 2014.

The purpose of this study was to examine knowledge within the social services. We narrowed the study down from general knowledge to scientifically produced knowledge and how the social workers relate to such knowledge. We aimed to see how the social workers perceive different knowledge and how they relate to the different sources of knowledge. We also examined the different factors that will enable and motivate social workers to stay updated with scientifically produced knowledge that is relevant to their work. We also examined what limits the ability or motivation for renewing ones knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to examine social workers working process in social assistance with focus on the child´s perspective. We were interested in learning about the existence of variations in approach and attitude between two municipalities. Question to be answered about what methods and approaches used by social workers to include the child´s perspective in the process of social assistance. Another question to be answered about what the manner in which social workers took into account the child´s perspective when the families apply for social assistance in relation to the operations and requirement. To fulfill the purpose, qualitative methods were used.

Background: Corporations are established and organized in order to create economic values for their owners and the main aim of every business enterprise is to be profitable and satisfy the financial expectations of their shareholders. However, corporate social responsibility focuses on the ethical aspects of corporate business in order to achieve the balance between the profitability and social responsibility. Nongovernmental organizations through their activities promote the respect for human rights and environmental care within the corporate world. Purpose and Scope: To make an in-depth study about the role of nongovernmental organizations regarding corporate social responsibility in order to increase the understanding of corporate social responsibility. Methodology: We used literature research for our thesis and we analysed the secondary data related to the corporate social responsibility.

Work For You är privat fristående aktör som Arbetsförmedlingen upphandlat rehabiliteringstjänster av. Syftet med denna studie var att studera och analysera hur deltagarna på Work For You upplevt rehabiliteringstjänsten de ingått i. Ett annat syfte var att även ta reda på om rehabiliteringstjänsten haft någon inverkan på deltagarnas möjlighet att återgå till arbetsmarknaden. Studien utgick ifrån fyra deltagares upplevelser av insatsen. Studien har en kvalitativ induktiv ansats. Resultatet visar att samtliga deltagare upplevt att insatsen haft en positiv inverkan på dem och de anser att de fått den hjälp de ansett sig vara i behov av.

Bakgrund: Närmare 20 procent av Sveriges befolkning består av äldre personer (65 år eller äldre). Cirka 89000 äldre personer bor på särskilt boende och är i omfattande behov av omvårdnad. Demens och kognitiv svikt är vanligt förkommande tillstånd bland äldre personer. Ensamhet och depression är även vanliga tillstånd för äldre personer som bor på särskilda boenden. Tidigare forskning visar att husdjursterapi kan ha en positiv inverkan på äldre personers välmående som bor på särskilt boende.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa vilken betydelse husdjur har för äldre personer som bor på särskilt boende.Metod: En kvalitativ litteraturstudie baserad på sju vetenskapliga artiklar.

Syfte: Syftet med denna undersökning är att öka förståelsen om vad som kan tänkas påverka storleken på budpremien. Metod: Denna studie är uppbyggd på 158 uppköp från 1990 fram till 2003 på Stockholmsbörsens A och O listor. Det är en kvantitativ studie med en induktiv ansats. Vi har valt att undersöka vilken inverkan följande sex faktorer har på budpremien: ägarstrukturen, börsvärdet, börshumöret, betalningssättet, differentierade aktieslag och om uppköparen är svensk eller utländsk. Detta material presenteras sedan i univariata och bivariata analyser.

The law (1988:870) concerning care of substance abusers is constructed in a way that gives the social workers room to interpret and apply the law individually. This may contribute to differences in treatment between female and male substance abusers. The purpose of the essay was to investigate whether the client's gender had any significance to how the social worker interpret and apply the law (LVM).The specific questions we worked around were:- What significance does the client's gender have in the decision-making?- Does the social worker's opinion about the law have any significance?- What factors can effect the social worker's interpretation and application of the law?- What importance do the social workers attach to prevailing norms about men and women when they interpret and apply the law?We chose to use a qualitative method to answer the above questions. Six social workers were interviewed and 39 LVM sentences were analysed.
